    Any Idea?

For me the most likely scenario is that is Prug'stall. In the translations of the Manga it was revealed that his body was preserved by Barcus and we've learned since then that Zoalord's can survive otherwise mortal wounds so long as their Zoacrystal still has energy stored and hasn't been removed. Since no Zoalord has been created to replace him and because there was a good chance he was still alive, even with a gaping hole in his chest, that it is mostly him keeping an eye on the three Zoalords that tried to kill him. His survival would of course have been kept secret, to both learn more of the three rogues intents and to keep him safe. Also there is the fact that Khan's Zoacrystal didn't just fall to him but rather floated several blocks and right into a multi-floor parking building and then right into his hand. Which leaves only 2 possibilities of it either being a Zoalord or a Creator as no other known beings could have made the Zoacrystal fly to them. The flagrant armor suit though screams to me of Zoalord, as Creators are alien and thus are less likely to have the desire to wear something like that. Though some would argue that being alien doesn't rule that out but if cloths were really of any concern to them I would think they would have put something on Alkanphel instead of letting him go around in his birthday suit the entire time he spent with them until they left the Earth. And wearing something on top of a Unit doesn't make much sense to me as that would interfere with the unit, not to mention there was no sign of a CM. Others, on theGuyver.net forum, have suggested it could be Guyot but since he is technically no longer a Zoalord without having a Zoacrystal and because he appears to still be healing, since he's all bandaged up, makes it seem very unlikely to be him. Additionally it was also suggested it could be G3, using the Relic Sphere's, but that too seems unlikely and too soon. This of course doesn't leave out the outside possibility it could be something we have never seen before but for right now it seems most likely to me that it is Prug'stall.
  2. If Jason really wanted to see the events of that day again he probably can but Information overload would be a problem no matter what since the host brain still has to process that information no matter what. You can't have something else do the processing without losing a lot of information in the process. Like sending out a scout, no matter how good they are at describing a scene nothing beats seeing it for yourself. Or like looking at a picture of particular place, you only perceive what that picture shows but that leaves out a heck of a lot of details that only being there and seeing for yourself would provide. Add that the human brain has trouble processing information from a temporal standpoint and that puts a real limit on what Dreadnought can perceive. Now looking back at a particular moment has a similar problem as looking at a picture, he may have to repeatedly look through that moment before discovering something he wasn't already aware of. Besides really, the only thing that would even make Jason want to relive that day would be to actually meet an Alive Fiona, which would make him question what happened on that day and thus he would investigate. Otherwise it makes no sense as no one wants to relive the worst day of their life. Predicting the future has a similar problem of how much information Jason can process but also has the added problem that every time he acts upon that he also changes the predictions. So even this perception is limited. Like Nicholas Cage's movie "Next", each time he acted on a prediction he had to do it again and again until he reached the end. Each prediction was only good for the one event changed, so additional predictions needed to be done to map out the correct path.
  3. Do the work for Jason? Yes and no, the host brain still has to process the information and adding temporal information to the torrent of information the Dreadnought already gets from his Unit could easily confuse and/or lead to information overload. Remember the Matrix and the Unit basically bring the Host desires into reality, so unless he's very specific in his request he could easily get more than he bargained for. And using Holograms doesn't really avoid the issue unless it is used to filter the flow of information but then you have the problem that details can be missed, which still makes it of limited use. And again this would be something Jason would have to specifically want, after all information about the past is usually not something required for battle, etc. As the Dreadnought's senses are usually focused on the present or the immediate future to predict his opponents actions.
  4. Temporal perception would be within the range of abilities granted by the Matrix but the human mind isn't really designed to process such information except in an abstract way. So it would be of limited use to Jason and even then he would have to specifically try or desire such information otherwise the Matrix won't volunteer it. Consider for example a lot of our ability to interact with our world is with our sense of what is present from our memory but if you can perceive any point in time as if it was the present then you can lose yourself and become lost in time. And it would be counter productive for the Matrix to give Jason a perception he can't properly use and would most likely confuse him on its own.
