Hey guys, I've been pondering the feasiblity of a Guyver fan filom for years now, i've read a couple of Special Makeup effects books and film making books and i reckon with a modest naff all budget, it's possible to squeeze out a relatively cool short film about the Guyver. It's not all that unrealistic, considering the amount of fan film released on the internet over the last few years, Youtube has no less than 6 Metal Gear fan movies floating around, some with incredible results (philantrophy and the mongoose incident, to name a few). Basically, what i'm trying to say is, would you guys be interested in viewing or even taking part in, a Guyver Fan movie? I'm not…

Stumbled upon a few posts to order the English Comic volumes, but came up short. Can someone give me a direct link and/or telephone number of sorts? I am trying to catch up on the English comics that have been released so I can refresh my latest Guyver history and continue it on from what I remember, but I just have no idea how to REALLY get these comics ordered. Just received my volume 7 DVD as I am sure some of you also already have.. awesome as we all know but I wanted to remind everyone to read the booklet insert. Great bonuses as well as interviews of the producers/animators whom state that WE as fans need to give all the support possible for The Guyver to help push for a 2nd season and beyond, as much as we possibly can! Just curious. When a unit first bonds with a host it is thought the control medal records everything about the host. Not being developed for humans the unit does not know the difference between host and non host. So, hy does the unit not regenerate the hosts clothes? One could say the materials are not organic but most clothing material is, or originates from. One could say it is not living organic material but neither are hair or finger/toenails or teeth. I have thought abuot the space which nerves reach but again the hair and nails thing. I have thought that perhaps the unit can sense and read a hosts aura and utilises that field as the extend of what is host and…

Simple question. I've noticed that about once a year a new Guyver book will come out in Japan. For a while I thought Takaya released the manga weekly for a while until a certain point. I also thought that he stopped for a while. Now I'm thinking he released each issue monthly. Can any clear this up for me? I've assumed that he quickly refined his drawing style within the first four books which amazed me. But if he did it monthly then it took him two years to reach that level.

I ordered volumes 1-6 of Chuang Yi Publishing's Spriggan from Comic Legacy. It worked out to $75.32 for all 6 volumes and they should arrive in 6-10 days. Of course this is a bit more expensive than the Guyver books since Guyver is S$7.50 while Spriggan is S$8.90 a volume (S=Singapore dollar). Anywho, I highly suggest them. Everyone it's been like what almost 1 and a half since the end of the first season of Guyver ended so when is the next season going to come out.

I told my Fiancee I would read Sailor Moon if she would read The Guyver. So far, she thinks it's ok. (I think Sailor Moon is alright, just not too crazy about the art style). She hasn't read much, but I think she might enjoy it. She only likes newer animation, so I know she'll like the anime! Thank goodness, Chuang Yi Publishing is going to bring out volumes 9-15 soon, so she can read them too. Anybody else able to get their Significant Other into The Guyver?

Just curious, let's take the ship Jason has stored away and say whatever model it may or may not become, war ship, clan ship, space station, fighter ship, SUV (Space Utility Vehicle). It had a unit in it. Is it possible the ship upon command has the ability to grow new units? The ship control medals we have encountered show the ability to enhance units, why not grow them? Perhaps the rooms in which they are stored is designed for this.

I've got a curious question. We know when the unit bonds the lungs are pulled back and more efficient ones are generated. The Smasher cells take up a large portion of the chest. Where do the pecs and ribs go? I would think the unit still needs the pectoral muscles to function in order to move the arms forward. Any thoughts?

yeah i'm looking for the guyver ova opening theme or the part with the narrator that i think sounds like balcus talking about the creators coming to earth and soon leaving. does anyone either know where i can get it or listen to that please or if you don't know, if anyone can remember who the story the narrator talked about up till the music starts. i just need this for inspiration for some writing so i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.

Hello everyone I just thought Id let everyone and anyone that the guyver tv series is now out on dvd in the uk. I am a proud owner of the the first volume with the first four episodes on it and the next volume is coming out in uk next month, within a week or two.
