I know I'm not normally one to complain, but if it were 8 pages a week it wouldn't be so bad. 8 pages per month though... must be working on something else. has to be. December 28, 201312 yr Aptom would definitely have shields since he has absorbed so many different Zoanoids and Hyper Zoanoids. He has absorbed the Hyper Zoanoid that fought Guyver IIF at the airport. How do I know? Look at his Evil Aptom version and you'll see that he sports part of that Zoanoid in that form. Plus, who knows what other powers and abilities he possess now.

But I probably was going to come off a bit more "Grumpy Old Man-ish", since I've read manga from some artists who have had their series shortened/cancelled due to deadline issues. Either way, I am glad to see we got to see the "Aptom Armor" again, even if it was just in a short 8 pages. Was too cool of a design to not use again.
December 30, 201312 yr Interesting idea... there is no reason why Aptom shouldn't be able to take that form without being wrapped around a Guyver.
December 30, 201312 yr Unless Shou has instructed the CM to exude some energy through the guyver systems in some way. power amps for example. could create a electromagnetic amplification region within which aptom could improve his field generation capabilities. hence why he seems to have a full barrier now.
