*Jess♥ Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 i have this music on a CD but not this version of course. it is a beautiful theme and i really like this performance. thanks for sharing the masks are quite funny though! Quote
*Jess♥ Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 want to share this. you probably heard it already, i think it's pretty popular. but i had ignored it until somebody passed on this video. note, this is the un-doctored version. i think that is what made the difference for me. hearing "forget you" just doesn't seem to have the same impact. THERE IS PROFANITY. (obviously by the title) Quote
odin Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 probably one of the best music videos ever, enjoy Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I just saw this about 10 mins ago, I've never seen a music video like it before, hope you enjoy it, I did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVjxmOzsgp8&feature=related Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 Good old, Bullet For My Valentine. Gotta love their music. Anyways here you go "Your Betrayal" my second favorite song by them. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 a friend of mine told me about a song. Now I'm not one to usually listen to songs of Christian Rock bands as for some reason they sound too....worshipy sometimes. But this group actually has some good songs. They are called Skillet. here are a few songs that I do like. Awake & Alive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-iB9qKZ2HI Hero http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avUTaohfc3U&feature=channel Monster Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 (edited) Skillet is a pretty good band, I listened to them when they first came out, back before people knew about them. I would have to say though, my favorite Christian Rock/Metal band would be "The Devil Wears Prada". I already posted one of their music videos "Hey, John Whats Your Name Again?". But anyways, back to BFMV. 4 Words (To Choke Upon) Edited November 8, 2010 by Mirabilis Quote
*Jess♥ Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 can you stop posting so many in one go please. if people don't like one song by a certain band they aren't going to like the rest of them. and this is a music video thread, not a band appreciation thread. can you please go back and edit your post removing excessive clips. we want to share, not overkill. please by all means, make a new thread to appreciate your respective bands. Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 (edited) Well thats unexpected. I had posted two-three videos but I didn't think that, that was an issue. I assumed that if people liked one, they would watch the others, and if they didn't like the band, then they wouldnt watch the rest. I know some older post had far more vids but owell. I tried to get two or three vid's in one post so I wouldn't have to put one vid in one post every time. It seems like its unneccasry. But I will edit them, and make a single post for the different music video's. Scream Aim Fire Edited November 8, 2010 by Mirabilis Quote
*Jess♥ Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 no please do not do that. i asked you to remove them, not repost them in separate posts. I also said that you could post them in your own thread about said band. what you just did could be considered spam. that is why i have now deleted those posts. I don't know how many wants to view those videos, but those people who do not appreciate the same music as you do, will find it very frustrating to see this thread getting flooded by that one band. i repeat once again, this is a thread for sharing outstanding music videos, not for overkill on one band that you just so happen to be a fan of. I could post 50 videos of the beautiful south in here and i guarantee there would be a lot of unhappy people. Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Ah, gotcha now! Yeah, was a bit confused at first, but the spam point hit the mark. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 I always liked this video as it brings me close to tears every time I listen to it. It's a country song by Trace Adkins. I am also using this a 2 way post. One is that this is a post to share this video and as the other way is for me to show my respect to the families and friends who have lost someone dear to them in the past few years due to the war in Iraq. I don't know if those outside of the U.S. wouldn't understand the reference to this song at first but it does become clear as the video goes on. A good video and a good tribute to those who have fallen in duty. Arlington Quote
Mirabilis Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Wow, Toku warrior that was really amazing. It's always amazing to see music videos showing respect and honor for the men and women in the service, and it's also awesome to know that there are more people who show respect for the men and women as well, who put their own lives on the line. Growing up, I've seen many music videos with the same nature, however seeing this has made me think of one in particular, this video really means alot to me. American Soldier Quote
Toku Warrior Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Now that's a nice tribute. I forgot about that song and it is always a nice one to here. This will be the last entry on the soldier tribute but it is another song that was dedicated to the American National Guard though I believe that most of these songs can be dedicated to any country that has national soldiers putting their lives on the line for their countries. Citizen/Soldier - 3 Doors Down (Extended Version) Now here's another music video I always thought was pretty good. New Divide - Linkin Park Quote
*Jess♥ Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 if we're sharing tributes to war heroes, then i will share this nice one i watched the other day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sOoTeprHiU I don't know if those outside of the U.S. wouldn't understand the reference to this song at first but it does become clear as the video goes on. A good video and a good tribute to those who have fallen in duty. you're right. I was confused at first, I thought they were talking about soldiers getting a nice shiny house as a reward. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 A very nice choice of video Ryuki. Quote
LordSpleach Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 This thread is about to get EPIC. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERTT_sv8sV0 Quote

As I Lay Dying. I really want to see them live. This is a two part music video, which I found interesting. Anyways here you go. The first one is one of my favorite songs, I really like the chorus alot. The song is about people believe, whatever they want to believe no matter what. "We have all heard, what we wanted to hear. Truth that sounds right to our ears!" Anyways here you go. The Sound of Truth http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erFxFsTZaMs Nothing Left Edited November 12, 2010 by Mirabilis Quote
