  1. Besides the battle has barely begun, everyone may have managed to take out a couple hundred Grakken ships by now but there are still hundreds of thousands left and probably a couple million total Grakkens to fight. And they are already close to being able to take the Clan ship, so Dreadnought can't let up for an instant.
  2. Gravity Shield is basically an external ability created with the dimensional properties of his blast shield. So unless he's using his blast shield then he doesn't have access to it all the time. His other enhancements though are based on the Guyver Bio-Boost effect and so primarily deal with bio-energy. If you note, Jason did use his blast field like a normal Guyver would use their gravity control orb and flew.
  3. Well Guyver Zero is in Matt's fic and the other early prototypes have either been revealed or mentioned throughout the fic. Only a few have yet to be accounted for but they will eventually be explained in the fic.
  4. Uh, nope, his very existence is a paradox. Consider, in the original time line the Guyver Zoalord destroyed the Earth and the Creators, along with who knows how much of the universe. Yet Jason came from a future time on a planet that would not have existed in the original time line. So it's a paradox within a paradox and Jason is the one linking it all together and maintaining it. If the original Time Line was restored Jason would cease to exist since he comes from the altered time line. Basically it's complicated but Jason's destiny is linked to the fate of the entire WG reality.
  5. Yes... There is also no advantage to converting the WG type 1 unit into a type 2, they both use the same technology and with the power level of Dreadnought the CPM would make little to no difference. The Power Wave already serves the same purpose anyway and the Gravity Shield actually have more destructive potential than the CPM's ever could. Juggernaut is enhanced not because of his base unit but because of the mentality of the host which unlike Jason isn't opposed to becoming more than human. Allowing the Matrix to make changes that Jason wouldn't allow.
  6. As I stated before that is something even a normal Guyver unit does when it activates. The host isn't left in their original state when the armor is active. Bones and Muscles are both increased as well as Bio-Boosted. The heart and lungs are essentially replaced by superior versions, etc. And as a Gigantic Dreadnought is already 12 feet tall versus the normal under 10 feet that both Gigantic G1 and Gigantic G3 are. The Unit just doesn't perminently alter the host so they are returned to normal when the armor de-activates.
  7. Actually even that wouldn't work, the Matrix Bomb only produces about 100 Gigatons of explosive energy. Which is enough to vapoize something the size of the state of Texas and wipe out all life on the surface of the planet but that's about it. You'll need like a million times more power to blow up a planet, even from within. Zagam can pull it off because his Matrix Bomb is not only more powerful but he can convert part of the mass of the planet into energy to add to the explosion.
  8. The damage was done to the Multi-verse, basically it's not something anyone in the WG universe would be aware of because what has been done is now a part of their universe. Jason is basically the nexus of a Time Paradox that radically altered the entire WG universe from the Time War event. Basically if you ever watched the movie The Sound of Thunder, then you'll have some idea how damaging a time paradox can be. The Kregens, being multi-dimensional beings are painfully aware of the damage caused by the paradox and see it as slowly spreading to effect the rest of the multi-verse like a cancer. The creation of Anubis being one of the examples of how these distortions are effecting other realities since Anubis was never suppose to happen. Which all means that because Jason is the Nexus of this, since he is the source of the Time Paradox, that in order to repair the damage the Kregen want Greg to deal with the problem at its source which is Jason. Because as long as he exist they can't repair the damage and return things to the way they are suppose to be. The Kregens only concern is the safety of the multi-verse, so even though restoring the original time line of the WG universe means the destruction of Earth and the Creators of that reality they would not hesitate to undo all the changes Jason's actions have caused. To them it is only one of many realities and the good of the many outweigh the good of the few or the one.
  9. Greg is W'Kar, his unit is not a Guyver.
  10. No, not just peak performance but peak potential. So though they are going to have different amounts of leverage that's about it. The difference in potential is actually negliable. Reason being peak human potential stops at about the same point for all humans because we are all made of the same stuff. And human metabolism also peaks at the same level of efficiency regardless of size. To get any significant change then in overall power then would require drastic changes. Minor changes simply won't cut it. Besides Dreadnought is already 12 feet tall and far more dense than any other Guyver except Dark Nova, and she has a singularity in her CM. So what more do you think can be sqeezed in there?
  11. Aranor, Guyvers already boost host to their peak potential. The unit doesn't go by just what the host has when first bonded. Sorry but contrary to what you may believe Jason is as open to science as is humanly possible. Hell, just to use most of his powers he needs to have some scientific knowledge and open to new concepts that his abilities allows him. He's just not a super genius who can just take that knowledge and go far beyond what he is already doing. To access even a fraction of the knowledge that is contained within the Matrix would be like Jack from Stargate SG1 getting the knowledge of the Ancients. He couldn't even access it until his brain was altered. And just like Jack, eventually Jason's brain would just burn out or the information would be so advance that he would have no idea what it means.
