Is anyone open to the thought that there are upgraded Guyver units in Sho and Agito's time and they are just using a more primitive version of the Guyver? I mean the Guyver Units that were left behind are thousands of years old. I think Apollon constantly has his Guyver Unit engaged and it seems like a far more advanced version than that of a Lesser Unit of the Guyver and seems even more advanced than that of the Gigantic. So I'm think that there is a possibility that the Advents had to have upgraded the Units to a better and more efficient kind of technology since they helped manipulate life on Earth. I've got a curious question. We know when the unit bonds the lungs are pulled back and more efficient ones are generated. The Smasher cells take up a large portion of the chest. Where do the pecs and ribs go? I would think the unit still needs the pectoral muscles to function in order to move the arms forward. Any thoughts?

Was a rare model that only came out for a convention in Japan. Hense why it's 170 odd dollars. Worth a look at though. im trying to make my find better scans of the viz comic covers. I hoping to get them 300dpi versions. If anyone has scanned there cover i would love them. I really think they are cool covers and a pity they are not easy to get anymore. Noticed only covers 1-4 on the wiki. As you have noticed i have a thing for covers.Since the dvd and vhs covers have come to an end it could be my next challenge. There are 32 covers in total so its gonna take a bit of time.

Gary Dubin who was the voice actor for Guyver II, Zector, and Aptom in the OVA series passed away last year. He died on October 8th, 2016 from bone cancer. I hadn't heard anything about this until just recently. I'm shocked, and deeply saddened by this. May he rest in peace.

Hello all, as a newbie to warriorguyver and all the guyver manga after book 7, I am going to apologize in advance for possibly bringing up old topics. However cast your minds back to book 8 and the exploding relic. To me there seems to be a lot of unanswered questions raised. For example how did Tetsuro, mizuki, Shizu and Onuma survive the exploding relic after Alkanphel repels the guyvers mega smashers? Where is the location of the relic wreakage which contains guyver 3 and the gigantic pod? and how much time has passed when chronos send in there chopper to capture the pod (while guyver 3 hides). So did Waferdanos have three forms? We saw his "human form" after he had the Zoacrystal implanted into his skull. Then we saw his plant king like form when he removed it. Waferdanos being a completely different creature and older than Archanfel. Yet, did he have a Zoalord form? Was he reoptimized to have one? Or was his "Zoalord form" when he grew out his beard and it was super long? I thought that was still his human form and was only using some of his attacks while in that form. I'm not sure about this, and not sure if Takaya ever spoke on the matter.

i have built up the complete set of the viz comics apart from one: Viz part 5 issue 02 does anybody have one to sell i have been waiting on ebay for a while awaiting for a copy to pop up. They have them in the usa but dont fancy paying over £10 for the comic.I know some people collect duplicates or just wanna get red of them. cheers.

To anyone that wants to pay that much for them though, my advice would be no, don't. These get reproduced a lot in Japan and while very cool you can get them from the Yahoo Japan for around 7000 yen or less (which works out at about 50 to 60 Euro). For what you're getting from this ebay seller, it's an extreme price to pay.

The banner on the homepage of WarriorGuyver.com has artwork of the live action version of Guyver I. If anyone (particularly the person who put the banner together) can e-mail me or post that artwork separate from the banner and any other similar live action artwork from either movies then I would be VERY appreciative! If anyone can tell me what that artwork comes from (movie guide books, movie model kit boxes/inserts, etc.) then that would be great too!

Aether's chapter by chapter observations have me thinking and we've had a few talks about the last two chapters of book 1 and such. I never before really considered too much about how if Guyver didn't catch on. So was Guyver III supposed to be a big mystery or were we always supposed to figure it was Agito? I mean I really don't think there was much mystery. I mean I sort of wondered who was Guyver III when I watched the OVA series, which was when I had only seen the two live action movies. Then I went 'oh of course!' around the fourth or fifth episode. Was he supposed to be Agito or very much somebody we had never met and Agito was going to go the Zeus Thunderbolt route …
