i recently looked over the manga sites that have used our chapters and noticed that nobody has used the new chapters as yet. This is great stuff wish we had done something like this way back.

Unfortunately my interest in my favorite anime and manga has been slipping a little bit and the only reason for that is actually not the same reason as most of you might have. I am STILL holding myself back from reading the last 3 books because I WANT to read them in 日本語. It's taking a lot longer to learn than I thought (and I screwed up a bit so I had to restart). It's been many months since I started and left off on volume 29. I was thinking I'd like to reread Guyver to re-motivate myself and I was wondering... how did you guys do it? Long time fan of the series and I was just wondering if I pre-order the volumes will I get a physical copy? I'm assuming it'll be in Japanese if so. Or would I just get access to translated scans here? Or both? Sorry if this question was answered in one of the pinned topics.

Okay. So, Alkanphel is obviously sitting around not doing anything against Agito's killing spree of the zoalords. When Agito knocked the crap out of Imakarum and damaged his zoacrystal in the dark gigantic. Alkanphel didn't bother going after them or seeking any retribution. Was this proof seeing as Imakarum is like Alkanphel.....and a revelation that Agito can do the same to him as well? Why hasn't stepped in?....or is it a win win situation maybe that he knows there are more traitors besides Guyot sitting around plotting his assassination? Hello J-L, I was wondering, had the 80s/90s series continued after 12 OVA, how would they have continued the story? The OVA series took some liberties with the original plot. I don't know if this is because the OVAs had overlapped the manga and so they had to invent their own narrative or what. As you all know, the remaining Hyper Zoanoid T5 members play a prominent part in Aptom's story, as well as the wider arc of the Guyver Gigantic. I always thought it a little curious how the Hyper Zoanoid T5 made a cameo in second intro to the OVAs, considering they were all dead at this point. ...that the Guyver unit can regenerate the host at a cellular level? Why take such a bold gamble, when if it had gone wrong he was effectively handing the unit to Kronos on a silver plate and destroying a valuable ally in the process?

I might be remembering wrong but it seemed like with their first few uses if the sonics were used on a living creature it became a bloody death. Then at some point it became a clean dissolving death so to speak. I kind of prefer the nasty bloody death to be honest even though every other Guyver weapon can be very messy.

I've been wondering. Trying to put myself in Sho's shoes. How does he do it? I mean....he gets the unit, than all of a sudden he has these mutants trying to kill him that are sent by a greedy corporation. His dad is turned into a puppet and he's forced to kill him. He lost his home. Because of Cronos, he's been branded an enemy of the public. And than, Sho does snap and loses the ability to bio morph for a while. But that comes back pretty quick to him after a fight with Aptom. I would lose my damn mind if I were Sho. I have no idea what keeps pushing him..aside from revenge. I would want to run away. How long does Gigantic last before it disengages and reverts the pilot back to default Guyver? Reason why I ask if Sho or Agito disperse too much energy, like using the Giga Smasher too many times can cause the Gigantic to disengage to recharge....or if the Gigantic takes too much damage and uses energy to repair itself during battle. During Agito's battle with Imakarum, he was conserving energy, and ended up disengaging the Gigantic to go finish Imakarum after he damaged his ZoaCrystal. Like Proto Zoalords, the gigantic has a time limit on how long the form lasts and how much energy they're able to use. Would it last 10-20 minutes based on the battle it…

So what are all the story arcs within the story? Like the Mt. Minikami arc for example. Speaking of which, does that include the first portion of the story too? With Genzo, Guyver II and so on, before Sho arrived at Mt. Minikami?

How often do you read Guyver manga on a daily basis? Simple for me to answer. I hardly ever read it unless there is a new chapter in Japanese or Chinese on here....seeing as I don't own a single copy or shred of Guyver manga. I love Spawn and about half a dozen heroes both American, Canadian and Japanese. But I don't own any of those comics either.

I was actually wondering how strong Guyver armor is. It seems small firearms such as pistols or 9 millimeter's don't seem to penetrate it. Even zoanoids as strong as gregole don't seem to be able to tear into it. So just wondering how strong the armor itself is. I assume once Agito takes over Cronos that he will cancel the arrest warrant that was issued out for him and Sho, after they've won. So that leaves some questions about how Sho, Tetsuro and Mizuki will go about re- adapting back into society. How would Sho and his friends return to a normal life after destroying Archenphel, the other zoalords and the downfall of Chronos? How would Sho, Tetsuro, Mizuki and his friends fit in to today's society after everything they've been through? What would they do?