  12. Actually Juggernought, PG was a god to those island people. He had just been gone for a fairly long while and returned to find V-WG setting himself up as a new god.
  13. Nope, changes would tend to be permanent. After all, it's not like the Matrix to de-evolve its host and besides one of the problems of changing Jason is he will no longer be Jason when it happens so like Zagam he would most likely not want to become his old self again and instead becomes a monster. So Exactly as Allen said, besides the knowledge within the Matrix was created by alien beings. Even with the Matrix translating it would be like Einstein trying to explain relativity to a caveman. So the things the Matrix would have to do to Jason's brain to make it possible for him to understand would totally change who he is, he wouldn't be Jason anymore. Sorry but there has been no redecorations. The Matrix is doing all the work, he just has a direct mental link with the Matrix just like a normal Guyver has with their CM but they are still human. So yes the Matrix is enhancing him but it is still a separate entity. In his human form the Matrix forms a third separate strand of DNA, it didn't integrate itself into Jason's chromosomes. It's just sharing space. And as Takara stated Jason has been using strategy non-stop. The Problem is there isn't really much strategy when it comes to a fight between over a million to one. The very fact he has a fighting chance at all is testament to his fighting skills and abilities because that many Grakkens have far more power than he does. It's like the battle with the army of Bio-Titans but 1000 times worse.
  14. You need a black hole to connect that white hole to. Perhaps an alternate to the HSL then, black hole in hyper space and the connecting white hole within the CM. The only thing you need something to regulate the power otherwise it will just overload and blow up.
  15. They use modified units, basically reconfiguring the Units for their own use. The third ring the modifier, adapting the CM technology to the Grakkens and making them compatable with their own technology, such as the Destroyer Armor. So similar to the Gigantic in terms of augmenting abilities but that is as far as that goes. Remember also the Grakkens never really take their armors off, it's pretty much perminent. And yes, the Grakkens are huge, they're units don't make them much bigger than they would have been unarmored.
  16. There is no way Jason could handle all that knowledge. You're forgetting he hasn't let the Matrix directly change anything about him. So without the Matrix he is still completely human. He may have some augmentation from the Matrix but the same thing that prevents Jason from realizing the full power of Matrix also limits his access to its other potentials.
  17. Well if it is a black body type then it would be producing varying intensities of heat. The more energy it absorbs the hotter it will get. But you could use a plasma type black body effect, something like X-Men Sunspot for example.

  19. DARPA (The number one US military research and development company) wants to create Unkillable Soldiers, mimicing the abilities of animals and other life forms. So what do you guys think of this line of research?
  20. Interesting but in the mean time you might want to go read part 6 of 7 Days of Hell. . . Story has been now officially posted.
  21. Nothing so auspicious... I work as a Graphic Artist, but have had an interest in science and technology since I was a kid. A bit of an amateur scientist you could say, I've done my share of tinkering and I keep up with the latest discoveries and innovations. In terms of the fan fic, I'm the guy who does most of the WG data files. As well as the research for all the real world weapons and imagined ones, etc. So I've already thought through virtually every aspect of every character. Well I have been a fan since the OAV was first made, so have been into all things Guyver for nearly 20 years now.
  22. Alkanphel was only given their mental power, and as far as we know this only applied to their ability to control other beings with their mind. So as far as that goes he was their equal but being a Zoalord he has many other abilities they did not have. After all he was created to be their ultimate weapon and head general of their army of zoanoids. Even the Zoalords they planned to create after him would not be his equal. So Alkanphel was right on the edge of their comfort zone, since he was powerful enough to resist their commands, being an equal mentally. But like all zoaforms he still had a strong urge to obey them and only with a strong act of will could he overcome those commands. However the reason he's hibernating more and more could mean he's losing that mental battle with the Creators last command to him in which they paralyzed him.
  23. Physically, even with the Bio-Boost Armor they were no more powerful than a normal zoanoid. Being 1/10th the power of a human hosted unit. Telepathically though they were the equals of Alkanphel. As for overpowering Alkanphel, you have to remember despite that power he is still a zoaform and like any zoaniod he has the overwhelming urge to obey their commands. It takes a strong act of will for him to overcome this. The Creators though don't have that problem so can put their full effort into controlling Alkanphel.
  24. It didn't retaliate, it attacked the moment it sensed what XT was. If Jason hadn't resisted what the Matrix was doing and if the contact with the Matrix hadn't been broken as quickly as it was then the Matrix would have destroyed XT. It all has to do with one of the Matrix's Prime Directives.
  25. XT plasmoid energy would not have damaged the Matrix, Jason was never in any danger. Sorry but I think you're confusing XT with the W'Kar element, which is the only thing the Matrix has problems with.
