Hooha! Lordy it's been a while since I actually did anything in pencil that I thought was decent enough to even post... well and been a while since I have actuall drawn ANYTHING.Crying or Very sad In progress still. It was drawn at work, with no references. Thus I am going to rework the hair, fix some proportions, and add in a background, and his sword(s). Then maybe CG it if/when I get a new tablet.

No, it's not a Guyver pic. Was gonna be, but I needed my original characters to stretch their legs. If you've been keeping up on Vixen, this is Vixen and Jarek (Jarek's just been introduced in the last chapter I posted). In the world of Eres, they don't have an exact Christmas holiday, per sae, but instead celebrate the Winter Solctise (similar to the Pegan religions). It's also called "The Festival of Lights", symbolizing that even in the darkest times, you can always find light, hence all the candles. Holly and tiny gold stars being hung from trees is also symbolic of the holiday. I'll get a Guyver holiday picture drawn eventually. Valentine's day is only two month…

Has this been done before...? The idea for this guy popped into my head during Asian History one day (imagine that). It's no one in particular...just fulfilling my once-a-year original Guyver design. The armor design is based off the Samurai armor from Final Fantasy XI. Enjoy the picture, but please don't nit-pick at me with scientific questions, IE "Why isn't his sword a bio-sword" or "What's his strength capabilities?" You ain't getting an answer. Come up with your own statistics if you will, but don't bother me with them. Please.

Hey all, havent posted in a while and well..got bored i suppose. Anyways, since this is the fanart section i thought it would be the best place to ask an art question...though if it isn't my fullist apologies. So, as the subject says...Details. I suck at it. I'm decent when it comes to doing the basic body (save females ), but when it comes to detail my brain falls apart. I suppose it also has to do with the fact that i have a hard time creating from the mind. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can practice that would help me with such a predicament? Thanks

So, what do you all think? It's pretty much my first real human drawing thats got nothing to do with Guyver at all. I don't think the guy looks to bad but what do you all think?
