hey gang, quick questions for u all: who is the happy camper who uses the name jehuty for his character? Would like to see artwork and DF for him, but I don't know if he's for this website or for Guyvers Lair. A little help would be appreciated.

ADV is going to be having a Guyver Fan-Art contest towards the end of the year. (in December I think) Top 5 winners will get an Art box and autographed DVD volume 2 of the new series. (I dunno who they are having autograph it yet, I will have to ask em) I dont have all the info yet but I will post the contact info and all that jazz on my site soon as I know more. Lordy it's been a while since I actually did anything in pencil that I thought was decent enough to even post... well and been a while since I have actuall drawn ANYTHING.Crying or Very sad In progress still. 17 years ago today, I officially joined Brian O'Sullivan in making a dual fan-fiction based in the same world. When I joined, we did a small collaboration picture of our two characters together... And since we are back, and updating the site, we figured we'd do a new one to celebrate. That's right... All the way back in 1998. I've been doing this off and on for 17 years. Some may remember awhile back i posted a pic of Scyxia, the demon chimera girl here, anyway her hair was looking pretty funky back then but I figured out how the hair works better and was able to fix it. I also got a pic of plutonium kiwi and the crab here. Originally Plutonium kiwis smily face tatoo was supposed to frowm , but that didn't look good so I just made it a smily face tatoo. I'm mostly done modeling plutonium kiwi but his fingers look kind of funky so I'll have to change that. Hey all, havent posted in a while and well..got bored i suppose. Anyways, since this is the fanart section i thought it would be the best place to ask an art question...though if it isn't my fullist apologies. So, as the subject says...Details. I suck at it. I'm decent when it comes to doing the basic body (save females ), but when it comes to detail my brain falls apart. I suppose it also has to do with the fact that i have a hard time creating from the mind. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can practice that would help me with such a predicament? Thanks

I've been trying to mentally visualize how I want my fan-fic character Proteus (detailed in the Writers forum, complete with data file now) to look. Looking at the artwork that's featured, I'm seeing a LOT of blue, a fair amount of purple, red and lavender, and a decent amount of green (a bright green, at least). Mostly I'm looking at color scheme -- the actual body look is undecided for certain as well. OMG, it's done. One thing I've always loved doing is making my characters cosplay, and I put them in almost costume that can be thought of. Drawing them out, though... eh, that's another story.
