Alright so like the title says, how would this play out against each other? I never read the books so i'll rely heavily on those who had. Would a creature like IT stand a chance? Or would the guyvers host become dinner?

The January 2014 issue of Shonen Ace magazine has released its latest chapter to the Guyver manga series.

While I was rereading book 15 the question just poped into my head. Did he consciously choose to attack or did he simply lash out on instinct. Was he a primitive human going on a rampage beause he was given power beyond his understanding, a guyver in self-defence mode, a slave freed from his shackles or a child demanding attenchan and respect from an indifferent parent? What do you think?

Hi everyone! This is my first post, just a few questions. When the Creators first made the Guyver units, were they designed to totally replace the Zoanoids or just to fight their wars for them? Do we know what the creators looked like? What are the prupose of the Zoalords and howcome Balcus and Guyot were shocked to find out that Murakami was the 13th Zoalord? Howcome they didnt know there was one? Does the Guyver have a defense against the corosive Enzymes? Cheers!

Does anyone feel like the Guyver is completely dead? No new manga chapters, 2 horribly made movies, and a 2005 anime adaptation that didn't even get to see a 2nd season. Everyone here is always waiting and hoping for something and yes. We've been kicking dirt for a long time now. Since I joined here back when Yuki/Jess was the owner. Everyone was waiting on a new anime or a new movie that never happened. To be completely honest. I've given up on ever seeing anything new come to the table. I was rereading guyver and i was thinking about apollon's name. Which i'm not sure if its the greek god apollo or Abaddon which is apollyon in greek meaning " The Destroyer ". So there is a chance he's sent there from the creators to destroy the remaining zoalords .I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the meaning of his name and how it could apply to his character. And if he is sent from the creators i don't see why he hasn't killed Alk.

Just wondering what everyone thought on this. I grew up with the old one and loved it and i'm watching the new one new after forgetting about it. But rewatching it now i just feel like the old one was a lot better, it just seemed way darker and more violent. Even though the art is old i actually really like the old style.

I stumbled across a fairly new anime review show called "Animerica", which is hosted by two guys. I saw that they reviewed "Guyver - The Bio-Boosted Armor" anime and decided to check it out. I was greeted with the longest, most uneducated, dull and bias review I've ever seen. These guys twist the story and explanation of the series, all for the sake of jokes, to the point where I was beginning to wonder if it was a "mock" review and not meant to be taken seriously. They down right lie on a number of parts and skip over important plot points due to "boredom", only to be confused later BECAUSE they skipped sections. When Sho had his control metal ripped out and the bio-booster armor started to revert to it's original parasitical form was it Sho who grabbed Enzyme from behind or was it the bio-boost creature?

I've wondered what those bulges on their heads are. They remind me of like compound eyes. I assumed that they're some type of vision/sensory instrument. But if they're supposed to be eyes, are they compound eyes, or do they see in like infra-red or something other than conventional vision? This also concerns a feature from one of my characters in my fan fic, because if the Enzyme II/III head things are eyes or some similar sensor, my character also has them, though they're usually buried under a veil of hair, but they can see in infra-red, silhouettes, serve as motion detectors/field disturbance detectors, and have elements that emit a glow when he wants/needs them…

Just started re-reading The Guyver from the beginning, since the books are just collecting dust on my shelf, when I started thinking about something that I'm sure must have crossed a few minds other than just mine. 3 decades into the story and we still don't seem to have an ending anywhere in sight.
