Yes, all Barcus knows about Creator science he learned from the Navigation Spheres that Agito Stole from the Arizona base. But he never had full access to them. He didn't give it to her, he was busy still recovering from getting head beamed when it was stolen and activated. The unit had been stored in a locked vault! Well that was Japan, women rights haven't quite reached modern standards yet. Also only part of the population had been zoaformed. There is also the possibility Takaya himself may be against the idea. After all it took him nearly 20 years before trying to bring in a Female Guyver character again and the first time may have been the Anime OAV producer's idea, since G2 as we all know was suppose to be Risker but the Out of Control movie replaced him with Valcura.

No, they are too worried about the CM vulnerability to use it on themselves. And an army of uncontrollable Guyver Zoanids is not something Chronos wants either. Though that won't stop them from the occasional cannon fodder one offs being thrown at the Guyvers

A destroyer because that is what the Navy calls it. Actually that's only what they call it now, before the cut backs they had bigger plans for the DDX. The DD-21 was the first cutback before they finally settled on the DD-1000. So it's a shell of its original design intent. In fact collectively the CGX, DDX, and LCS programs were intended to fill the gap left by the Battleships when they were taken out of service. It's one of those read between the lines type deals. Especially since the new weapon systems collectively give far greater firepower than their ship class would normally imply. Also Naval R&D is going increasingly more towards supporting ground troops and Marine insertion teams in coastal combat, which the tank like Battleships of old couldn't properly pull off. So you could say the CGX, DDX, and LCS are collectively the new generation battleship. At least the closest we're going to get for the next 2 generations or so.

Vegeta did push himself, in fact by the time he did become SSJ he was stronger than Goku, even though they were both SSJ. And how much of a power boost cell got is irreverent to the fact he did get a power boost from regenerating because he had the Saiyan ability to get stronger. He also had the absorbed Androids in him magnifying his power, so in a way he was almost like the Guyver. Since the absorbed androids kinda made him like a Organic Cyborg. Also each SSJ level is massively more powerful than the last level, as well as the fact each level of SSJ is progressively harder to achieve... So even though they didn't mention it much they were getting progressively more powerful. The SSJ levels were just used to show they have reached a whole new level and didn't give details on how hard it was to reach those levels. At least not till SSJ3 when they put a time limit on how long that form could be maintained.

Maybe but the fact remains it would have been a worse time line and Dreadnought and W'Kar would be technically immune to the time shift and realize time had been altered.

Yup, or simply not transform during pregnancy. And durendal that was my point about how old Barcus is, 400 years ago all men were chauvinist by modern standards. It was the norm back then! His generation would never consider a woman for zoaforming, let alone any high position in Chronos. But Griselda pretty much proves women can be zoaformed. Though Yom, we don't know exactly what Gelpess was but it at least shows that a zoaform can take female form and was good enough to fool Sho into thinking it was Mitzuki.

