A piece of art I commissioned of a scene near the end of "Son of Mine"; I like the style, but it was a bit hard on the artist, so I don't think I'll be requesting another from her.

Not really art but something I did. Took me alittle over a month to do with an hour a day, each day. Basically this originally started when I was looking on the internet looking for a line drawing of the Prometheus. Every single one of them either plain sucked, inaccurate as hell or super duper tiny. So in the end, I decided to make my own. I took screenshot of all of the episodes which amounted to about only 65 pictures and used them. Unfortunately, there has been a few different CGI models of the Prometheus over the years. I've been trying to mentally visualize how I want my fan-fic character Proteus (detailed in the Writers forum, complete with data file now) to look. Looking at the artwork that's featured, I'm seeing a LOT of blue, a fair amount of purple, red and lavender, and a decent amount of green (a bright green, at least). Mostly I'm looking at color scheme -- the actual body look is undecided for certain as well. I also admit that I'm not an artist, so don't expect me to whip out any Guyver pictures of my own (at least, not without being a cheater and tracing out other Guyver poses and stances to at least have a baseline to look at). A shot of a Guyver from the side. Something I was doodling and figured I'd give it a go. Past attempts were fail, and still trying to improve. This was something I thought up during a Mass Effect 2 binge. A "What if Shepard had a Guyver?", and thought on how he would look. I tried to model the face of the armor off his N7 helmet. Hmmm, I wonder if anyone has ever taken the time to look through some of the artwork for Guyver on Deviantart. When I did a simple search for Guyver, it came back with over 2600 pics, colored and not, sketches and more. If I had known that, I would have picked up my sketch pad a long while ago. I'm very rusty right now, so don't expect a miracle out of me. Drawing free hand was never my strong point. I'm the imaginative one, not the artistic one. (on myself, of course.) Any comments of other places to see some serious Guyver artwork besides the links for WG and that are in English, please send this way.

Hi guys, I had a chat with Sully recently about a pic request and he suggested I open a topic for "most wanted" pic to be done for the site. Personally, I'd like to see a pic of either Zariyan in her new and improved Assassinoid enhanced Disciple Zoalord form OR a pic of the Gliddean Neo Hyper Zoanoid Kalika created (but I'm leaning toward Zariyan most though), but of course this topic is open for everyone to voice what they'd like to see most first. No, this isn't an 'Ultimate' Guyver like you may think. It's just my Guyver like take on Ultimate Form Kuuga. This isn't meant to be 100% accurate to either series, it was just something I sketched at work and brought home to color. I added a few things like the frequency blades. This Guyver has the ability to ingest 'food' in armored form as the mouth on the armor can open and close and is tipped with High Frequency fangs that allow for easy ripping and tearing of meat from Guyvers, Zoanoids, humans or whatever else it happens upon when hungry. ok, so not exactly fan art, but it was a lot of cropping and pasting, and lots of other stuff!

So I figured out how to color in layers so had a field day with my existing artwork as well as some classic Guyver pieces.