  5. So who, besides me, has watched the Christmas Special "Voyage of the Damned"?
  6. Guess you've never been rendered completely numb? The human mind requires feedback in order to interact and operate our body, this includes pain. Without such sensory feedback you couldn't properly control your body. Also taking damage without reacting to it would be worse than feeling pain as then you wouldn't realize you were in danger and could just stand there while something slowly killed you. Remember pain is also a great motivator! So taking pain away can be as bad as having too much pain. Also remember the Guyver wasn't designed as a weapon, only the human host was. Never mind pain is a perception of the brain, which the unit doesn't control. Besides, examples like when Zerebubuth sprayed acid on G1's eyes shows it's the armor damaging causing the pain registration as by the time the acid would have burned down to the host nerves G1 would have been rendered blind but since he could still clearly see this was never the case. The pain is also variable, depending upon how much damage the unit can take. For example the Gigantic can take lots of damage without the host screaming in pain
  7. You could try looking at tachyons, a theorized faster than light particle, and the theories about them? Also Virtual Particles? Welcome to quantum physics  Really though time as we know it involves both perception and imagination, we can dream of infinite speed but this is seperate from the actual flow of time. For what we understand time is another dimension like the three that make up space and as thus is only as fast or as slow as the dimensional interactions allow. This tethers time to space and vice versa, which means time isn't really fast or slow but a perceptional aspect of existence just like the other three dimensions. We can perceive it, we can measure some aspects of it but it isn't seperate from the other dimensions as they all work together to create the universe we live in. It's just that time like space encompasses the entire universe and thus is an inescapable fact of existence. Ergo, it doesn't have to be faster than light to allow light to be measured as time really is everywhere. So saying that it is faster than light is like saying your destination got there before you just because it was there before you got there, even though it never moved and only you did! Though if you read the last link I gave about warp drive it shows how FTL could be possible if we have a seperate but universal reference point for time/space interaction which would allow FTL. The main problem with most theories about FTL is getting past the cause and effect violation of the flow of time as FTL will be seen as going backwards in time and thus would cause a paradox that would destroy the universe as we know it. Star Trek gets around it via a seperate uiniversal reference point they call sub-space, which avoids the paradox and thus allows FTL. The whole trick being avoiding the paradox, figure a way how and then FTL could become a reality but we've still to develope a working theory of quantum gravity which we need to create a true unified field theory which in turn is needed to figure out how this could really be done. So until then we can only speculate but that's basically the summary of the matter.
  8. Well, like I said before, the link provided covers all of that, including the ALTERNATE points of view!!! You can also check, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graviton#Expe...tal_observation Now lets compare, a black hole is like a whirlpool sucking everything down towards it but just like a whirlpool everything moves faster towards the center, not the outer edges! So the very idea of a black hole goes against your theory to begin with. Not to mention if you were correct then black holes wouldn't be black as even FTL particles would be slowed down as they escaped the black hole and would become visible. Since this doesn't happen then we know that isn't what happens. We live in an Entropy based universe, things go from high energy to low and not the other way around. You're also assuming how gravitons work but just to give an example you are neglecting alternative ideas like gravitons could all be moving towards the black hole, just like water rushing towards the center of a whirlpool, and there passage is what causes gravity. After all how gravitons would interact with matter hasn't been entirely worked out and there is the direction of gravity to take into account. But shows one possible alternative. There is also the more accepted idea that the existence of the mass of the black hole could also generate gravitons outside of the event horizon, which bypasses the problem altogether. Leaving your only reason for assuming anything would need to go faster than light is the idea that gravitons would need to escape a black hole from within but they don't actually need to escape a black hole. All that needs be done is for space to be curved. Aside from the fact your idea requires gravitons to effect gravitons, which since gravitons aren't traditional particles would seem very unlikely. At the point space gets curved in on itself is the event horizon of the black hole, which once it exists means space is already curved and thus propagating the effects of gravity, and that is why nothing can escape it pass the event horizon but this is only true for anything that travels through space and goes past the event horizon. Outside the escape velocity is less than the speed of light and