Yes, Will (William White III) of Guyver Strike Force, is an admin on the warriorguyver.com site's message board, which also hosts the GSF. We actually don't know what the Guyver Unit would do with a diseased human, it's just an assumption that it would cure cancer, etc. Scars for example aren't removed, which suggests it won't cure the host. But it may be possible, just not a certainty. Tekkamen aren't exactly human anymore, they are mutated and not everyone survives the process. So in all likelyhood the bonding would be just like it would be with a zoanoid. Guyver Unit's don't re-write host DNA. So yes, it would accept a Tekkaman host. The Unit may remove the control parasite, so long as the parasite is clearly foreign as otherwise it would be accepted along with the rest of the host. For example the human body is full of symbiotic organisms it needs to properly function but aren't really part of us either. Since all Guyver host live normally that these symbiotic organisms must still be present and accepted by the Guyver unit. The Tekkaman armor itself can be considered Bio-Armor as well since it is generated by the host. Remember this was why Blade was able to upgrade to Blaster Tekkaman. The Crystal was just the key to transforming, but Blade managed to do that artificially which means the armor comes from him. So since the Guyver assimulates the trait of the host it would combine the Tekkaman Armor with itself. Energy wise, a Guyver super charges the host with energy from the Boost Dimension (something we would call Hyper Space) and then continuously charges the host via an energy siphon from the Gravity Control Orb. Granting the Guyver near limitless stamina, as long as they don't use energy faster than it is restored, and is why Guyvers don't need to eat while in armor form. The Smashers themselves are an example of just how much energy is stored in the host body from the Bio-Boost, though it takes time for them to recharge so each smasher is usually only fired once during a battle unless the battle takes longer than several minutes. Also deactivating and reactivating the Unit also instantly regenerates the armor and host, as well as restore their energy reserves to full. But of course leaves the host vulnerable until they call the armor back. Otherwise the Armor can be disingaged so long as the host life is not in danger, like in the new Guyver Anime series the Guyver host were seen with bruises and such that had to be bandaged after the battle. Similarly Tekkaman Armor channels cosmic energy, so main limitation was mental and not really physical. The time limit for example was because after that period of time Blade would go mad. The Blast Tekkaman was more powerful but it cost him in mental health, forgetting important memories, and shortend his life. I don't know how much damage the Tekkaman could take but a Guyver can survive anything so long as the CM is not damaged and still completely regenerate. So combined a Guyver Tekkaman would be virtually impossible to hurt. Especially since Tekkaman Armor can only really be damaged by another Tekkaman, probably because it really is some sort of energy manifestation like Moldiver dimensional armor. Since the Guyver and Tekkaman Armor would basically combine the weapon system capacity of both would significantly increase. Similarly the Blaster and Gigantic would also combine, though doing so would produce a character with probably enough power to destroy an entire planet. On the plus side the Guyver Unit could offset the mental cost of using the Tekkaman power. Speed wise a Guyver is about as quick as say Spiderman. Zoanoids appear to move almost in slow motion to a Guyver, who can outrun most cars and can fly pretty fast too. Though only the Gigantic can presumably break the sound barrier. Tekkaman on the other hand is significantly faster, mostly because of the superior flight power but it was designed for space battle while the Guyver is intended for planet side use. Only the Gigantic version of the Guyver is capable of really fast speed because of the triple gravity contol orbs and plasma based back thrusters for rocket like acceleration, but Tekkaman may be even faster than the Gigantic in terms of flight speed. Hand to hand though I think the Guyver is faster. Physical strength of the combined form should also be through the roof.

I doubt a zoanoid woman has to become sterile, I think the primary reason women aren't zoaformed is because all of the Zoalords predate the women's right movement. Remember, Barcus especially is over 400 years old and was thoroughly shocked by Griselda, even more so that she was a Zoalord. But we have to remember he made Waferdanos a Zoalord and Waferdanos was never even human to begin with, he was literally a forest when Barcus first met him. And removal of the Zoacrystal caused Waferdanos to revert to his original form. So in comparison he really shouldn't have been surprised, aside from his own personal bias, it's just it really never occurred to him that they should ever zoaform a woman. Dr. Hekkering on the other hand is a modern man and he never showed any concern other than the fact that his process would seriously shorten Shizu's lifespan to just about 3 years when he turned her into Griselda. It should also be noted that their should be some serious consequences from sterilization. A woman's ovaries are as important to her as a man's testicales are to him. Both produce not only the required components for reproduction but also the hormones that shape our bodies and give each of us our character tratis associated with our sex. Without them our physical traits would be significantly different, especially to someone still in their teens. So sterilizing her would also effect her overall appearance over time. Since this does not appear to be happening that one could conclude that she hasn't been sterilized. At least not to the point she would stop producing the needed hormones. Also remember zoaforming was created by the Creators and they intended the entire human race to become their warrior/soldier race. It would not do for the zoaforming process to cause sterilization, very counter productive! In fact zoanoids did mate with humans, which is why they lasted long enough for the legends of shapeshifters like werewolves to still be around near modern times. There really isn't anything sex specific in the zoaforming process, the altered genes aren't put on just the Y Chromosome. The entire genome is altered! Also remember Zoanoids, before X Day at least, had to pass for humans and many didn't know they were zoaformed. So internal organs and such would have to appear the same and nothing short of a DNA test would ever show any abnormalities.

