So, no I haven't got any new pics, but I've been going through and upgrading my software this year and my lurkerness has noticed a few posts about what software to use, so since I'm at it.... A quick review of software used for digital art. The most popular is probably Photoshop. After finishing up redrawing Kinetic Warrior, I decided it was time to redraw Warrior Wizard, but unlike with Kinetic Warrior I don't have a trace of Joe's original character design for Warrior Wizard ( I do with Gigantic Warrior Wizard, just not Base Warrior Wizard). So I decided to take one of my old Warrior Wizard drawing to use as a reference, because they were fairly close to Joe's original drawing. I ended up deciding on using this one as the base. So I start on it for a while and I start realizing it isn't looking very, WW's face looks like a bloated mess. I'm like I need to stop working on this, it isn't looking good, so I stopped as this is what it looked like …

So I was continuing my work on my logo that Matt had giving some great help with, when I decided to add the top part of the chest to the logo. As I was drawing that I realize it didn't look very good compared to the head... In Fact, I think it made the head look smaller than it should. So I decided I need to do some practice. Another Christmas, another Guyver drawing! Happy holidays everyone. Hopefully 2021 brings a lot more than just a new Guyver chapter eh (although a new guyver chapter would be pretty great)

I have returned as my interest in the guyver and other art has come back to me in full force. And my art skill has increased if I do say so myself. I've redesigned my guyver once again as well. A friend's Guyver I have known for a while redesigned! Another friend's guyver very very fun to design. And now some other guyver related art I've sketched up while I was gone (not that much) Right after I redesigned Crimson I put him in a random scene against an unknown Zoalord- name him if you'd like! Before I redesigned Crimson and Haunt I threw together a versus like screen for a fighting game XD

Been a while since this old dogs posted on here. Within the last year I've been fortunate enough to accomplish a few life goals and thus have a bit more free time. Whipped up a couple pieces of Warrior Guyver fanart I wanted to share. Currently working on a redesign of Dark Falz from the original Phantasy Star on the old Sega Master System.

While Guyver is still sitting on a long hiatus, I got watching Tekkaman Blade again. And Tekkaman Blade 2. Yeah it's not great, but still has its own charms. Like the Sol Tekkaman armors. I really liked the green and yellow suits that were briefly used in the first episode, and wished they had been used more. I came to an even bigger realization... I had not seen any decent line art of them other than a really crappy small pic. I then also realized that the Sol Tekkaman armors from the Prague incident have no line art that I can find ever. 17 years ago today, I officially joined Brian O'Sullivan in making a dual fan-fiction based in the same world. When I joined, we did a small collaboration picture of our two characters together...
