Guyver

Basically what I was thinking is similar in part to the other what if, well it should have been what if Sho's Guyver that is if it's in the right section of the forum of the guyver board? In this case what would have happened if Risker hadn't activated the Guyver but or a slight twist: A) The zoanoid found it, as it is damaged. B) It's lost and is either found by someone else, not chronos, or Sho's friend finds it and it activates it. C) If Risker had been a hyper zoanoid and bonded to either a damaged unit G2 or an undamaged G2 D) Like the first two but it isn't in the damaged state from its landing when found, plus Risker gets it in undamaged state and activates it…

hey boys, im sure that no-one has asked this yet but if the unit-g would attach to a really fat man would he be a fat guyver or would the guyver make him muscly? and if he was fat would he be slower than sho or agito?

When the host of the guyver unit dies a sudden death in battle, the unit is lost. I think we're all agreed on this fact, judging by previous posts. But what if the host were to die of old age? I think we touched on disease in a previous post and that it's believed that it would heal/prevent illnesses. But every creature dies a natural death eventually. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Nothing is created in a vacuum and I felt like exploring what inspired our beloved franchise. I'll leave any connections to Kamen Rider to those who have a better understanding of that series. Baoh This is one that the vast majority of the forum will already know but it seems only fair at least give it a passing mention. For those new members Baoh (Boah: The Visitor to give it it's full title) was created by Hirohiko Araki, best known for his series Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. The basic plot is about a young man who is infected with a bio-weapon that grants him superhuman abilites which he uses to fight against the evil origination that experimented on h…

In my opinion I feel like it's not a bad story and setting. Young boy obtains great powers, gets thrown into a terrifying world of monsters and evil rulers, etc. It's not a deep thought, provoking story that redefines anything, but it's sure as hell fun! Even the publisher of Dragon Ball stated that there is nothing special about the story. Just characters fighting and getting stronger. Was it the gore and violence? Plenty of successful anime and manga have gore.

For example the Guyver wiki lacks the info of Guyver III having attained Gigantic Exceed, so it doesn't appear to be up to date.

So when it comes to defense against a zoanoid or zoanoids. What kind of weaponry would be most useful against a zoanoid for someone that is human? So, I'm sure shot guns and small arms is out of the question. Something that uses armor piercing rounds?

What kind of Guyver video-game would you like to see? What genre would it be? What chapters would it cover? Be realistic. You wouldn't be able to cover the entirety of the manga without skipping chunks. Or would it be a non-canon story (like the Guyver OVAs)? What characters would be playable?

If you had the choice of becoming a hyper zoanoid. What power would you want? I know Chronos doesn't consider Aptom a zoanoid....but he pretty much is...anyway depite the fact he was a lost number. I would want his power because he can assimilate any zoanoid power he wants. He can heal instantly, regrow limbs, and feed on other zoanoids. He can pretty much do anything. So I would want that power.

Hey! I just registered 4 the 1st time this week. Sorry for asking, but I wanted to ask if you could show me any particularly good threads that I should check out first, so I can get up to speed here? Thank you, Michael

So, I'm wondering what religion Sho was before he came across the Guyver and learned the truth about the creators. \ I know it wasn't exactly focused on in the anime....not sure if it was said in the manga either. I was thinking Buddhist maybe? Anyone have any ideas?

hi all, what volume was the last english guyver book. I have 1 to 10, but have not seen any after this. has all printing stopped on the books. thanks

With one thread on how you think the guyver will end, What happens to the site after with no more chapters in the pipeline where do we move from here. I know we are still redoing books but will the interest still be there? Who will stay and who will move away and if so to what. Will they stop producing figures, how much call would there be for the Guyver? Your thoughts please.

What would be a fitting theme for Zoalord Guyot? The Anime never really gave him a theme, neither did the OVA's nor even the image soundtrack. I've played several songs over the years, but recently, when going back into the manga, i start to play Majin from Ken's Rage 2. Seems the most badass terrifying song I can see him villainizing while as a Zoalord. So thinking over it. What else would be a fitting theme for him? He's one of the few villains I don't have a tune to remember to. XD

I started rewatching the 2005 series again today and got to thinking. What would happen if: a) The host's head was severed when not bio-boosted? and b) When activating a Guyver unit, what would happen if the host was killed (let's say cut in half) while the 'tentacles' were still wrapping around him?

I Kill all the bad politicians, all the westboro baptist folks except the children, be hard on the corrupted bankers, and give free puppies to every good person, and such

Alright here, we go folks I got a question that I don't think has been asked by anyone here yet, but I am sure it may have come up. So with me not knowing or knowing if this question has been asked or even mentioned here we go: If Chronos was a real international company that did manage to take over the world what would you do? Would you resist them and try to find a way to stop them in any way you could? Would you lay low until you heard of Zeus' Thunderbolt and join them to be inadvertantly converted into a Libertus? Would you be a volunteer to be processed in to a zoanoid? Or would you just live your life? Now if you say you want to be a volunteer, what zoanoid type …

Well guys we have translated the Visual data files book currently working on future chapters. What would you suggest to add to the progress of the site. Just wanted ideas on different what members would like to see whether it be translation from different guyver publications or something that brings other interests to the guyver. Everybody must not want the same thing surely. Alot of members have skills and not the time so some things will be harder than others. We started to color the manga its great but if you cant do it yourself someone else can help but if not asked the site will plod on. It will gain more interest and popularity too. So make a suggestion it cou…

If you were chosen to be the next zoalord. What power would you want and why? Honestly, I would Richard Guyot's or Imakarum's zoalord powers. I think the ability to make black holes and manipulate gravity would be awesome. Plus I would want the white and black battle form that Guyot and Imakarum have. It'd be so cool to crush your opponents just with gravity itself, that and it's basically one of the best Zoalord battle forms!

Alright it's been ages since I've been able to get a hold of a copy of the guyver manga and I am so lost. The only thing I remember really happening is the gigantic coming into play and after that I'm lost. I know they've fought a couple of the zoalords and what not but what is the whole picture? If someone knows a site where I can get a general synopsis or where I can look at translated copies could you hook me up? Thanks a lot guys.

Just became a Guyver fan after renting 26 episodes. Man!! who is this top Zoalord Alkenphel? What's his Origin and the council of 12? Nothing has been detailed from the 26 episodes.

Does anyone know where I can find the final OVA dubbed and uncut? Y'know, before they chopped it up in case Mizuki's boobies offend anyone.

There's a few things I always wanted to know how to get to, so here goes (hopefully I'm in the right section). Scans from the manga. Translations. Scans from that "anatomy of the guyver". Any help would be appreciated.

So. Is the petition over due or just plain useless now? Kind of wondering if we could use it now to our benefit or if it has any credibility. We all signed off on it. Just wondering if we're going to do anything with it someday...or if it no longer matters.
