  1. Well, you gotta believe in Magic. Just tell me how two people find each other, in a world full of strangers. Believe in Magic as it's something stronger than the moon above. And because it's magic when two people fall in love.

In some situations, all you need is time. When the wounds are still fresh, it is difficult to cope. But adding to what steel said, it depends on the acceptance level of a person. If the passive method doesn't work, then use shock therapy. But to help you with your situation, just think of how karma works. The worst situation you are in at the moment, the better things will turn out for you eventually.
  3. Of course. Whatever you want. We just need to identify the target, develop our game plan, and then execute for the kill.
  4. Dude, if we were in the same location, I'd be so your wingman! I'll drag you along going near a hot girl, tap her shoulders and say "Have you met the Banana King?" then leave the scene unnoticed. It's going to be Legen.... wait for it....DARY!!!
  5. Looks like Spiderman is still under licensed to Sony, so odds that this be linked to the marvel cinematic universe is highly unlikely.
  6. Well, I took the liberty of incorporating it with the guyver wiki. I think it needs a little more polishing, since I'm not sure if we are to focus on the Cronos website (current configuration) or simply put it as an external link (which by the way, will put it in the bottom of the page). I've put place holders for anybody to edit and add relevant information.
  7. So, do we link this to the main guyver pages or just leave it as is? If we do link this, I suggest we add a little more info about cronos.
  8. This is the discussion topic for the wiki article: Cronos
  9. You see, this is what courtship is for. It is like a testing period to see if two people get along enough to start a relationship. Don't mind about the fine print or whatever, just see how you two would be able to cope with each other as you go along. Of course you can't divulge every little aspect of your life in one go, it's how the other person will react when you give out a small part of yourself. This interaction is what gives you memories of each other, and in trying times, these are the memories that will save your relationship. Many young couples just hook up or get married too soon, only to realize they are incompatible with each other. These people are missing the deep understanding required to make a relationship work. But like I previously said, no relationship is a sure thing. It is a gamble and you need to have the initiative to make it work. I am not an expert in relationships, but I pride myself as someone who has managed to salvage and fix a few deteriorating relationships or two. Not to stray too much off of my original point, you cannot force two people together if their interaction together doesn't click. If you like someone, you can't force them to like you, but you can convince them, given the right circumstances that is.
  10. Made it to page 375 of Flesh and Blood now. :D Ah, been quite a while since I last took on this task. Anyway, enough being lazy and let's get down to business. "あいにく、なにも伝える事があるですがすでにわかる" ふたごとはなす。 "Ainiku, nani mo tsutaeru koto ga aru desu ga sudeni wakaru" futago to hanasu.
  11. I think we all agree that Hollywood has this knack of twisting any franchise around as long as it will gain profits. Most of the scriptwriters are not that familiar with the franchise they are working on, thus, sometimes we get served with unwarranted changes in the movie. Even the marvel characters are no exception. However, given the track record of the recent films, I would say that Marvel is now starting to take care of their characters in a way that they are taking care of them in the comics reincarnation. I'm not quite familiar with the licenses that Marvel made with the X-men, but some of the marvel movies were made under license from Marvel, so Marvel really had no control over what happens to the movie. X-men first class seems to be an origin movie for the X-men, so I'm reserving my judgement of the film until I see it. I won't expect too much though. And lastly, I like Wolverine. But I hated the Hugh Jackman portrayal. Wolverine is short and Hairy. Hugh Jackman is neither short nor hairy.
  12. I think if it's your first time watching Dragon Ball Z, you wouldn' t mind the long filler animations that they make. In a way, it brings emphasis to the tension and pressure the characters are going through. But after you watched it again, that's where it gets to you. Especially when you are watching it once a week. I haven't seen the english version so I really can't comment on that. I haven't seen Kai as well so I can't comment on that either. But watching Dragon Ball Z was one of the most memorable experiences I had a decade ago. If you ask me to sit through the same thing again, I don't think I'll have the stomach for it.
  13. Ah, "cat out of the bag", I like the pun in that, even if it was not intended. I would still prefer to call it Japanese inspired instead of anime footage. Footage makes it sound like it was already done and your just re-using the same material. I really don't like using the word cartoon as a descriptive word, heck I don't even like to call Justice League Cartoon. I'm rather old fashioned and prefer to call them animation. Hey, it's a free world so we can call them whatever we want. However, I'm still reserving judgement for the new series until I see it for myself. So I take it that this is going to be a re-imagination? That concept seems to be used a lot nowadays. Looks like only Tron made a sequel to the old franchise.
