Lisker.... apparently it's a real name, albeit an impopular one. http://www.thinkbabynames.com/meaning/0/Valkyria The name 'Lisker' is mainly found among Ashkenazi Jews in the Baltic states. I suppose he must have been adopted. Only one question, really: Husband or brother? Plus she seems to be having some problems... hope she doesn't end up the same way Oswald did. April 26, 201312 yr Actually her name. Valkyria F Lisker. I would have assumed that meant that... Valkyria was related to Lisker but then there was that thing with the puddle turning that bird into...something. Hmmm I don't know where this is going but it's nice to see a little vulnerability in Valkyria after all the badass-ness. Also is it just me or does that part where she falls onto the bed a call back to when Sho first got the Guyver?
April 26, 201312 yr Second panel, page 8... That guys shoulder fits perfectly in line with Sho's shoulder.. hahaha My theory is that Lisker's purple puddle Guyver remains somehow absorbed/merged with the bird and the rat. Then it was recovered by Chronos and somehow Valkyria was born. I also believe Lisker still somehow 'haunts' her or is a personality of hers.
April 26, 201312 yr Sweet, at least it sure looks like there are some answers. I sure hope Valcuria is able to stick around for a while. Also I still prefer the name Risker for Guyver II, I guess because Lisker makes me think of the American Guyver film. I mean I have a soft spot for the first Guyver film and I still re-watch it every few years because it was the coolest film to a nine year old but current me kind of looks down on it.
April 26, 201312 yr Since there is some kind of attachment to Risker after all then I would think Valcuria would have been wanting revenge against Sho after all this time. Maybe she was talking to Risker about 'we haven't fought Guyver I yet!'
April 26, 201312 yr this chapter, has answered some questions, even so remains a question how old is valkyria, if you stay the connection with Lisker establesida old is be that mid 20 or early 30s
April 27, 201312 yr Aw man, I'm pretty disappointed I really wanted Val to be a completely new character with original motives. Now it seems like she might just end up with a revenge story. It's interesting to see Lisker become relevant again, but I still feel a bit jipped. Oh well, I guess now we just have to wait and see her relation to Lisker, as Salkafar mentioned Developments!

I bet it's like "It's as if we took a cute little parakeet and an adorable little hamster and we mixed them together and the outcome was a gruesome, bloodthirsty monster. Who knew?" The 'bird' being Valkyria. So... the suggestion might be that she originally was a really nice person, but the Unit brought out the animal in her?

April 29, 201312 yr The puddle is the bio-booster organism. I think they were experimenting with the cells collected from Guyver II and came to the conclusion that they needed to recreate the control medal.