Yes, it appears she may have been working for Chronos and stole the unit from them. Though unconfirmed she does know exactly what the Guyver is and is very impressed with the power it has given her. The Unit CM is an artificial CM created by Chronos from data they acquired from studying G2. You'll note on the close up of her head the CM is bisected both on the outer ring and the center orb, about 90 degree angle apart. They never activated it because they were concerned about its vulnerability after G2's defeat showed the CM to be a vulnerability and they were unsure how good their version was compared to the original. Speculation is that this woman may have been a Chronos Scientist and as such only had two ways of escaping because of the virus Chronos infects their scientists with requires regular doses of a counter agent to keep them alive. And that was either become a lost number like Bio-Freezer or a Guyver. So far she appears every bit as powerful as a normal Guyver, mowing her way through even hyper zoanoids using every Guyver Weapon except the Pressure Cannon so far, but with an artificial CM there may be some surprises in store for her. Interesting comments to date, she compared smashing her hands through a zoanoid's body like smashing through egg-shells. And she's making a real mess of the Washington DC base, never mind they are still repairing the damage done by Agito the last time he and Zeus Thunderbolt were there. Btw, this happens 3 months after the Gigantic Exceed battle with Khan and Barcus is still recovering.
-
Sho went Exceed because Khan went Dragonlord and was stomping on him like he was bug. The final attack used by Sho was only because he needed a way to stop Khan that wouldn't vaporize the city in the process. He would have otherwise used the Smashers. So you could say the Gravity Implosion (aka Black Hole) was a niche weapon but technically it is potentially more powerful. The Smashers are just quicker and generally more effective but the interaction between them and Khan's Ultimate Purgatorium would have taken out the city and possibly caused an ecological disaster like say a nuclear winter, etc. It is unknown if the Gigantic has enough control to use the Barrier Field to cloak but technically it should be possible given enough gravitational energy to essentially lens the EM field around the Gigantic. Though without proper control he is more likely to either glow or appear like a black hole or like a distorted mirror.

Yes, W'Kar Units adapt but not nearly as fast or as well as WG's can. Remember W'Kars are made for power while WG's are made for technological superiority. For example remember W'Kar's vulnerability to extreme hot and cold was not fixed until he evolved. WG's don't evolve but what they excell at is adapting, taking a weakness like enzyme acid and making the armor immune within seconds of exposure for example. Though a normal WG probably wouldn't have a chance against Ereshkigal, after all adaptability only goes so far in bridging a power range gap, but Dreadnought is not only extremely powerful but also has the Matrix which can let him adapt to virtually anything short of the W'Kar Element. A comparable battle for example would be when Dreadnought fought Crystallite in the 7 Days of Hell fic. And fortunately W'Kar units equiped with W'Kar element are pretty rare. As for the Worst of the Worst, I think it's relative. Each of them have something they are particularly evil at.
-
I think you're kinda missing the point it would have been a worse timeline if Faye had died instead? And also apparently forgeting the person who alters time would know that things are different, as well as certain beings like W'Kar and Dreadnought would realize the time line had been altered. Regardless the list of events was just an example of how things could turn out differently and to show they could be worse than the events that did happen.
-
Uh, no they were created in the WG Universe a long time ago. Sorry, I think you're being too literal. Though McAvoy is correct the Paradox was involved, along with dimensional energy.
-
Nope, though it was suggested. The Manga and Anime translations differ quite a bit on such details. Like the Androids weren't originally called androids, the translators just defaulted to that since the word actually used was too generic and actually meant something closer to artificial person. Krillian's name was also spelled differently, Kuririn, and was a composite word that meant literally bald monk. Quite a few of the characters names were like that. Though Goku's name was taken from an ancient legendary hero from China. But the reasons Saiyans got stronger after recovering from injury was EXACTLY the same reason they got stronger from fighting McAvoy. So no it never stopped, it just stopped being as noticeable. Especially since they stopped getting hurt as often or as badly. Though they also started to get more mystical about it like Mystic Gohan jumping to around what would normally be SSJ2 without going Super Saiyan at all, during the Buu saga for example. Also, more emphasis was made on their skills, for which simply healing would not improve as much as fighting would. The mechanics of it though remained the same, Saiyan cells learn from damage. Regenerating back stronger than before and fighting causes damage just like injury, just usually not as extensive. Just like our own muscles work, just with no upper limit.

