Guyver

i have just bought this resin kit of Valkyria with the sword.didnt realise it was so hard to find a painted model well done. I only found only one poorly painted in a red/brown colour so rubbish i didnt even save it. If anybody has a painted version of this please help im gonna need some kind of colour scheme. Is there a history behind this model it must of been discontinued i will have a challenge ahead. the only thing i can think of is to watch Guyver Out Of Control again,

Gotta wonder why we never saw Guyver mini figures like the Ultimate Muscle line. It would've been awesome. Some enthusiasts for toys hancraft delicate detailed works and simply blow them up in war reenactments. It would be cool to see a sort of mass produced set of rubber guyvers in similar settings. Such as the two below, they either came in fleshy pink, or came in colored. Used to see these sold everywhere as a kid, no I almost never see them in stores anymore or even in quarter toy dispensers. We could finally mass produce an Chronos Army en mass for X-Day! XD

Here is my custom Guyvers I make that's 1/6 scale I use the vinyl model kit with custom re sculpted parts that turn it into the dark hero version it has new eyes that light up too

With one thread on how you think the guyver will end, What happens to the site after with no more chapters in the pipeline where do we move from here. I know we are still redoing books but will the interest still be there? Who will stay and who will move away and if so to what. Will they stop producing figures, how much call would there be for the Guyver? Your thoughts please.

I have just bought a set of around 140 pictures from japan and have seen many more i wonder just how many sets are out there ? I have seen set 25 on this forum and really nice set. There are two sets on Japan auction site set 15 and set 17, most of them have duplicates in. Does any body own any others? It would be nice to see the complete set.

There are various websites where you can upload images and have them put into a photo book, after a quick search ive found bookprinting uk , inky littlefingers, mixam, blurb, (all in the UK i think).... i dont know if this has been touched on atall and i know the great gods are busy writing or re-writing the fictions but...has anyone thought to do a background story on the creators...how they came to be so knowledgable and how their race came to be what they are now...or even a timeline showing major chances/advances in the history of their species

Could anyone possible describe some of the new powers that Aptom can now wield in his new Omega Blast form please? I know he can use the freezing blast attack form Hayami, but I am curious as to what else he can do.

I just remembered a guyver dream i had a long time ago. not sure why i even remembered it now but i remember the feeling of the dream. it's pretty vague, but it's awesome. and I wish real guyver was so awesome. of course nothing in life is as awesome and guyver is of course the only thing that comes close to being so awesome, but there you go. What year is it in the Guyver manga? It started in the 80s, so it was the 80s in the manga, but...it's been 32 years now. Did the manga just retroactively update to modern times, or what? Is there anyway to tell?

So when it comes to defense against a zoanoid or zoanoids. What kind of weaponry would be most useful against a zoanoid for someone that is human? So, I'm sure shot guns and small arms is out of the question. Something that uses armor piercing rounds?

The discussion thread for the Guyver in English petition seems to have been deleted, so I'm starting a new one. To my understanding (without the wiki to help me) is that Guyver has been published 3 times, to an extent. Viz Comics, Star Comics and Chuang Yi Publishing. I'm not sure which volumes Viz and Star made it up to, but I know Chaung Yi released 10 volumes before going into liquidation. We have the petition on the board, but I don't think that's helping our cause at all. So, without knowing where the license for Guyver currently stands... What haven't we tried? Would anyone say that Sho might be depressed or have a lot of anxiety; maybe some post traumatic stress from fighting his constant battles with Cronos? Also, some anxiety and worry about what could happen to Mizuki and Tetsuro as well. I know in the anime after the unit killed his father, Sho had a nervous break down and couldn't use the unit for a while. How is it possible Sho was mentally blocking the Unit from equiping to him after his father died? Post Traumatic Stress?

Why doesn't Sho go after Dr. Barcus after the death of his father? Agito is. But I don't see Sho doing all that much. Maybe he doesn't care about revenge?

So how do you guys think Guyot survived Relic's Point? The last time I checked when we last saw him before his return he was nearly sliced in half, missing most of his gravity orb controllers, had his Zoacrystal removed, and had a giant hole blown through his chest by Guyver III's pressure cannon. Frankly I do not think throwing his carcass into a processing tank would be the key factor to his miraculous resurrection. There has to be something else we are missing.