  14. I think the term "Anime" is thrown into a lot of things without anybody even noticing what it really is. Okay, call me a purist, but Anime is basically a shorthand for Animation. Japanese have this habit of creating shorthand words for almost everything. So TMNT, Ben 10 and even Justice league, they are all called Anime in Japan. If anime is solely used for animation made in Japan, then why do we have Korean Anime? I think the misconception that everyone is having is the word "Cartoon". Cartoon is not animation. The definition of cartoon is a preparatory drawing for a piece of art. What you see in the comics section of the newspaper, that is a cartoon. That is why we have the term "animated cartoon". Emphasis on the word "animated". It's really frustrating to get into a debate about "cartoons vs anime" without really knowing the truths. Anyway..... Cool, a new thundercats animation! Although I'm somewhat miffed that they had to borrow influences from japanese animation. I loved the old thundercats. And even though they were animated by japanese, the character designs were American, and you can distinguish them from the oriental counterpart. This new series is like trying to be something that they are not.
  15. Something to ponder about: Don't you think the reason it flooded during the time of Noah was because he cut down all the trees to build the giant ark?
  16. Oh, I guess I missed the "u". It's supposed to be VARISU. 解析はなにかがある?タカヤと用心深いで奇妙に聞く kaiseki wa nanika ga aru? TAKAYA to youjinbukai de kimyou ni kiku.
  17. Naked Belgians? And they actually fell for it? Ahahaha.
  18. I will be completely honest with you guys. Truthfully, since the posts are too long, I only skimmed over them and didn't really digest anything, so please do excuse me if I am unable to contribute to that. Currently not in the mood to read long posts. But I do seem to get the notion that somebody is a predator and harry potter fanboy. But as not to sound too off topic, the falling thing while dreaming thingy is sometimes refered by other people as "out of body" experience. Something like your soul leaving your body to travel, and you feel like falling when your body is trying to suck back your soul in. Although I'm not entirely sold of the idea.
  19. 何かが教えないのか? とにかく、ラダムは何者だ? 何故お前兄弟が人間の身体と同じくぜに、テッカマンブレードとテッカマンヴァリスをなれるんだ? Nani ka ga oshienai no ka? Tonikaku, RADAMU wa nanimono da? naze omae kyodai ga ningen no karada to onaji kuse ni, TEKKAMAN BUREDO to TEKKAMAN VARIS wo narerunda?
  20. Could the "Naked at work/school" dream possibly be wet dreams? Every male that goes through puberty has them. Or is it the embarassing sort of dream? Which I doubt many people would have. I think most people would only remember bits and peices of their dreams. But the question I liked to ask is if anybody tries to interpret their dreams. I've known a few people who has had their dream come to reality.
  21. This song has been ringing in my head for the past few days now: Rocketeer by Far East Movmenet featuring Ryan Tedder:
  22. Oh, there are character developments, especially for Simone. It's not just a super robot show, it's the personification of a super robot show. It doesn't quite have the angst that Evangelion have, the show is actually light hearted, but things happen unexpectedly that would make you emotionally involved. Let's just say that the story is as straightforward as it can get. Oh, did I mention the robot has a Big F@#%ing Drill!
  23. Ryuki, you got bored on the part that was actually the start of the fun part. That means you haven't seen Kurama and Hiei, as well as Genkai. As for picking up Gurren Lagann, good choice. The show is the epitome of pure epicness of hot blooded awesomeness. It is just..... wait for it..... LEGENDARY! Although I'd imagine you not enjoying it much since it deals with Super Robots. This is one of the rare shows that made me cry.
  24. When you get those pre-approved letters in the mail for everything from credit cards to 2nd mortgages and junk like that, most of them come with postage paid return envelopes, right? Well, why not get rid of some of your other junk mail and put it in these cool little envelopes! Send an ad for your local chimney cleaner to American Express. Or a pizza coupon to Citibank. If you didn't get anything else that day, then just send them their application back! Just make sure your name isn't on anything you send them. Heck, you can send it back empty if you want to just to keep 'em guessing! Let's turn this into a chain letter! Eventually, the banks and credit card companies will begin getting all their crap back in the mail. Let's let them know what it's like to get junk mail, and best of all... THEY are paying for it! Twice! Let's help keep our postal service busy since they say e-mail is cutting into their business, and that's why they need to increase postage again! Send this to a friend or two or three...or fifty...
  25. Don't copy if you can't paste! A popular motivational speaker was entertaining his audience He said "The best years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who wasn't my wife!" The audience was in silence and shock. The speaker added "And that woman was my mother" Laughter and applause. A week later, a top IT manager trained by the motivational speaker tried to crack this very effective joke at home. He was a bit foggy after a drink. He said loudly, "The greatest years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who was not my wife". The wife went wild with shock and rage. Standing there for 30 seconds trying to recall the second half of the joke, the manager finally blurted out ".... and I can't remember who she was!" Moral of the story: Don't copy if you can't paste!
