  1. Nope, no reaction from Chinese fans either which is bad, normally they'd have a preview around now if something was ready this month.
  2. I agree that is a nicer "Guyver" cover. But It's the special edition contents I'm after with this release (as there actually has something compared to the old US DVD release). While it's not the best cover, it's still cool and better than having Mark Hamill on the cover.
  3. This is also available from Amazon.co.uk: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LW91GQA/ref=s9_simh_gw_g74_i3_r?ie=UTF8&fpl=fresh&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=desktop-3&pf_rd_r=9BCY7AXTR34G4QTD3JPT&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=26de8ef0-2ad7-412c-8634-6cd03b7b73e2&pf_rd_i=desktop
  4. It's also on Netflix the next day.
  5. I'm hoping it does well enough they do Dark Hero and we get special features from the Japanese LD and possible more....
  6. That would be good for getting someone interested. The only problem with "Super Power Beat Down" is it's a fan vote. So no matter what they put it up against, it would be beaten by a more popular main stream cartoon / anime.
  7. It's being over 10 years since the last Series.....
  8. I'm hoping this is worth the wait. It's being a long time since Enterprise and I'm looking forward to a new series!
  9. Looks entertaining. Like a Micheal Bay movie to a Transformer fan, shut off brain... enjoy the "booms!".
  10. http://warriorguyver.com/creditsfaq/othersites.htm I forgot to add, this will be moved later as I'm in the middle of a very big update to WG.com that will redesign the Guyver Fan-Archive to host these sites. Once I've the new URL ready I'll update the following topic:
  11. Not exactly, Jess left. I stepped in other members stayed the same. apart from people, Jess had already removed the likes of the Gallery from the site (which held the back issues) and those were deleted before Jess handed over the keys to Japan-Legend.com (which is why every so often you see me getting books together and putting them up on the board for those with Vault access rather than simply putting up a weblink..).
  12. Which old Guyver sites...? http://warriorguyver.com/creditsfaq/othersites.htm Two of the sites were moved there, and the last one moved to http://www.theguyver.net/oldguyvernet/index.htm They were the only 3 sites stored on Japan Legend when I took over.
  13. This update is moving along. There is actually a lot of work involved now as moving the Archived Sites from WG.com to the GFA involves a lot of file movment then updating of HTML files afterwards. Much like the last major update to the WG-Fic all fan-fictions (and over the years there has being A LOT) in the GFA's fan-fiction section need to be updated so they they work with the new template. But the end result will be worth it with a much easier to browse website.
  14. I'm too skint at the moment, but in a few months I'd be interested.
  15. Guyver is underrated because it blew its chance of wider popularity very early on. Mutronics / The Guyver from 1991 was so bad 2 things happened: 1) One of the producers felt it was so bad he made Guyver Dark Hero as a thank you to the fans. 2) It's primary box office actor ignores it's existence and doesn't like to talk about it. It also is a screw you to Mark Hamill fans as he's depicted as the face of the Guyver on the cover but instead is pushed to the side for an actor who plays a very crappy version of Sean who is replaced in the next movie.... and then turned into a bug so bad it dies after zoa-forming..... So if you talk to anyone about Guyver and bringing it to a wider customer base that there is what happened the last time it touched the wider customer base. Yes there are hard core Guyver fans, I'm one of them and I pray for the day that enough time has based to bury that memory. But in the end it's there. What Guyver needs is that the next time someone takes it up, they do what the US movies done, introduce their own Guyvers and not do what the 2005 anime done and stick like glue to the comics after a certain point. Make it interesting so the fan base is happy and new people don't have to venture into other Guyver stories to find out the basics.
  16. Hi Mutronix, could you put something like a 500 mil can of coke beside it please so I can get a rough idea of the size visually?
  17. That is for someone with deep pockets, not me this month
  18. I've a Pal and NTSC LD player (I bought it when i got the Out of Control anime on LD). But if you where to send it to anyone, best send it to Gazham to get it converted. Then send the original back to UnitG. I'm tempted to send you my Out of Control as it would be the best conversion we could get done of it too. Just need to find a way to put in Subs.
  19. http://www.arrowfilms.co.uk/shop/index.php?route=product/product&filter_name=Guyver&product_id=875
  20. That is why you never trust a Malmot with explosives! I love the sound effects in your video for the Unit 2, sounds like it's about to break.
  21. I was just looking at your youtube channel. Very cool stuff very creative stuff there captainamericyang. Welcome to the board!
  22. It's officially on "Hiatus" which basically means he's a) working on something else b) training the new intern (we can only pray it's this and we'll get LOADs of new stuff after) c) taking a break. http://tieba.baidu.com/p/4759488252 Judging by the Chinese fans we've another month of waiting to find out at least.
  23. It comes the message board that was on http://warriorguyver.com/ my fan-fiction character Warrior Guyver. Those emotes were made by Matt Bellamy.
  24. Hey Azaar, Good to hear from you again. RL always comes first, there is no panic here form me. I'm still rocking away with re-writes and resetting up the world of the Warrior Guyver fiction and took on the Great war... So free time for me evaporated. It doesn't matter really which office package you use once it can do standard DOC format. Open Office is another good alternative if you're struggling with LibreOffice
