I was thinking this figure from Sakamoto Desu Ga would make a good Sho with a head switch: https://myfigurecollection.net/item/287879 He wears a standard Japanese uniform like in the show, and he's sized proportionately to the BFC figure. Like Guyver III's double elbow blades, or the head spikes. Or Guyver II's asymmetrical heat exhaust ports, etc. Do you think it could caused by humans all having different features from one another? Something gentic in each person? Or could it just be a random occurrence?

So I've been a fan for a long time and have read most of the manga up to book 30, now from what I understand is this was the place to go to get the translations if you bought the Japanese books. Now my question is, is this still active? if I buy the Japanese books can I still get the translations? Or has everyone moved on because from what I've seen there hasn't been any new chapters in a long time.

Just wondering about this today. For example... Lets say we attached a guyver unit to a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Dinosaurs, from what we can work out, were likely creatures of limited intelligence which primarily functioned on pure instinct. Not much different then most birds, reptiles and crocodile of today. As a result the creatures use of the guyvers weapons would likely be used in a far more basic way then any human guyver would, most likely acting on instinct and in reaction to a current situation. So I was on a manga viewer site since batoto died and the vault is gone, I was reading vol 10 61 to vol 11 63. Aptom just apears in chapter 63 fixing his leg that must of blown off while in the last chapter he wasnt in it at all. Was this Guyver Advocacy only releasing half of 62 because he wasnt in that chapter at all and now, Murakami zoalord is saying he was going to let him live, but cant because he saved the Guyvers. This is implying to me he was in the last chapter and got rekt by the zoalord and lost a leg. Please send help I am very confused, apreciate it if you can help guys.

We all know the Guyvers are immensely strong, fast and powerful. Plus they have pretty amazing awareness using the orbs in their helmets, and the ability to react very quickly(mostly referring to 2005 anime when Guyver I shot down a bullet headed for Tetsuro) which is also a skill. I was just wondering about the creator of Guyver other works. While Guyver has been his main on-going project for all these years, I sincerely doubt it's the only thing he's ever worked on.

Just wondering what everyone thought on this. I grew up with the old one and loved it and i'm watching the new one new after forgetting about it. But rewatching it now i just feel like the old one was a lot better, it just seemed way darker and more violent. Even though the art is old i actually really like the old style.

Just something that came to mind while marathoning My Hero Academia: Since Zoacrystals store a Zoalord's power, can they store some of that power into other crystals like quartz? Like a back up battery so they don't drain their main crystal first and be left with a "oh crap" moment. I honestly don't know why this popped into my head while watching a super hero anime, but I'd figured it'd be worth asking the community and see if it's possible.

Since I was 10 years old, I've always loved Guyver and Aliens nearly equally. In fact one day I picked up a Star Wars magazine in the early 90s and in the back of it it had both Aliens models and Max Factory Guyver models on the same page, which I think proves that there are similarities and they have similar demographics. Recently I've been trying to get people who frequent Reddit into watching / reading Guyver and most have never heard of it. Now the 2005 series might have helped its popularity a little or the fact that there are still models and figures floating around, but it really hurts a manga's popularity when you can't find it on the shelf somewhere. Both Guyver and Berserk came out around the same time, and yet Berserk is actually still popular, dare I say mainstream. Every time you go to Barnes & Noble or any other bookstore, there it is on the shelf. Everybody I talk to knows what Berserk is, but nobody knows what Guyver is.
