Guyver

Hey guys i was wondering if Guyver can be separated into arcs? I admit it's been a long time since i've read it and i'm at like chapter 174 or 175 so what do you guys think? We can all agree that the first arc is something like "Guyver origins" where Sho learns about the Guyver and gets to know how to use its weapons. Maybe it's safe to say that "Arc I" is up to the Sho vs NeoZx or X day? Feel free to comment and keep those suggestions up!

Are there any official coloured images of Caerleon or Shin? This probably doesn't need it's own thread but I really want to know what they look like, specifically Caerleon (favorite Zoalord, shame he and his awesome power get buried in 5 seconds to show off how dangerous Apollon is).

Who do you think the real antagonists are? Going back and reading has changed my mind on quite a few things. Most of the Zoalords aren't exactly bad guys. Purgstall, Shin, Yentsui, Waferdanos, and Caerleon aren't particularly evil, and are actually quite good. Chronos has actually made the world a better place, the main argument to that is was it really worth pulling off an X-Day? As for who I view as the real bad guys, it would have to be the 3 rogue Zoalords (the 2 left), Guyot, Valcuria (unfortunately), and Agito. I view Shizu and the Libertus (who are loyal to her) as good guys who just happen to be in league with Agito. What does everyone else think?

I was looking at the above picture today when it suddenly struck me what a stupid battle design this was. I mean it looks awesome and it's Aptom so it's cool but he can't lift his arms up! If he does he will impale his shoulders on his own spikes. Even if they are angled forward at the best he'll still be rubbing against them. I don't see any point in having retractable spikes and to be honest the point of having spikes there is rather odd anyway. Not many attacks come in from between the shoulder and the head! Has anyone else noticed anything similarly silly in guyver?

Hmm just thinkin if aptom absorbed one of these guys coupled with his cloning ability could be interesting to see how he could adapt it Pimp my quadriga

The banner on the homepage of WarriorGuyver.com has artwork of the live action version of Guyver I. If anyone (particularly the person who put the banner together) can e-mail me or post that artwork separate from the banner and any other similar live action artwork from either movies then I would be VERY appreciative! If anyone can tell me what that artwork comes from (movie guide books, movie model kit boxes/inserts, etc.) then that would be great too!

Guyver II F AKA Inspector Valcuria has been kicking ass and taking names alot lately in recent Guyver issues, having stolen Chronos' first man made guyver unit for some unknown purpose. What I'd like to ask you guys is...In your opinion, who do you think she is and what is her endgame? i.e. why she steal the Guyver & for what purpose? Having just picked up The Guyver Complete Box Set on Blu-Ray, I've been on a Guyver kick lately. I used to pick up the VHS tapes back in FYE, when they were once outrageously priced. Being on a Guyver frenzy, I've recently picked up some Guyver vinyl model kits pretty cheap off of eBay from the Elfin models line (got Guyver and Vamore). Now that we know the correct power levels of the gigantic and the zoalords, how powerful do you suppose a proto-Zoalord like mirakami is?

I was trolling around ebay looking to blow some cash on a little geek wear and I searched for guyver and I found a lot of cool max factory figures. The thing that bothered me most is the freak'n price. 100+ for even stupidest ones were they always this expensive or is this a recent thing.

Has it ever been said what school Marcus and Cori were working with, if any? I remember when Cori was introducing Sean to Marcus and Crane, she said something about him coming from "State" (or maybe "Tech", I can't recall). For some reason, I'd always assumed that Marcus and Cori taught at a California school, like one of the California state universities, even though the setting for Guyver: Dark Hero was in Utah (which might imply one of the Utah state universities, though with Chronos Arizona being in such close proximity, I don't think it would be outside the realm of possibility that it might be an Arizona state university as well).
