Guyver

Saw this pop up on YouTube, figured it may be of interest.

Knowing the events in the manga after vol 8, I got the impression that the reasoning for Archanfel's increased periods of dormancy was that the Zoacrystals were harvested from his body, and that it weakened him every time a new one was extracted. But I was finally able to read up to 27, and I found no mention of this. Was this just a fan theory, a mistranslation, or what? Thanks.

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I have been gone for quiet some time. But I have been recently wondering, whatever happened to the Libertus that Aptom was fighting? in the pier? Did he kill them? Absorb them? What? Aptom seems like the type that he wouldn't back down from a fight let alone a potentially tasty Zoanoid unless he had good reason to. I am also wondering if it has also been mentioned whether he can in fact absorb them or not.

I was actually wondering how strong Guyver armor is. It seems small firearms such as pistols or 9 millimeter's don't seem to penetrate it. Even zoanoids as strong as gregole don't seem to be able to tear into it. So just wondering how strong the armor itself is. Can the armor with stand an armor piercing AP shell? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armor-piercing_shot_and_shell

Has anyone bought the 1/6 Guyver Gigantic on Ebay for $430. Supposed to be 18" tall, articulated, 13 led light up points and comes with chrysalis case?

Since Max just posted another tweet about the 1/6th scale Guyver 1 figure, I thought I would start a thread compiling older and new tweets from him regarding the Guyver figures. As of July 4, 2022, this is the latest: Max Watanabe has posted another tweet with someone air brushing the 1/6 scale Guyver 1 Figure. As well as a note about his "60th birthday Celebration" https://twitter.com/MAXWATANABE/status/1543840932394504192?s=20&t=6nhO7g1TPUWej1VP5fR0_g

this is only one, personal theory, for what they have read the manga, most recently, I could say yes, indeed, Robert. Lisker. was zencrebe

So. We're all friends of the founding mother of Japan Legend. Share your opinion and thoughts on a quality that you really like about Jess aka Yuki. I think it'd be great if we can all say something that we all reach out and extend our thanks for her and the GA for creating this great community. So, if you'd like. I would like to say that I'm thankful that she created this community, I think Jess and I have a lot in common, she's a great friend, and she's helped me through some hard times.

I told my Fiancee I would read Sailor Moon if she would read The Guyver. So far, she thinks it's ok. (I think Sailor Moon is alright, just not too crazy about the art style). She hasn't read much, but I think she might enjoy it. She only likes newer animation, so I know she'll like the anime! Thank goodness, Chuang Yi Publishing is going to bring out volumes 9-15 soon, so she can read them too. Anybody else able to get their Significant Other into The Guyver?

That bio-booster monster that formed from the chewed off arm of Guyver 1. I've NEVER seen him/it, and I want to see it for a fan-fiction comic I am working on. Also, Hayami (Zoalord form).

Since this is the only forum that allows discussion of action figures I'd like anyone interested to check out my auction. Please feel free to delete this topic if its breaking any rules or if it is allowed have it removed once its over. Starting bid is $49.99 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 6017231890

http://warriorguyver.com/starsguyverpage/doujinshi/maxfactory.htm It's being a while since I looked for these and can't find anything on them (if there is a post somewhere I couldn't find it). With updating my site this weekend I'm hoping I can find more of these one page comics that came with the old Max Factory models. In total I know there are 7 of them at least, possibly more. In total I've seen 6. Does anyone here know of the or have the others and be willing to share it please?

Just received my volume 7 DVD as I am sure some of you also already have.. awesome as we all know but I wanted to remind everyone to read the booklet insert. Great bonuses as well as interviews of the producers/animators whom state that WE as fans need to give all the support possible for The Guyver to help push for a 2nd season and beyond, as much as we possibly can! Cheers!! Guyver009

I was wondering if any of the guyver fans out there knew the stats for the Mindolius Hyper Zoanoid. Its the huge minotaur looking zoanoid with the funky shoulders.

Every one rejoice vol. 3 of the guyver will be out 3/06/07 And for everyones enjoyment heres the cover art.

hi all, what volume was the last english guyver book. I have 1 to 10, but have not seen any after this. has all printing stopped on the books. thanks

I had no idea this was a thing! The language is NSFW, so I apologize in advance. Still pretty funny though!

Hey guys! There's an Guyver Amino in the Amino app.

Been thinking about this lately. Just with this forum in general. Nothing to do with the manga or the scanlations. My question as my exact question is if Yoshiki Takaya would be offended with some of our comments, feedback, and opinions? I know a few of the GA members have expressed disappointment in the past in a few threads on the forum. I'm not stating any of it was overly negative. But I'm wondering how Yoshiki would react to it all a as a scope or spectrum in general. I myself and a few of the other members....haven't exactly said nice things..but still constructive criticism about his work although we're hopeful and die hard fans. I know some of us ge…

I have a question? Is anyone a member of spaceports for Star's Guyver Page? If so is there anything good on the mebsite

So, I've been poking around YouTube lately looking for broadcasts from the Sci-Fi Channel (no, I will not use the current name, TYVM). One thing I've been looking for are promos from when the channel aired the live-action Guyver films. Lo and behold, I found something! Skip to the 3:04 mark, and you'll find them there!

Typing in guyver in to buyee, it come up with this as a result. http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/e175083356 It has guyver on the top of the box, but I don't recall seeing it. Any thoughts?

Dr. Barcus is the top mind of Chronos. He created the Hyper Team 5 and other wonders for Chronos. However, he can't figure where he went wrong with Aptom. It's almost like he has no recollection of the mistake. is it possible one of Dr. Odagiris's people had something to do with Aptom's new found powers?

Is there anybody who could scan the pages with guyver 1 data on them and send them to me. I am hoping to make an attempt at translating this so we can have more detailed info on the anatomy of guyver! Some people have already done some translation which we are extremely grateful for but its always nice to have more points of reference! Thanks in advance for whoever can help!
