The purpose of this thread is to give an insight into Japan's neighbour South Korea. Also known as Republic of Korea or ROK, and in Japan known as 韓国ã€ã‹ã‚“ã“ãã€KANKOKU。 Please ask any questions about anything you are curious about and I'll endeavour to answer. I will also try and post my videos in here. I'm not quite in Korea yet, I am waiting for my first flight to Dubai. Second flight will take me to Incheon airport in Seoul.

This is a general thread about South Korea. I just thought it would be cool to talk about what everyone thinks of South Korea. What do you think of when somebody mentions south Korea. what are they famous for? have you ever visited? I thought it would be interesting to talk about it since a lot of K-pop is very popular all over Asia and of course in Japan. And of course Gangam style became very popular recently. It's also worth noting that Korea have become almost like world leaders in online gaming systems. The online game for Dragonball is being developed in South Korea.

Me and my friends were watching the show Skins from the UK, and we were getting confused about whether the kids were in high school or college. I also keep seeing in animes about how there are school entrance exams to seemingly get into high school.So, I wonder how school systems are set up around the world.

Recently I've been reading american comics, particularly marvel. They just finished their company wide crossover and I enjoyed the story overall. Althought I was a bit disappointed with the end results, it was still an enjoyable read. Another story that I enjoyed was the Planet Hulk storyline. The story is about to end and will result to the company wide crossover this year for marvel, the World War Hulk. And we all know that the madder the hulk is, the stronger he gets. Let's just say that this time, pissed is an understatement.

It's gotten to a stage where I think I can tell you guys what is going on for me. I am currently waiting for my South Korean E2 working visa to be processed. Well, nintendo has started announcing their new batch of games coming for the WiiU and for the looks of it there will be a sequel or spiritual successor to the game Xenoblade chronicles, the video shows a very similar gameplay mechanic as Xenoblade and at the end of the video you see a character that looks similar to Shulk, frankly I'm super exited to see more of this game and it is yet another reason for me to get a WiiU.

for those who don't know Death Battle is an internet show where they do analysis of characters from different types of media and pits them against an equal foe (usually) they use all the canonical source material of each character in order to find out who would win in a fight then they create an animated fight to demonstrate the results. I got to be a model maker and 2nd unit Director for James Taylor (he did the Beast Machines episode where Cheator takes over from Optimus, as well as Spiderman and Ninja Turtles).
