Since Max just posted another tweet about the 1/6th scale Guyver 1 figure, I thought I would start a thread compiling older and new tweets from him regarding the Guyver figures. Aether's chapter by chapter observations have me thinking and we've had a few talks about the last two chapters of book 1 and such. I never before really considered too much about how if Guyver didn't catch on. So was Guyver III supposed to be a big mystery or were we always supposed to figure it was Agito? I mean I really don't think there was much mystery. I mean I sort of wondered who was Guyver III when I watched the OVA series, which was when I had only seen the two live action movies. Then I went 'oh of course!' around the fourth or fifth episode. Was he supposed to be Agito or very much somebody we had never met and Agito was going to go the Zeus Thunderbolt route …

Ever wondered how Guyver's can vocally communicate? I do all the time. Anyone got any thoughts on how they do it? I know the host's body is altered when bioboosted, so I would like to know how it affected a Guyver's ability to speak.

I was thinking this figure from Sakamoto Desu Ga would make a good Sho with a head switch: https://myfigurecollection.net/item/287879 He wears a standard Japanese uniform like in the show, and he's sized proportionately to the BFC figure. I have seen some Kamen Rider figures where the jacket is open if you want a more dynamic look. I'm still considering which head to use (Yeah I'd have to buy 2 figures to make this, but worth it). Kind of a weird thing on part of ADV... but they really seem to be pushing to get the new Guyver anime some exposure, like it's the new "flagship" title of ADV. I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I have been gone for quiet some time. But I have been recently wondering, whatever happened to the Libertus that Aptom was fighting? in the pier? Did he kill them? Absorb them? What? Aptom seems like the type that he wouldn't back down from a fight let alone a potentially tasty Zoanoid unless he had good reason to. I am also wondering if it has also been mentioned whether he can in fact absorb them or not.

Now something just popped in my head relating to the Gigantic. What do you suppose would happen if there was such an enemy that could rip the gigantic's control medal out of Sho's or Agito's head? What do you suppose would happen? The Gigantic armor go into melt down or would it just retreat to its chrysilis or would it severe Sho or Agitos link to their Gigantic armor?

Dr. Barcus is the top mind of Chronos. He created the Hyper Team 5 and other wonders for Chronos. However, he can't figure where he went wrong with Aptom. It's almost like he has no recollection of the mistake. is it possible one of Dr. Odagiris's people had something to do with Aptom's new found powers?

Is anyone ever so curious about whether or not Sho and his friends will have a happy ending or if Sho might have one of those hero deaths at the end of the story? I'm just wondering how it will play out should it come to an end.

How long does Gigantic last before it disengages and reverts the pilot back to default Guyver? Reason why I ask if Sho or Agito disperse too much energy, like using the Giga Smasher too many times can cause the Gigantic to disengage to recharge....or if the Gigantic takes too much damage and uses energy to repair itself during battle. During Agito's battle with Imakarum, he was conserving energy, and ended up disengaging the Gigantic to go finish Imakarum after he damaged his ZoaCrystal. Like Proto Zoalords, the gigantic has a time limit on how long the form lasts and how much energy they're able to use. Would it last 10-20 minutes based on the battle it…

So, I've been poking around YouTube lately looking for broadcasts from the Sci-Fi Channel (no, I will not use the current name, TYVM). One thing I've been looking for are promos from when the channel aired the live-action Guyver films. Lo and behold, I found something! Skip to the 3:04 mark, and you'll find them there!

Has it ever been said what school Marcus and Cori were working with, if any? I remember when Cori was introducing Sean to Marcus and Crane, she said something about him coming from "State" (or maybe "Tech", I can't recall). For some reason, I'd always assumed that Marcus and Cori taught at a California school, like one of the California state universities, even though the setting for Guyver: Dark Hero was in Utah (which might imply one of the Utah state universities, though with Chronos Arizona being in such close proximity, I don't think it would be outside the realm of possibility that it might be an Arizona state university as well).
