I figured I would like to contribute to our knowledge of the Guyver universe and decided to start this timeline project. I found a page on the wiki for the real-world history of Guyver, such as publishing dates and the figma releases, but I decided to undergo a research project to find a good flow of time for the universe within the pages. I've been wondering about this for a while. Since it seems, at leas to an extent, that Sho and Agito are as mortal as a normal human being when not in in their Guyver armor (they can be seriously injured by the same things that would inflict similar injury on you or I), I wonder if Zoaforming would have a significant impact on a person's strength and resilience in human form. We know that the Libertus even in human form can give most Chronos Zoanoids a hard time, but is the same true of Chronos Zoanoids? So I dont know if this has been brought up here, but I posted this a while ago on Facebook and feel its time we have some sort of official title for us as fans but what do we call each other? When I talk to other nerds and say I am a Guyver-Fan they go "OH MacGyver!" So that made me start thinking. There are G-Fans for Godzilla and other Kaiju fans, Whovians for Doctor Who fans, Trekkies for Star Trek Fans, Fannibals for Hannibal Lecter fans. Hell even Twilight fans are called Twihards or Twihearts. Someone on Facebook suggested "BioBoosters" and a Co-Worker who also likes Guyver suggested "Zoa-nerds." finally got the collections of these Guyver Keyrings to add to my Collection which is coming along nicely.

There is still some differences among the names we use for various characters and things. The one that came up more recently while working on translations was "12 heavenly generals". I had discovered a while back that this was a reference to a buddhist thing. So the correct translation that we use for that has to be 12 heavenly generals. so what other things do we need to get sorted out for teh scanlations? I think it would help if we draw up a list of generally accepted character names and the most logical use. This may seem more like a rant or maybe a vent, but honestly, we all think about it. Why does Guyver not perform so well with producers or audiences? I mean it definitely has appeal. It has an amazing story, incredible battles/fight scenes, a complex plot, memorable characters, and has influenced scifi in many ways. It's sparked three versions of animes and two films. I just don't get it. Why so many people prefer things like fullmetal or some of this newer stuff that's coming out that I think is garbage. Would anyone say that Sho might be depressed or have a lot of anxiety; maybe some post traumatic stress from fighting his constant battles with Cronos? Also, some anxiety and worry about what could happen to Mizuki and Tetsuro as well. I know in the anime after the unit killed his father, Sho had a nervous break down and couldn't use the unit for a while. How is it possible Sho was mentally blocking the Unit from equiping to him after his father died? Post Traumatic Stress?

This is a topic that I'd like to make talking about stuff with female protagonist in Guyver. It could be our thoughts and opinions, observations, and things that we wanna guess on. And this includes things that they do, "female" things that they do they could do if they were living "normal" lives, who they are as people, what they do in their free time, basically anything that's forum appropriate. Well, its no secret that these two are together. Sho has always had feelings for Mizuki, and Tetsuro( In the 2005 anime) was supportive of that. I noticed in one issue that they had been sleeping together. Its been a while since we saw a lot of dialogue from Mizuki. I do miss her and Sho interacting more often. I wonder how things are going to progress after Cronos is defeated. I'm guessing for Sho to have some what of a normal relationship with Mizuki is to go live out in a cabin at a remote location. I assume once Agito takes over Cronos that he will cancel the arrest warrant that was issued out for him and Sho, after they've won. So that leaves some questions about how Sho, Tetsuro and Mizuki will go about re- adapting back into society. How would Sho and his friends return to a normal life after destroying Archenphel, the other zoalords and the downfall of Chronos? How would Sho, Tetsuro, Mizuki and his friends fit in to today's society after everything they've been through? What would they do? I started rewatching the 2005 series again today and got to thinking. What would happen if: a) The host's head was severed when not bio-boosted? and b) When activating a Guyver unit, what would happen if the host was killed (let's say cut in half) while the 'tentacles' were still wrapping around him?

I found my old archived site from 2004. it's pretty much the ancestor of this site, it's where I first started with compiling data from the guyver manga and when I first started translating. The data comparison is actually pretty good. you can list by order of height, strength, weight etc. also, the height chart I did back then was interactive.you can directly compare the height of different characters. Lets face it. Tetsuro could have easily become the Guyver at the beginning of the manga, or the 2005 anime rather than Sho. They were both handling the unit and when they were fighting over it, Tetsuro threw it into Sho's arms as it activated. My question in this topic is. Would things have turned out better or worse had Tetsuro become a Guyver ? Tetsuro is a really smart and motivated character. I believe both Tetsuro and Sho are equally strong in their own way. I was wondering how does the control medal restore its host's memories? I mean twice, Sho has been completely obliterated except for the CM and during his fight with his father(Enzyme II) who had ripped Sho's head apart; how would the Guyver restore memory? Would it be because the CM is directly connected to the brain and is able to log those memories? The reason I ask is that I just recently re-watched X-Men Origins: Wolverine; and at the end when he is shot in the head and his body regenerates the damage, but not his memory.

So had Sho never killed Guyver 2 while Lisker was suffering from the Unit glitching from its dent. Would Lisker have been killed by the unit itself later down the road? I'm just wondering had he lived longer, would he or would he not suffered from using the damaged unit? I'm thinking any number of things that could go wrong might happen to Lisker.

Might any of you consider the idea of having a section of the wiki or a section of each part of the wiki for fanon of Guyver, Godzilla and Toku. I was thinking it could have information and illustrations Lucithea's alternate guyver universes (Ark and Lost Unit Sho) and The Crimson Guyver's Parallel Dimention universe amongst others.

Is anyone open to the thought that there are upgraded Guyver units in Sho and Agito's time and they are just using a more primitive version of the Guyver? I mean the Guyver Units that were left behind are thousands of years old. I think Apollon constantly has his Guyver Unit engaged and it seems like a far more advanced version than that of a Lesser Unit of the Guyver and seems even more advanced than that of the Gigantic. So I'm think that there is a possibility that the Advents had to have upgraded the Units to a better and more efficient kind of technology since they helped manipulate life on Earth. I'm wondering if Richard actually thought his plan through to kill off over the other 12 zoalords. I mean, why did he believe Archenphel was just a regular run of the mill zoalord. Didn't anyone, like Barcas fill him in on how powerful Archenphel was? I just can't believe he just didn't hand the Guyver Remover over to Barcas and stand down for a little while and wait.