anything not traveling through space in the traditional sense would not be effected. But as far as we know Gravitons pass right through space, this is why gravity is the weaker cosmic force compared to the electromagnetic and nuclear forces as gravitons aren't limited by the dimensional membranes of space/time. Then again gravitons are still just a theoretical particle but the fact gravitons was an accidental discovery from string theory that the math itself states they don't travel faster than light. Never mind there have been many experiments which support that gravity doesn't travel faster than light. But even if we change this for arguments sake and make gravitons get trap-able like other particles would not change anything as space itself would still get warped by their presence and thus the effects of gravity would still spread out from the black hole. So either way the speed of light limit is not violated. And there is also Hawking Radiation which shows that quantumly energy can escape a black hole at a finite and very slow rate. The thing to remember is gravitons isn't a particle like electrons, etc. It's a carrier particle like photons, which exist only to transfer some form of energy. For gravitons this energy is momentum and black holes don't stop momentum. Also remember unlike other forces gravity doesn't weaken over time, otherwise stuff like Earth's gravity would be a lot less now then when the planet first formed. So there is no direct energy loss with gravitons. Unlike photons which draw energy away from the source. So they don't draw energy away from a black hole and thus don't violate the event horizon. Course this isn't anywhere near being a simple concept which is why I provided the link. The above is pretty much as simple as it gets and it is still pretty long winded. Other links, http://www.physicsguy.com/ftl/ , particularly part IV covers how warp drive could work.
  9. Neither time nor Gravitons would move faster than light, and the only way for Gravitons to move FTL is by using them to create a wormhole for a short cut. There are theoretical particles called Tachyons that move FTL but their existence has never been proven. In fact we have yet to prove Gravitons exists. This wiki page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faster-than-light , covers most aspects of the subject. Including the alternate points of view on the matter. Course there are anti-relativity sites you could check out if you really want to get into alternate theories and talk with others who also don't like Relativity.
  10. Well the skeletal system we know for a fact stays the same, the Unit just merges the organism with the muscle and bones and then infuses it with energy during the Bio-Boost process, as well as increase cellular growth which translates into super strong and dense bones and muscles. The merger with the organism of course allows all the normal human cellular limitations to be bypassed, which brings up the point the Guyver enhances the host on a molecular scale on up and not just changes the biology. This also means the bones and muscles are increased to peak efficiency and mass so it doesn't matter what the host physical state is before bonding as the unit will literally make them all they can be. You are correct that all non-essential organs are regressed as they are indeed not needed as the Guyver does not need to eat, which means the Guyver has fewer organs to deal with and thus is more efficient and more resilient to damage. You are otherwise correct in your theory that much of the Guyver is alien as the Guyver is literally a hybrid of the unit and host. The lungs are replaces with a smaller version in the lower neck area, with oxygen drawn in from the neck tubes and exhaled through the face vents. The main chest lungs are replaced by the Smasher cells, though it is debated whether or not they still serve as lungs or not. Some even argue that they serve as the energy equivalent of lungs and help with the flow of bio-energy through the unit but that is only a theory. The respiratory system is so advance and efficient that the Guyver can survive in virtually any environment and even breath underwater. The Guyver Eyes are basically large surface area, insect like, eyes that absorb far more light than human eyes could and have a wider angle of view as well. These merge with the optic nerves of the host eyes for a direct optical feed and augmentation of the human eyes. Allowing for vastly improved eye sight. Exactly how enhanced is unknown but is presumed to give a good level of night vision and possible increased spectral perception. Though optical information is still handled by the human brain like normal vision is. The vocal cords are also regressed and all sound is generated by the sonic emitters, so the host is literally talking through a speakphone. Though that does bring up the possibility that the breaking sound is also just generated and is thus just a mental handicap of the host to produce the breathing like noise considering the Guyver doesn't breath in the same way as the host would. And there are organs specifically designed to channel and manipulate the unit's gravitational energy. These organs functions primarily as momentum enhancers that allows the unit to increase its effective momentum/mass by up to 10x. The ones in the hip serves as gyro's that allows the Guyver to use the energy to fly and the ones in the wrist/hands focus the energy to produce the pressure cannon. Course there is a lot more, so any other questions?
