Would someone be able to take some screenshots of Mizuki from episode 12 of the original OVA series, please? Yes, that's including the nudes. I don't have access to a HQ copy of the uncut version. If someone could do that, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

So. The last great Guyver media was back in 2005-2007. It's 2016 and I'd really like to see another reboot anime version that actually goes along with the manga and has a few seasons. The 2005 version was short and sweet ending too quickly leaving us wanting more. Unfortunately at this point I'm sure we're all hoping here. But perhaps 2005 was the last we've soon. More or less. Anyway. Who here checks every now and than to see if some Japanese studio has or thought about working on this old classic?

I have in my possession a recording of Guyver Dark Hero that is different to the US and UK cut of the film (both of which i own). A friend recorded this off the UK scifi channel a few years ago and i watched it out of bordem. At that time i only had a copy of the UK cut and I noticed that it had around 10 minutes extra of footage I orignally beleived it to bne the american cut of the film. I imeedatly copied the tape and after a few months later I ordered the US cut off amazon. After watching thwe american cut, it seemed like i have a version not sold in the UK OR US. Its basically got most of the secenes from, the US cut that aren't in the UK cut.A strange sort of hybrid…

There has being no new Guyver chapters this month. But the reason for it is of cocern. Takaya is on sick leave at the moment and as such the Guyver is on hold (this would explain why there hasn't being any chapters in the last few months) To Takaya I hope along with those at WG.com that he gets well soon and is able to continue on with his excelent story

So begins yet another of my threads of a Marvel/Chronos conflict... Now, in past topics, I've talked about which characters could take on Archanfel in a one-on-one fight, and how X-Day would've unfolded in the Marvel Universe. This time around, I've been thinking...how could some of Marvel's street level heroes take on Chronos? And I don't mean necessarily taking on zoanoids, but the organizational makeup of the Chronos institution itself. I'm talking about characters like Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, the Punisher, Cloak & Dagger...characters who had their own first hand experiences dealing with individuals and groups that conventional law enforcerment cannot …

In the OVA continuity, it's established that Guyvers can telepathically communicate with each other via the organisms on their back. Is this a thing in the manga? I can't remember.

I noticed Malmot at the beginning of guyver, who was running away with the Guyver Units, he looked liked his skin had fallen off his muscles and his white fur had fallen out. Perhaps his body was breaking down because he was on his last few days? What would cause a test subject to die from their unstable optimizations? Examples being to my questions on test subject optimization. Liver, heart, kidney, etc. random organ failure. Abnormal cancer. Just curious on how they die within a week or less.

Lets face it. Tetsuro could have easily become the Guyver at the beginning of the manga, or the 2005 anime rather than Sho. They were both handling the unit and when they were fighting over it, Tetsuro threw it into Sho's arms as it activated. My question in this topic is. Would things have turned out better or worse had Tetsuro become a Guyver ? Tetsuro is a really smart and motivated character. I believe both Tetsuro and Sho are equally strong in their own way. Tetsuro has strong words and a lot of positive influence over his friends. In fact, we almost never hear anything about Tetsuro even among fans here in the forum. Sometimes it even takes a best friend to push you…

Question - Will he ever get his free will back, how can this be achieved? Here's my idea which involves more questions. If he were to equip a Guyver, would that then free him from Alcanfel's mind control? Assuming he is being (controlled). Is the remover still around? Would Guyver III make that sacrifice? Or, would the remover work on Guyver II-F's prototype control medal? Murakami is no stranger to prototype powers on the clock.

Hi everyone, I would like to know what was your first reaction when you saw Guyver for the first time. How old where you? was it a video or comic book did you first see about Guyver? How did you find out about Guyver, what made you love Guyver? etc. For me it was 18 years ago I was 9 years old. I went to this shopping market for the first time and I came across the video tapes section and there it was the OVA Guyver video tapes. I just saw the covers of the 12 episodes of OVA and I was speechless, freezed, blown away. I just saw the covers and I was like woooooooow this looks incredible I got to get them but, I could only buy 1 tape so, I had to choose and I got episo…

Gotta wonder why we never saw Guyver mini figures like the Ultimate Muscle line. It would've been awesome. Some enthusiasts for toys hancraft delicate detailed works and simply blow them up in war reenactments. It would be cool to see a sort of mass produced set of rubber guyvers in similar settings. Such as the two below, they either came in fleshy pink, or came in colored. Used to see these sold everywhere as a kid, no I almost never see them in stores anymore or even in quarter toy dispensers. We could finally mass produce an Chronos Army en mass for X-Day! XD

I would probably laugh, I mean laugh to the brink of tears if a picture of the Guyver was seen with the Avengers on the cover of a comic book along with Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Hawk eye, Black Widow, Hulk, Scarlet Witch, and Wolverine. I would just sit there and giggle at it. And people would forget Yoshiki ever existed as a single artist, people would think he was one of Stan Lee's artists that some how came up with Sho Fukamachi because Stan Lee has invented so many Marvel characters, not all of them but the majority. I mean, he would fit in. Literally. I would love to see that. I'd laugh, but I love the idea. The Avengers defeat kronos! And if you think about…

Hey everyone, Most of you probably already know that when the 26 part Guyver anime was released by ADV they also released three handbooks with the collection. Well it seems there isn't a digital copy of this and I think it is only fair to be able to have it available to all Guyver fans. However, the problem is that I don't have the resources to scan the booklets and was wondering if someone would be willing to have me ship it to them, scan, and then send it back to me. The booklets don't just include some insight on the anime and the series itself, but it also has Q&A interviews, concept art from both the staff of the series and Yoshiki Takaya, and one even includ…

I recently bought a collection of old anime VHS off eBay (Akira, Patlabor, Genocyber, Urotsukidoji, etc.) including all the Manga Entertainment OVAs of The Guyver. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in me scanning the cover art for each volume, or did HQ copies already exist?

Ya know I've often wondered, but never found an answer. Is the blueish casing around the Guyver unit part of the unit itself, or something Chronos put around it to keep it in check?

The good news is most of it is done but the bad news is Takaya is taking a break till at least November. Though in a way that is good news since the last time he took a break we got the new anime series. So hopefully that is a sign that a second season is on its way. But this is also bad in that it leaves us with a cliff hanger since the chapters so far done for vol 24 end with Sho having regained the Gigantic from Agito only to face an incredibly large Zoalord. And the last panel shows the Gigantic powering up in a way we have never seen before. What does Takaya have in mind? Seems we're going to have to wait a bit to find out but here's the last panel for all to see …
