theTANTALIZER
Just became a Guyver fan after renting 26 episodes. Man!! who is this top Zoalord Alkenphel? What's his Origin and the council of 12? Nothing has been detailed from the 26 episodes.
*zeo
Okay but this'll contain some spoilers... Archanphel is the first and most powerful Zoalord that was created by the Creators themselves. Born from a Creator Bio-Tube, just a short time before the Creators left Earth, as a full grown adult with blond hair and elf like ears. He was given immense power and his mental powers are nearly on a par with a Creators, putting him on the edge of their comfort zone of control since only his zoaform DNA (which is programmed to make him obey their commands) ensures they can control him. But when the first Guyver was created and the Creators realized that all of their creations had the potential to go Guyver (Out of Control), and the fact it took Archanphel to subdue Guyver Zero that the Creators feared what would happen if Archanphel would ever bond with a Unit and so they abandoned the project and tried to destroy the whole damn planet with a near Mars size Asteroid. Archanphel tried to follow and asked why they created him, but they refused to answer and paralyzed him as they escaped into the Boost Dimension (basically Hyper Space). But when he saw the Asteroid appear from the Boost Dimension and realized what the Creators intended, he rebelled and by force of while flew himself towards the Asteroid, putting up a massive barrier shield that he poured his full power into until he smashed into the Asteroid and obliterated it... Only a few small fragments made it to Earth but that was enough to trigger an ice age and so Archanphel went into hybernation and awaited the time for which he would take over the world and prove to the Creators that we are not a failure. This all happened just over 10,000 years ago and Archanphel awoke 400 years ago when Barcus, who had been shipwrecked from a Portuguese shipping vessel, found himself on Silha island. Made his way to Archanphel's temple and became his first disciple... Thus Chronos was started and 400 years later they finally took over the world. OnyxPhoenix
Oh man, zeo, that's just wrong. How can you do that when a newbie comes on? Naturally, some hazing is to be expected from all of us veterans, but come on, man! Giving him the black lines like that? Tsk, tsk, tsk. Didn't your mother teach you to play nice with the other kids in your playpen? I'll take that silence as a "NO COMMENT." Just yanking your chain, man. later. *zeo
In case anyone was wondering, I've added Spoiler text masking to the board so everyone can now type spoilers in plain site. Just highlight to read them if you don't mind spoilers.

WarriorZoalord
well, there are books/mangas/whatever out for the guyver, they are a LOT farther along in the story than the tv show is, so you could always look for those.
largo
As of right now there are no plans to do a second season of guyver . At least nothing I've heard.

*zeo
He means specifically the Guyver Advocacy Group, which have done an extensive fan translation of the Manga. Most of their members are based on Japan-Legend.com forum under "Scanlations". They have volume 10-25 translated and are working on the latest issues. Though Takaya appears to be doing another Project and may not do another issue for the next year.