  11. Okay, anyone have any questions about the Guyver and how it Bio-Boosts it's host? Like exactly what it does to the host and how the armor actually works?
  12. On a lighter bit of news, here's David Tennant's Number One Fan!!! http://www.peculiarosities.com/2007/12/boy-lives-in-ta.html
  13. Yeah, previously the only things to smack into the TARDIS has been either time traveling, hyper space, or extremely powerful psionic energy. Unless of course something on the ship made it happen, but we'll just have to wait till the episode airs before we can be sure. It just better be a good explaination
  14. Libertus are hyper class zoanoids enhanced with hyper metabolism and of course Griselda. On the attack on the Arizona Chronos Base each Libertus took on and defeated about 100 hypers each! Though the fighting ability of these hypers were hampered by Griselda, who used her Zoalord telepathy to weaken Barcus's hold on the Chronos Hypers and slow them down so they were a bit sluggish in their fight with the Libertus. Griselda also healed the Libertus whenever they were hurt, further enhancing their fighting potential. The Libertus have demonstrated significant strength (sufficient to crush zoanoid skulls), speed, and agility. Their claws and strength seems to let them readily tear even hypers limb from limb. The Libertus also have three modes of operation. Mode A is what most have seen as their standard mode. Mode B is their Bio-Blaster mode in which their shoulders transform into pod like blasters, the effects of which seem to indicate they are MASER weapons. Exact power is unknown but their combined blast of the team of Libertus probably rivals a Mega Smasher. Mode C is their final mode in which they latch onto a target and armor plates cover all their exposed areas, face, etc and they become living bombs in a kami kazi like attack. However Libertus don't have the ability to fly and after each transformation require time in a Bio-Tube to recover enough to safely transform back into human form, but even then they will only live 2-3 years because of their hyper metabolism.
  15. Might have helped if they chose an actor who could actually act and look like a cold blooded killer. This guy never really sold the character, know what I'm saying?
  16. To explain Griselda I would have to first explain the Libertus. Basically it breaks down that Agito wanted his own zoanoid army but had to ensure they would be loyal to him. The solution was to create lost number zoanoids, normally this means that a zoanoid is improperly processed and their brain remains human and thus not as easily controlled as a normal zoanoid is by Zoalord telepathic control. For the Libertus though they were specifically engineered to be controlled in a different manner. They couldn't be tuned to Agito himself because the alternate control required the controller to be similar to the Libertus. And he needed a controller because even lost numbers could be controlled under certain conditions, Agito needed soldiers he knew could never be compromised. So Agito needed a controller like a Zoalord, and the only person he trusts with his very life is Shizu who being in love with him blindly allowed herself to be processed... Even the doctor who performed the processing asked Agito repeatedly if he was sure about doing it. Which brings us back to Griselda, who is basically a Libertus Zoalord. She, like a normal Zoalord, produces the psycho waves that allow Zoalords to control other beings. Even humans can be controlled with a powerful enough level of psycho waves. She, herself, had the benefit of being both a Zoalord and a lost number so she could not be controlled and her control over the Libertus ensured it would be impossible for Chronos to ever compromise the Libertus. Though the full range of Griselda's abilities are unknown we do know that her telepathic control rivals Barcus's, she can share her bio-energy with the Libertus to virtually instantly regenerate their wounds, she can fly, and her long hair/ear like flaps thingies are like vibrational swords and with a twist of her head she can slice all around her. Down sides, like the Libertus she has a Hyper Metabolism, this is why the Libertus are so powerful but it also means they will have short life spans of just 3-5 years. Griselda will outlive the Libertus but she too will die in just a couple of years. The strain of each transformation is such that the Libertus have to be put into Bio-Tubes so they can be bathed in nutrients since they burn up energy too fast for normal eating would provide.
  17. They were never seen or heard of in any shape or alternative function before Alkanphel was shown and he was clearly stated to be the first and greatest of all Zoalords, the Creators just never made any more since they decided to destroy Earth pretty much on the same day Alkanphel was born.
