Hi guys, We have been discussing about how debates are handled here and we have decided some guidelines are needed. please note these are not ultra strict guidelines, as you all know, we are usually pretty flexible with these kinds of things. this is what we have drawn up, any questions pease go ahead. these guidelines are liable to change during initial stages of implimentation. (we will let you know if we change it.)

First off this isn’t a…boys are better then girls or vice versa, thing! It’s a childish argument and its not worth having. Anyway, now that we officially have a female Guyver on the cast (I don’t count the OVA) what do you think the differences between a male and female Guyver are? Just to get the ball rolling I’ll point out that the physical structure of the female Guyver is different (other than the female body frame). For instance, some of the armor plates are different shapes, there are only two side rib structures connecting to the megasmasher’s protective plates and the joints at the hips seem to allow for the better range of movement. This is a common trait t…

With the digital age, everybody can now be easily heard. Now that social media is the norm, everybody can freely express themselves. But is this a good thing? The ease of communicating also brought about lesser inhibition. Introverts are now a thing of the past. People now are easier to offend. I wonder how this came about. Were people really easy to offend to begin with and was just amplified by the digital age? Or was it because the boom of the internet failed to prepare the emotional state of a person? Did parents then fail to realize the effect of leaving their children to the internet that paved the way to those kids growing up to be emotionally fragile?…

After a break up. How long does it take you to get over someone? I haven't been with my ex wife since 2019. I have a girlfriend now, but any woman I've ever been with, I've thought about her. I married her back in 2008, we had kids, and that's 11 years I'm having trouble working out of my mind. The problem is, nothing I do makes it go away. Some days it bothers me more than others.

What are your views on divorce? My parents got a divorce because they couldn't get along. My mother has been through 2 divorces. I think it varies. But if you're both unhappy and can't stand one another. It's probably for the best. Life is short.

Ok this is not a joke, its about as far from a joke as we're ever likely to get. This topic is about some pretty dark and grim subject matter, so read at your own discussion. Humans do some pretty messed up stuff, but sometimes we really out do ourselves. This is one of those times, this is the story of Mary. As most of you may know, the life of circus animels is very, very cruel. They spend long periods of time held in confined spaces or chained up with little to no stimuli, little real healthcare (or even just care for that matter) and are regularly abused. They are also tortured into behaving in unnatural ways for the amusement of crowed, sometimes rig…

I have to admit that until the holidays that I haven't been on this forum for a while, but it seems that there's been a bit of an influx of female members here. I wonder what it is that draws the female fans to Guyver. After all, Guyver is a science fiction/action-adventure manga and anime series. So there's plenty for male fans to go around as far as a PG-13 rated story (let alone the violent as all hell for its time OVA series), but what is drawing the girls in? Just curious about this.

Okay, this may be controversial and the subject of name calling (or racial terms) is not why I posted this, but it is this conversation in the comments that people were having and things that were being said back and forth to each other that really was just mind-boggling and I've known quite a few people who feel this way too. I'm so sick of all this racism crap, people need to get the focus off of race and onto the situation in the White House (or main body of government). Stop focusing on skin color and focus on ethics, focus on the laws, focus on the political scandals. Racism serves nothing but to divide the citizens of the country. Don't play into those games. HA…

Ever since Oct. of 2013 I've been following, listening and reading these cases and stories. I have some of his books and always love listening to new interviews by him. I also look forward to the documentary. It's incredible. If you haven't taken a look at this, I strongly recommend give it a try. It may change your perspective on the outdoors. It's incredibly tragic and sad. I have a lot of respect for him and what he's doing. The first interview I heard from him on the subject back in 2013

Well, as the saying goes, ladies first. This is ridiculous. I really can't believe that this political group has this kind of power, and that they still believe they're oppressed by the "patriarchy".

So this thread is about the historical records regarding the Crusades and the events that developed around them. I was very tired of always hearing how terrible Christians were, because of what the Crusader's did almost a thousand years ago. Well, I knew nothing about the Crusades at that time, and started doing my own research, I was amazed to discover how woefully ignorant the West is regarding the Crusades. I will post three Documentaries (of which I watched first) and will later post other videos and articles regarding the Crusades. Feel free to post links, or leave comments about the Crusades. =) withought further a do, lets begin, the History of the Crusades! The C…

I was reading on M-theory a while back, and how some versions of it suggest how we might survive the death of our universe. How not only we might escape into an alternate dimension, but how we might possibly create a new universe with just and ounce of energy (all the positive and negative energy almost cancel out, leaving just an ounce worth). That's very interesting when I started reading the bible again last year, when some of these crazy theories start stirring some things that most would say come from science fiction. Things like this: If this universe were created, and -this- planet were added in later through a dimensional gate way... if it's core were a di…

I'm new to these forums and I started to study philosophy recently and I got really interested in it (although I'm a system's engineer major, I'm getting really hooked on philosophy, don't know why many of my colleagues don't know what philosophy is or why they hate to talk about it?) Anyways this is a major question that I've always had and maybe I'm not using the proper philosophical jargon to ask it accurately (I apologize ahead of time). I aknowledge that this is the guyver forum and I may not get higly academic responses, but I'm interested in hearing the opinions of members from this forum, and their philosophy. I'm interested in hearing a debate between two diffe…

So the Arthurian stories are incredibly complex and difficult to follow. There's so much going on and happening I don't have the faintest idea of it's chronology, the order of events or even in what year it was supposed to have taken place. Is there even any actual historical evidence to him, or some physical evidence? All I know is that he was supposed to come from Britannia or tradition Wales; before it was named Wales.
