This update is moving along. There is actually a lot of work involved now as moving the Archived Sites from WG.com to the GFA involves a lot of file movment then updating of HTML files afterwards. Much like the last major update to the WG-Fic all fan-fictions (and over the years there has being A LOT) in the GFA's fan-fiction section need to be updated so they they work with the new template. But the end result will be worth it with a much easier to browse website.

I'm too skint at the moment, but in a few months I'd be interested.

Guyver is underrated because it blew its chance of wider popularity very early on. Mutronics / The Guyver from 1991 was so bad 2 things happened: 1) One of the producers felt it was so bad he made Guyver Dark Hero as a thank you to the fans. 2) It's primary box office actor ignores it's existence and doesn't like to talk about it. It also is a screw you to Mark Hamill fans as he's depicted as the face of the Guyver on the cover but instead is pushed to the side for an actor who plays a very crappy version of Sean who is replaced in the next movie.... and then turned into a bug so bad it dies after zoa-forming..... So if you talk to anyone about Guyver and bringing it to a wider customer base that there is what happened the last time it touched the wider customer base. Yes there are hard core Guyver fans, I'm one of them and I pray for the day that enough time has based to bury that memory. But in the end it's there. What Guyver needs is that the next time someone takes it up, they do what the US movies done, introduce their own Guyvers and not do what the 2005 anime done and stick like glue to the comics after a certain point. Make it interesting so the fan base is happy and new people don't have to venture into other Guyver stories to find out the basics.

I've a Pal and NTSC LD player (I bought it when i got the Out of Control anime on LD). But if you where to send it to anyone, best send it to Gazham to get it converted. Then send the original back to UnitG. I'm tempted to send you my Out of Control as it would be the best conversion we could get done of it too. Just need to find a way to put in Subs.

Hey Azaar, Good to hear from you again. RL always comes first, there is no panic here form me. I'm still rocking away with re-writes and resetting up the world of the Warrior Guyver fiction and took on the Great war... So free time for me evaporated. It doesn't matter really which office package you use once it can do standard DOC format. Open Office is another good alternative if you're struggling with LibreOffice

Hello fellow Guyver Fan-Fic and Fan Artists, The Guyver Fan Archive is the next part of WarriorGuyver.com to be refreshed and redesigned. With the merger of the board the question could be asked what is the difference between: http://www.japan-legend.com/forum/index.php?/forum/29-lets-creating/ and http://www.japan-legend.com/forum/index.php?/forum/280-fan-art/ http://www.japan-legend.com/forum/index.php?/forum/281-fan-fiction/ Going forward the difference is this. Lets Creating is what it already is, a place for people to create get feedback etc for the fan-fiction and fan-art. This is unchanged and those that use it can work away happily doing there thing getting their ideas in order etc. Note it doesn't even have to be Guyver stuff, it can be any anime / Japanese entertainment etc based fan-fic you guys and gals feel like. The Fan-Art and Fan-Fiction sections from the old WG.com board will be changing. From this point going forward these areas are for people who want to post and update their Guyver fan-fiction / fan art and including Guyver websites if you want to design your own website for your fic / art or if you have an old Guyver site that you want archived.

Shoutbox Upgrade I'm hoping to get some work done on that tomorrow / weekend. The Shoutbox will be upgraded to work better on the new messageboard.

Finished the merger and all the 3 boards are now one and the old Guyvers smiles transferred as well!!! whoho

Part 1 of this is done. The older archived forum is now merged with this board (hence why some new sections to this board have posts in them from 2004 ). Now to merge up the second and most up to date forum from WG.com and to go from there.

Progress report -> It's worked. Though not before I pressed a button 4 times that should have only being pressed once. So at the moment the messageboard is processing my old board 4 times..... So you guys / gals won't see the end result probably for a few days. For those that were a member of the OLD WG.com forums you'll either find that you've an old account you long since lost the email address of or that your current JL messageboard account now has messages in it from over 10 years ago. Given that the board is still converting it'll be next weekend most likely before a lot of the mess is tidied up. In the mean time to the public members of the board chances are you'll not notice much difference. Once the conversions are finished from the first forums merger there will be permission changes happening on the forum so things tidy up and are usuable for Staff from both sites.

I own 3 Guyver website. Japan-Legend.com (this site) which was started by Jess and given to me to run last year. TheGuyver.Net that site will become a Guyver info page, hopefully with the info from the Guyver Wiki that used to be on Japan Legend but has since being disabled. Japan-Legend.com originally was located here. WarriorGuyver.com my original Guyver website I've being running since 1998. It has an older messageboard but that website is more centered around Guyver fan-Fiction than official Guyver stuff. As I run all 3 websites I want to both improve things and lesson the amount of admin I do. So having one super messageboard is a lot easier than 3 which all need to be kept up to date so they don't fall over to hackers / spam bots.

FYI this will be going ahead this weekend. There will be possible down time and the board may look messy until the admins tidy it up after the two other message boards are imported here.

I've being putting more behind this idea and in the future the Guyver.Net will also link to this messageboard. The basic idea is that anyone that visits any of the 3 sites I run will find a way here and from here to a Guyver info page. This page will either a) replace the wiki if I can never get it back up or b) Work beside it if I can get it back up so that there is never a lack of content. Note if I can't get the wiki back, I'll need someones help to get the: KAMEN RIDER SUPER SENTAI sections of the Japan Legend website working again and with information fans would find useful.

Hi all, To decrease the amount of admin I've to do I'm going ahead with a project to merge the WarriorGuyver.com PhpBB3 forums (there's 2 there I've to keep up to date to stop spam bots....... etc) to that of the Japan-Legend.com forum. Basically that type of board (IPBoard) is a lot easier to admin and manage. Sections of this board will be merged with that and new sections will be created there Inside Section 9: Video Games Forum Below Section 9: WarriorGuyver.com (name of the boxed area) Warrior Guyver Discussion GWOTG Discussion The Basement Will contain archived sections of the board from WG.com that are no longer active. User accounts! If you've accounts on board boards (e.g. like me) these most likely will be merged by default. Note if you changed your name etc for whatever reason and want things merged anyway and the new name to take over please let me know. If you've any questions or concerns please let me know here.
