Guyver

Hey guys, have a bit of a debate here with a friend over who would win in a fight between Guyver 1 and 3 in their Gigantic form verses Goku and Vegeta. So i thought i'd and get some imput from you knowledgable people what do you guys reckon? Also how would Alky fair against Goku and Vegeta. I'm speaking in the sense of Alky with posession of all the Zoa-Crystals.

Does Sho's body grow when he exceeds or only the gigantic's body? I've heard about all the complications between volume and surface area which limits human body growth. If Sho's body had grown that large, it should be difficult even to stand. Then again the Gigantic should have no problem supporting his weight either.

Ive been drawing a lot recently and have come to the realization that the Gigantic Armor is the best form for destruction. I cant think of a better design for warfare. High levels of strength, speed, durability (with extended range with shields), and weaponry. The only thing that I can think of to add to its already amazing line up of abilities is a tail with vibrational properties and even then it would be unnecessary with the vibrational swords turning into whips. Can anyone think of something that would be as capable as a Gigantic Guyver?

Who would win? Would it be a slaughter? What does it take to take down Arcanfel? Lastly, who has the most powerful battleform out of all the characters in Guyver? Thanks ALL. - Guyver009

Hey guys! I have some more questions about the Guyver vs Enzyme fight. After Sho lost his arm and got impaled by Enzyme's tail do you think he could have still fought to some degree? What if Enzyme didn't immediately try to rip out Sho's control medal could Sho have done something to defend himself? Would it have been possible for him to recover from his wounds in time if Guyver III intervened? I'm sorry about the continuous questions about this subject. I always find myself coming back to this fight and reanalyzing it over and over. Something about it keeps me coming back to try and look at from different angles.

I think Bestbuy must have put it out early because I picked up the new Guyver DVD two days ago. I'm happy to report it's very good with a few exceptions. On the positive side, the animation is perfect, the story follows the manga almost perfectly (which means more Guyver2!), there are a few new suprises that I won't ruin for you that are awesome. A few things I didn't like were some of the voice overs....they should never ever change Guyot's voice. Same for Agito. Not that the new voices are bad, but I miss some of the old ones. Just curious, let's take the ship Jason has stored away and say whatever model it may or may not become, war ship, clan ship, space station, fighter ship, SUV (Space Utility Vehicle). It had a unit in it. Is it possible the ship upon command has the ability to grow new units? The ship control medals we have encountered show the ability to enhance units, why not grow them? Perhaps the rooms in which they are stored is designed for this.

Kind of a weird thing on part of ADV... but they really seem to be pushing to get the new Guyver anime some exposure, like it's the new "flagship" title of ADV. So how do you guys think Guyot survived Relic's Point? The last time I checked when we last saw him before his return he was nearly sliced in half, missing most of his gravity orb controllers, had his Zoacrystal removed, and had a giant hole blown through his chest by Guyver III's pressure cannon. Frankly I do not think throwing his carcass into a processing tank would be the key factor to his miraculous resurrection. There has to be something else we are missing.

I'm wondering if Richard actually thought his plan through to kill off over the other 12 zoalords. I mean, why did he believe Archenphel was just a regular run of the mill zoalord. Didn't anyone, like Barcas fill him in on how powerful Archenphel was? I just can't believe he just didn't hand the Guyver Remover over to Barcas and stand down for a little while and wait. He could have had a prototype Guyver Unit made like Guyver 2F. It would have been a lot easier to do. But instead, he gets pissed off at Archenphel for cornering him. I've had one of those rare cases of "MUST HAVE THIS". Yesterday I saw the above LaserDisc no less on saie in Yahoo Japan. So what does a rational person think? Ummm Laserdisc, why on Earth would I want this? What does a crazy Guyver fan think? Umm does my 46inch TV have room on the stand below it..... wait what am I thinking, the Bluray can move the hell out of the way for it! So yup, I've gone and spent about 100 euro just buying a the ancient OVA on a format that is efectively dead. I'm now looking on ebay at Laserdisc players that will play ones from Japan? Am I happy? Hell yes!

The new TV series "Guyver - the Bio-Boosted Armor" is now officially licensed for North Americian release. *edit* Brand new news from Otakon 2006! - The Guyver volume 1, will be released on November 14th - ADV is not releasing an Art box with volume 1, but instead are releasing the box with volume 2, hoping that new fans might pick up the first DVD, without having to worry about not getting the Art box if they do like it, or aren't stuck with the box if they don't.

So I'm bored, and I like Doomsday, and Guyver. Both visually awesome characters with great physical powers. Now to make the fight interesting, I decided to keep the Gigantic and Exceed Guyver forms out of the battle. I'm interested in discussing if the Guyver can take Doomsday with the default settings of powers. So what do you think? Can the Guyver without his power ups take on the beast that killed Superman? Hi guys, new to the forum. Been searching for the original Guyver figures as I was a massive fan of the original Manga series. After getting quite disheartened at the extortionate prices, I was about to give up until the last link I clicked mentioned that Figma are set to make the figures from April 2014. Does anyone know any more about these, specifically as a UK resident, how to go about pre-ordering the figure? I've got the Metroid figure of theirs and I'm really impressed with their work. Ok, I am officially a Guyver collector after receiving my fantastic Guyver I figure!!! whoohoo! But I like a little 'action' in my action figure, and the parts fall off easily (e.g. arms) when I play with it. Any suggestions of solving this without losing articulation? Thanks.