That depends, what would you call ships like the DDG-1000 then? Yes they are overkill but I think it's just ships of the future will tend to be smaller and more multi-purpose. Plus weapons like railgun cannons will require a complete redesign from traditional ships, since they need to produce a lot of electrical energy for such weapons as well as for propulsion. So the Navy is looking to make the fleet faster and more flexible.

It has long been thought the shoulder spikes channel the gravity energy to form the barrier shield. The chest spike was first shown in the Gravity Ram attack, which uses the Barrier Shield at the same time, which means it probably extends/reinforces the field as well. So put that together, assuming we are right that the shoulder spikes are involved in the generation of the Barrier Field, and it means they were being used to channel and focus the gravitational power. All of which makes sense when you consider that the attack the Gigantic Exceed was creating was far more compressed than the Pressure Cannon ever was.

That's an interesting theory Ryuki, believe it or not science actually has a running debate on something of that order. Basically the idea stems from quantum physics and chaos theory, in that consciousness can effect the universe just like an observer can force a quantum object to take on a particular state. Accumulatively this effect, could theoretically re-shape the universe as we know it if we all agree on what state the universe should be in. The problem being we are a divided People and not everyone wishes for a better world, at least not the type of world that includes all of us in it. Sorry, but you're over reaching with that one. Takaya is still alive, he has never claimed his work to be based on reality, and his work is well documented so there can be no doubt exactly what the Guyver is. The only ones who could believe the Guyver to be real are those who do not consider logic or reasoning and base their beliefs on faith alone. Please do not try to put People of faith in that category when many believe what they do because they reasoned their way to that belief! That is the difference, there is plenty of evidense showing the Guyver is fictional but this is not the case for god. Reaonable People can thus agree the Guyver is fictional but reasonable People can argue to the end of time for the existence of god. In comparison, since you brought up unicorns and Merlin, the truth of many things can be determined if you just look hard enough and use reason. For example the origin of giant cyclops in ancient greek myth stems from their discovery of extinct animal bones, which included everything from dinosaurs to mammoths. The Mammoth bones were in fact the origin for the one eyed giants, the ancient greeks just put the bones together thinking it was some sort of giant and so it looked like a cyclops and thus the legend. It never occurred to them that it could be some animal they've never seen before. And though Merlin remains a mystery, other seemingly fictional characters like Robin Hood and King Arthur actually have evidence showing that they were based on actual people, it's just the details about them were exaggerated and fictionalized. Something on the order of saying something like Babe Ruth could have hit a home run to the moon kind of thing. God however goes back to the creation of the universe and thus you can either consider the existence of the universe as evidense of god or you can think it's just all coincidence and discount the existence of god. Unlike those other legends and myths there is nothing we can point to really question the existence of god. Only debate the interpretation of what some would call evidense. Thus even reasonable people, those who do not judge by faith alone, can argue all they want without coming to a real conclusion on god because there is nothing definitive to either prove or disprove god. Only interpretations that can be viewed in any number of ways. So whether you believe in god or not, in either case it simply breaks down to a matter of faith. The person who claims to not believe in god can only do so on faith because there is nothing to prove that belief any more than a person who believes in god can prove that as well.

The universe is basically a result of interacting energy/dimensions. Complicated stuff aside it all basically breaks down to flow of information for which everything in existence basically represents, in essense the flow of information acts like an anchor but in the quantum world the flow of information is stunted and thus everything is not anchored and can pretty much do whatever it wants and thus there is the disparity. For example a quantum object can exist in more than one place at a time but once we observe that object, the very act of viewing it increases the flow of information and thus anchors it into a set state. So the difference is from the seen to the unseen, which leaves quantum physics to effect the very small (and thus hard to observe), while Relativity takes over the rest as the flow of information ensures the universe follows a set state that we can easily be measure and dealt with. The point of contention is where one leaves off and where the other takes over, but until we understand quantum gravity we can't figure out how to bridge the gap between the two and figure out how it all works together. Traditionally the debate stemmed from the originators of both quantum physics and relativity in that Einstein hated the idea that god would gamble, Einstein was a purist for the definable and facts of science. While the quantum world is basically alien to anything we have ever considered before, a world without order. So for many quantum = chaos and relativity = order. The things we know now however lead us to believe the two basically are both part of how it works, there is just a distinct separation of the two according to the flow of information. For example if you stem the flow of information of a large object, then you will eventually reach the point in which that object will behave quantumly just like subatomic particles. But that's all part of the Unified Field Theory debate in which they are presently trying to make a theory that will fit for everything but like I said until they work out a theory for quantum gravity they can't really make a working theory as there are too many gaps right now. However we are getting a pretty good picture of how it all works, the devil is just in the details.

