LordSpleach Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 I doubt he keeps a backup clone. It might go rouge. Plus if he did, then the whole Evil Aptom plot would not make sense. Quote
Bio-Boosted Dude Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 Ah, the Gigantic shows up again eh. This is good. Finally things are picking up a bit. I don't see Sho and Apollon fighting just yet, Sho will chase him around for a bit longer while Apollon chases Guyot. I'm not really sure that Sho has much of a chance against him anyway. I'm finding the dynamic of the situation here very interesting. Obviously we don't know Apollon's intentions yet, but I'm thinking he could possibly be working to achieve something in Sho's favour. And well, even though we don't know what Guyot is quite up, it's probably nothing good for Sho and the gang anyway so Apollon's taking care of Guyot might still help indirectly. Nothing that Apollon has done so far suggests he is going to act hostile towards Sho any time soon. Quote

Guest Jupiter Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 Maybe we'll see Richard Guyot in action in the next chapter with his re-optimized zoalord form. Also can't wait to see Aptom and Valkyrie go at it. The only thing Aptom has to really worry about is getting hit by her mega smasher. He's already survived the mega smasher twice. This would make a third time if I'm correct....that is if she does manage to get a hit off. Quote

durendal Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 I mostly remember the word rouge from the song "Lady Marmalade" which was a soundtrack of the movie "Moulin Rouge". Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir Quote

Sully Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Great chapter, I love the ending. This slow build up looks like it will be very rewarding next month Quote
xtro guyver Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 really fun chapter, can't wait to see what happens next Quote
*Jess♥ Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 it crossed my mind earlier today. Valkyria probably doesn't know who aptom is. Apollon didn't know and he has access to a lot of info. probably more than guyot has access to. and up until the mansion incident, she had not seen him. if she recognised anything about him from a prior incident, it would be the fact that he helped her to win her fight by hte airport. (recognised from his ice power) the incident at the mansion, aptom appeared and opposed apollon, I don't think there was any action by aptom that would have made valkyria think he was her enemy. Quote
durendal Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I would think that Valkyria would have an inkling of who Aptom is. Cronos is very aware of Aptom and she was part of Cronos. If records were kept, it's possible that Cronos would know what happened between Cablarl (blarg, belch, barf) and Aptom after the huge shinjuku mess. Quote
Guest Sage Vale Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 (edited) Didn't Aptom and Valkyria work for the same company that manufactures zoanoids? Even if she doesn't know that Aptom helped her and she's working with a darker shade of Cronos, and I mean the side that wants the company to themselves. As in Cronos seems it has two halves now. One half wanting the golden guy dead that owns the company, and the other half still serving with loyalty, the side that is growing smaller.Thing is both sides want Aptom dead, so shouldn't we assume that she would go ahead and attempt to kill Aptom anyway? She is working with an old enemy after all, and Aptom has a death warrant out for him by Cronos. Edited June 4, 2014 by Sage Vale Quote
LordSpleach Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Maybe she'll use him as an asset to get closer to Sho. Quote
Guest Jupiter Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 No. Sho and Aptom know which side Valkyria is on. Her and Aptom are going to have at it. Doesn't anyone look at the manga in the forums anymore? Quote
neozxtole Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I liked this chapter. I can't wait for the next one. Aptom says it himself, he can barely stand. I suspect that for this month's chapter we'll see dialogue between and , perhaps a little more with Sho and the other two. Quote
Larz Zahn Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 (edited) Even if cronus wants Aptom dead, Val is no longer part of cronus. She kinda gave that up when she stole the artificial unit. And also she would know about Aptom if Guyot gave her his info, but that wouldn't include his omega blast form. Edited June 4, 2014 by Larz Zahn Quote
Guest Jupiter Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Its not like Aptom became a fugitive under Cronos yesterday. He's had a hit out for him for sometime. Valkyria is working with Richard Guyot; Richard Guyot is working for the other two rebel zoalords who re-optimized him. Valkyria was with Richard when he talked to Luggnagg and Jabir over the console. Those 2 rebels, want the Guyver and Aptom dead. It was never said Richard didn't keep her out of the loop. The two work closely together, as you could tell at when they had attacked the mansion. Richard and Val may not be officially members of Cronos anymore. But they're still working for a part of it in under ground terms. They're working with a part of it. So in a way, yes. Valkyria and Richard are un-officially still with Cronos by association with Jabir and Luggnagg. In what way are they not at this point? 2 zoalords....are working with them under the table, who are pretty much co-owners of that corporation because they are zoalords. Someone explain to me what that is than. I say they're still working with eachother. Is that just treason on Jabir and Luggnagg's part? I mean they sent Richard to recruit Valkyria in their rebellion against their zoalord king, Archenphel. It looks to me, that a civil war is waging in Cronos. Thats the idea I got from reading the manga that Yuki has posted. Quote
*Chernaudi Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Basically there's a brewing Civil War. The rogues want a Guyver unit like Guyot does, the other side is loyal to people like Barcas, Shin and Alky. That I think will lead to Chronos' downfall quicker than anything that Sho or Agito could do aside from grouping all the Zoalords together and killing all of them at once. But at this rate, Sho and Agito probably won't have to work that hard, since possibly at any time the split factions in Chronos could do the job for them, along with Apolloyon, whoever he is. Quote
