Salkafar Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 O.M.G. Well, I bet that's more comfortable than a nasty old stone bed... Holy cow. Things have taken a definite turn towards the surreal. But! Now we finally have the siblings faced with a big choice! What should they do? What did Apollyon tell them? Is he hostile, friendly, or neutral? Is this another test by the Creators, and if so, can they change their mind? Why didn't Apollyon kill Archanfel when he had the chance? Is he their agent after all? Quote
Super Existence Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 This is positively David Lynch. Quote
jerrygoodman Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Okay...this is going into a really weird area now. Quote
Super Existence Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Seems like Apollon ordered the zoanoid to protect the Segawas. Also looking more and more positive that Apollon is indeed Imakarum. Quote
river_chaos Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Can someone send me an image of yal are talking about? My computer can't read .rar files. Anywho, interesting Zoanoid on the title page. Kinda reminds me of one of the current Zoanoid models. Quote

Bio-Boosted Dude Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Well this is extremely odd. It does indeed seem more likely now that Apollon is Imakarum... which I find disappointing. I wanted a new character. This doesn't explain why he was killing the other Zoalords though. And yeah, no idea what Takaya is thinking with that little house on silha. I sure hope there's a good explanation for that alkanfel009, i put your image in a spoiler just for the benefit of anyone who hasn't read the chapter yet and is scrolling through - that is quite a shocking image! Can someone send me an image of yal are talking about? My computer can't read .rar files. Anywho, interesting Zoanoid on the title page. Kinda reminds me of one of the current Zoanoid models. You can open them with WinRAR Quote
river_chaos Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Tried that too, BB Dude; still not wanting to work. And, Alk, is that pic for real?! What the hell!? That's completely random. Quote
durendal Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 I'd imagine a lot of doujin popping up with that nekid person. The house was prepared by Apollon. He didn't tell them much, just explained that he allowed the siblings to wander about the island just to teach them that the safest place is the temple and left before the siblings can ask anything else. Quote
Salkafar Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 (edited) The house is the least weird part of it. Apollon can teleport, so getting building materials, or an entire house there would have been easy for him. And he wants to provide them with shelter - I bet he told them something like "Stay near the temple, the animals don't go near it" - for some reason. Perhaps it IS Imakarum... that would make sense for him, to give two ordinary humans the option of killing Archanfel when he is helpless. Imakarum owes him his life, he can't kill him, but these two are morally free. If they deem he should live, then he apparently deserves to live. If this is true, it seems he has remembered being Masaki Murakami. Yes, I think that that is the most likely reason: why else move Archanfel in there? And how will Archanfel react to these two unprocessed savages? Oh, I do like this. Finally some complicated stuff. I'd imagine a lot of doujin popping up with that nekid person. Archanfel is unique and immortal, ie, no reproduction, plus he is designed as the supreme commander of an army - and I have never seen him eat or drink. I doubt he has genitals, nudity would mean little to him. Edited February 27, 2013 by Salkafar Quote
LordSpleach Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 I'm sure he has reproductive organs. Only Lost Numbers have been proven to lose reproductive capabilities. Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Yeah, Apollon is looking to be Murakami/Imakarum even more now. As far as to why he's collecting the Zoacrystals? He could be under the thinking that they might be a way for him to fully cure Alkanphel. As it was the last thing he mentioned, from his last appearance in the manga. Though as to why he has brought the Segawa siblings to Silha, still is unknown. Bribery to either get help from Sho or try and keep Sho out of the way? Could be either, or something else entirely... You might not like it, but there are probably tons of fangirls going giddy over a nekid supreme being. 2 Quote
Raius Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Apollon is the king of trolling! I love this guy. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 quite shocking at first.. but then it is a great explanatory tool. This building has hints at Japanese styling (the air-con being above the window and the design of the air-con unit). It is a very good pointer that Apollon is Imakarum and that he has memories of his old life. now we know that Imakarum had memories as he recognised Shou et al, but we weren't sure how much memories. Now we are clear that he has concept of home, comfort, and caring. Also has concept of free will to a certain extent. he made some effort to ensure that the Segawa siblings were present at least in some part voluntarily. Though.... he continues to hide his identity. I find this an interesting thing to ponder. What could his motive be to hide his identity? If he wanted to, he could have revealed his identity. on one hand, it serves the purpose of the story, by keeping him a mystery, but on the other hand, we do not know Takaya sensei to do things arbitrarily and just for the sake of mystery. it has to have an internal logic. Thanks Cannibal, Lost Unit. Quote
*V Guyver Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Whenever a fan (especially fangirls) points out a nude Akly, I can't help but think they want a scenario like this...Mizuki: Dear Sho, I recently met a pretty-boy golden-elf-demi-god. So Kuwai, sorry, gotta dump you for him! Quote