Similar in fashion but nowhere near as powerful and far more diverse.

Okay, the answer is ALL of THEM! Reason being... All WG's have the ability to channel energy, the question never asked how or what type of energy. WG2's just have a readily available source of energy to draw from. WG doesn't have a secondary power system so has to draw from what he has but the ability to channel that energy is the same for both. Since all WG's have the ability to channel energy, then in Hyper Space (the source of their power) they would all have equal access to that energy and thus could all power boost the same. WG2's only advantage is that with the CPM's providing a secondary Hyper Space Link that they can do the same while in normal space, but in hyper space they would all be equal. Standard ability of all WG's, whether they are aware of it or not. Remember the WG unit was originally intended just for Creators. Another standard feature, WG2's just use it more since they need to keep up with their CPM boosted speed but the Bullet Time perception is a result of the special WG CM to host brain link. Essentially a WG CM acts like a secondary copy of the host brain, which is why the WG CM is capable of friend or foe recognition even while under full self defense mode as well as among other enhancements. This in turn lets the WG CM act like an extension/augmentation of the host brain and literally allows the host to think in Bullet Time. Unlike a normal Guyver, which though the CM can react fast enough to say vaporize a bullet in mid-flight with the head beam, the host mind isn't fully aware of what happened. This is part of the WG tech, so is included in all WG Units. Remember, the CPM's are essentially a form of HSL as well. They are just an external secondary system, but anything that could effect the HSL would probably also effect the CPM's as well. This is something all WG's have shown, the only difference is WG and WGC can call their blast fields at will but the question was who could activate their unit without the blast field. All WG's produce enough gravitational energy that combined with their energy focusing and channeling ability lets them reproduce a Gigantic Like Pressure Cannon.
-
Yes, but what do you think the answer is and why?
-
All so close but yet so far... Hint, all the questions have the same answer!
-
Hey, let's see how good everyone knows their WG tech Answer these questions... 1) Which WG can channel energy? 2) Which WG can Power Boost in Hyper Space? 3) Which WG can communicate telepathically with non-Guyvers? 4) Which WG can Perceive their environment in Bullet Time? 5) Which WG has the Darmon Back Up Power System? 6) Which WG can activate their unit without the blast field? 7) Which WG can reproduce a Gigantic Like Pressure Cannon Blast? Hint, answers have nothing to do with the Matrix or WG4.

Depends, like what if Faye had died instead? It was a major battle after all and Faye nearly did die, it wouldn't have taken much to make that a certainty. In which case Guardian could have been AM Stephen and would have had different abilties as the MKII mutation is random according to host. But that could cost Fiona her life since Stephen would not have been so loyal to Dreadnought and stayed with Fiona like Faye did when the Eliminator showed up. Not to mention the parts Guardian had played through the many 7 Days of Hell battles. Stephen for example may not have reacted as quickly as Faye did against Drano, which could have cost other lives if not his own considering what happend to Zeus. Really, with all the possible chain reactions. It could literally be a different fic by changing just one event.
-
Uh, nope they never stopped making Goku stronger. Going all the way up to SSJ level 3 before the original creator left and the company created DB-GT and the semi-official SSJ4. Basically as long as they keep on fighting they'll keep on getting stronger. In other words Saiyan's body learn from damage, each time regenerating stronger than before. It's one of the reasons their kids could become SSJ so easily as they passed on their already enhanced DNA. Also each SSJ state is geometrically more powerful than the last, so it is understandable if it took longer for them to advance once they went SSJ.
