We've had three anime, two live-action movies, and several figurine lines but it amazes me that there's never been a Guyver-based video game. Not even so much as a Japan-exclusive mobile game. The Guyver franchise would lend itself perfectly to an action-adventure game. Fighting zoanoids and unlocking new powers (sonic emitters, the megasmasher, Gigantic etc.) How awesome would that be in the hands of the right dev?

What year is it in the Guyver manga? It started in the 80s, so it was the 80s in the manga, but...it's been 32 years now. Did the manga just retroactively update to modern times, or what? Is there anyway to tell?

Unfortunately my interest in my favorite anime and manga has been slipping a little bit and the only reason for that is actually not the same reason as most of you might have. Hi Guys!! It's been a long time since I've been to the forum; wish you all are doing good. I'm in the process of moving houses when i came across my collection gathering dust in the basement. I think its time i let go for someone who can appreciate it and would like to add to their collection. With the exception of two of the figures, all have remained in their boxes in pristine condition. I have two guyver III's, one is missing his breast plate and one is complete. While I was looking at his armor again the chest piece and helmet look like a relic ship flying downward. And the black orbs also remind me of Uranus’s eye and the other ones. The wait for answers is killing me lol. Too many theories like what if Apollyon is Uranus coming back to finish the job and maybe he has a soft spot for alk. Highly unlikely, but it is fun to think of all the potential options for who Apollyon is.

I used to think he was the enemy. Because he made Chronos and had a lot of people processed into zoanoids because that's how the Creators made him. However, he seems to be aware that there's a coup to have him killed by his own zoalords. He made Murakami into a glorified body guard after he died. And in one of the last manga issues. We see Archanfel hanging out with Mizuki and Tetsuru playing video games and chilling in a house on Silha. He also doesn't intervene between the fight with Apollon. So does this mean he's siding with Sho for the time being?

As of December 15th, 2025, Kadokawa has renewed the Trademark rights for Guyver. This is something that has to be done every 10 years in Japan... im sure this has been mentioned before - but i dont know where ?... can anyone tell me the difference between the 2005 TV series of GUYVER on DVD release in UK by ADV and Manga ent.?? as far as i can tell its just the box! anyone have any in hand pics of the boxes and presentation?? if that is all that is the difference thanks

i have just bought this book off ebay. i had it before but exwife misplaced it this time im gonna scan this whole book for safety. I miss doing the old vdf book and wondered if it could be a project . There are more pictures than text on most pages but as i cannot translate any of it it relays one certain people on the forum who may not have the time .

Firstly I would like to thank GA for providiung such an excellent service, most of my Guyver scanlations come from you and I enjoy them very much! I recall being able to download Books via mediafire, it appears this feature has now been removed. I find it difficult to read manga online due to eye problems and prefer to download it and read it on my PC offline. I notice that most of the Books are still avaliable on mediafire although they are no longer linked to. Can someone tell me if it is still possible to download Guyver 'Books', specifically Book 28? Quite simply i am going back to the beginning of Guyver and i am going to re-read and re-watch everything because ive forgotten a lot and its just unacceptable!! i was going to review and share my opinions / observations on the manga, oav and TV series all at once, but i think its a bit much so the main focus will be the manga. During the OVA Guyver series when Sho and Tetsuo meet with the reporter guy and Sho bio-boosted in front of him how does Chronos cover up the whole thing besides bombing the dude's office? Were all of the witnesses killed? Also, would Chronos have been able to cover up Sho bio-boosting on national television? Or maybe in front of a large group of people?

What are the capabilities of a bio-boosted human in non earth atmospheres? Can they breath? Would they be able to function properly let alone fight? Also, how would a human Guyver fair in space? Would they be able to move via their gravity orb? Would they have a supply of oxygen? I know a lot of these questions will prove rather difficult to answer, but I honestly believe that they have some merit. What does the Advocacy think of this?