  18. Zoacrystals were created by the Creators when they Created Alkanphel. The other Zoalord crystals were all created from Alkanphel's, basically Barcus and Alkanphel took some shavings from Alkanphel's crystal and grew the other 11 Zoacrystals. The Basic Function of the Zoacrystal is to act as an amplifier and energy storage device, it is also what makes a Zoalord a Zoalord. Waferdanos for example was born as a Zoalord like plant creature, he was literally a living forest and he had these vine like humanoid creatures he could create from his body called subjecti that worshipped him like zoanoids worship Zoalords. When Barcus found him on the island of the same name he gave him/it a Zoacrystal and when it bonded to him/it the crystal transformed his body into energy, along with the subjecti, and he became the hairy zoalord we see now. The basic abilities we know the Zoacrystal provides is the ability to generate the psycho waves that allows a Zoalord to control zoanoids and virtually any being with enough effort except Guyvers and Aptom. The Crystal also allows a Zoalord to generate a protective barrier energy shield and to fire a head beam like energy blast. Other Zoalord abilities seem unique to each Zoalord, which just like Zoanoids are specialized for certain abilities. Though some like Alkanphel have multiple capabilities. Originally it was thought a Zoalord would die without the Zoacrystal but we have since learned that this is not true, though we have also learned that a Zoacrystal can help sustain a Zoalord's life from damage that would otherwise be instantly fatale. So long as the Zoacrystal still has energy reserves. Which brings up the primary purpose of the Zoacrystal is apparently as a high capacity energy storage device and is what grants each Zoalord their immense energy reserves. Exactly how they work is unknown however so anything beyond what I just said is just speculation but it does seem the Zoacrystal may be linked to the Boost Dimension. The Boost Dimension is basically hyper space and is used in the Guyver universe for both FTL travel and to power the Guyver, thus the name the Boost Dimension. This would explain how Waferdanos could go from an entire forest to a relatively small humanoid shape without being super dense and heavy. It would also explain how Alkanphel could possibly get the energy needed to destroy an Asteroid the size of a small planet. The effect on Waferdanos also suggests the crystal amplifies the abilities the host organism but other than that there doesn't seem to be anything else special about it.
  19. The different branches of the project were all competing to rival each other, whether they succeeded or not was another thing.
  20. Not really but this site does tend to be fan fic specific and there are board members that frequent both sites.
  21. Yes, WGC could have used the Warrior Gigantic. Even though his is an upgraded standard Unit it is still a fully functional Warrior Unit now and is thus compatable with the Warrior Gigantic Unit. Guardian (Faye) though may not be compatable since her Unit is a Praetorian Unit, though also a Warrior based unit it has been modified with MKII technology, which has mutated the unit, and thus may not be configured properly to merge with the Warrior Gigantic as is. Though it would be possible for Jason to modify the Warrior Gigantic to work with a wider range of Unit's it would take time and is doubtful he would do it unless necessary since it would be rare for a situation to turn up in which he himself wouldn't just go in to save the day. So as of right now the Units compatable with the Warrior Gigantic are... Matrix WG, WG2, F-WG, WG3, WGC, and not that it will ever happen WG5 and WG Vamore.
  22. Nope, only two! Not counting Dreadnought of course.
  23. It was an act of pure Will Power, and it took time to grow. So not something he can just use without leaving himself a target for a minute or two, and it may require constant concentration in order to maintain. Gigantic Exceed also seemed to require the use of the back thrusters to fly so mobility is more limited. It appears to be a mass increase, though his abilities were also increased proportionally. And yes, we are talking about near limitless energy but then he used the same trick to draw enough power to create a black hole attack so the Gigantic definitely has the energy to pull it off.
  24. Not if you want to look like an adult instead of a punk teenager trying to sneak into a top secret Chronos facility, Sho needed padding
  25. Unless the Unit responds to the host will, it is presumed that Sho was wearing his normal street cloths beneath the Chronos Soldier Uniform. So it could be the Unit just responded to the host self image mindset and destroyed just the outer clothing and left his street cloths alone. After all not only do we have to explain how and why the unit preserves the cloths but also how much it will tolerate, as some cloths are thicker than others. But that's just me speculating a possible answer.
