So I was continuing my work on my logo that Matt had giving some great help with, when I decided to add the top part of the chest to the logo. As I was drawing that I realize it didn't look very good compared to the head... In Fact, I think it made the head look smaller than it should. So I decided I need to do some practice. Been a while since this old dogs posted on here. Within the last year I've been fortunate enough to accomplish a few life goals and thus have a bit more free time. Whipped up a couple pieces of Warrior Guyver fanart I wanted to share. Currently working on a redesign of Dark Falz from the original Phantasy Star on the old Sega Master System.

No, it's not a Guyver pic. Was gonna be, but I needed my original characters to stretch their legs. If you've been keeping up on Vixen, this is Vixen and Jarek (Jarek's just been introduced in the last chapter I posted). In the world of Eres, they don't have an exact Christmas holiday, per sae, but instead celebrate the Winter Solctise (similar to the Pegan religions). It's also called "The Festival of Lights", symbolizing that even in the darkest times, you can always find light, hence all the candles. Maybe you all can help me. I've been a HUGE fan of Brian's Guyver pics for a long time. It's how I got started in the fan-fic. But I don't exactly know what programs to use to color my pictures. I've got some that are just regularly shaded, coal, waterpaints, etc. What I really want though is the type of quality that I see in a lot of those fan-fic pics. I've always wondered would it possible for a W'kar (in w'kar battle armor) to be inpregnated by a transbreed type facehugger (xenomorph), which is the reason why I drawed this http://ultimatewkar.deviantart.com/#/d3ci3qb. But, you know really dosen't sound possible and if it did happen what kind of powers and abilities would it have. Hmmm, I wonder if anyone has ever taken the time to look through some of the artwork for Guyver on Deviantart. When I did a simple search for Guyver, it came back with over 2600 pics, colored and not, sketches and more. If I had known that, I would have picked up my sketch pad a long while ago. I'm very rusty right now, so don't expect a miracle out of me. Drawing free hand was never my strong point. I'm the imaginative one, not the artistic one. (on myself, of course.) Any comments of other places to see some serious Guyver artwork besides the links for WG and that are in English, please send this way.
