May 5, 20206 yr Currently watching 'Beast King GoLion' (which is hilariously awful), 'Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood', 'Is It Okay To Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon', 'Neon Genesis Evangelion', 'Gundam Reconguista in G', 'Armored Trooper VOTOMS' and 'My Hero Academia' on a weekly rotation. Finished 'How Not To Summon A Demon Lord' a few weeks ago and it's worth a watch, but no more.
October 30, 20205 yr Recently, I've noticed that I am getting more and more into the isekai genre. Started with SOA, and then Overlord and Shield Hero. After that I found Arifureta. I even read the web novel. Right now, I've added Tensura (That time I got reincarnated as a slime) and Re: Zero. Also read the webnovel for Tensura and have finished the main story and seriously contemplating if I should read the extra chapters. At the moment, I'm waiting for Season 2 of Tensura and the 2nd half of Re Zero, which will start to air January 2021. Also, Log Horizon season 3 might be on the way. Lot's of shows to look forward to. On a separate note, the final movie of Evangelion will finally come out next year. Anybody looking forward to it? Hopefully no more delays for this.

I look forward to log horizon. I really enjoyed that. Equally, another light novel in the overlord series should be out this year. That's a great read, even if the anime falls short.

That's a great read, even if the anime falls short. Yeah, Overlord Chapter 14 is actually sitting in my tablet right now. Just couldn't find the time to read it, as I prefer to have a quiet time to myself and enjoy reading it. With Chapter 15 looming over the horizon, I guess I better get started soon. I've also decided to park watching Log Horizon 3 and Tensura 2 right now until it gets completed. I started watching Re:Zero and the wait is killing me. Netflix spoiled us by enabling us to binge watch.
July 26, 20233 yr Just finished Nier Automata ver 1.1a. Currently following Oshi no Ko (reading the manga after watching), My unique skill makes me OP Even at Level 1, Bleach thousand years war arc, and just finished Dead Mount Death Play (currently reading the manga).
August 13, 20233 yr Currently looking at Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, along with Beck Mongolian Chop Squad.
August 14, 20233 yr Currently watching 'My Hero Academia' S05, 'Jojo: Golden Wind', 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya', 'Hanyo no Yashahime', 'Macross Frontier', 'Death Note' (finally) and 'Turn ∀ Gundam'.
September 5, 20233 yr I just got into Mushoku Tensei, Jobless Reincarnation. Loved it so much that I've read the manga, and the Light novel is currently sitting on my tablet. Just Finish SAO vol 26, and now just Finishing vol 7 of the World's Finest Assassin before I can proceed with the Mushoku Tensei Light Novel. Mushoku Tensei has a very deep lore and I found out that the anime skips a lot of details so I went ahead and read the Manga. They really do skip a lot of details, so I'm wondering how they will treat some of the skipped content when these becomes relevant in future episodes.
November 18, 2025Nov 18 Here's my current list: One Piece Spy X Family s3 One Punch Man s3 3-Z Ginpachi Sensei Ninja to Gokudou I like how they made 3-Z Ginpachi Sensei - it's like Gintama but without unnecessary plot
Thursday at 07:03 AM2 days Ok, I'm bored so I'm going to update my list. Currently, the Anime I'm waiting on are the following:Mushoku Tensei S3 - Definitely a must watch. Even though I finished the Novel, its still enjoyable watching this fully animatedTensura S4 - One of the web novels I've earlier read. Stories are starting to branch and I don't know what to expect. Re:Zero S4 - Haven't read the novels so this is one of the anticipated watchBleach TYBW - Despite having a manga finished a decade ago, the anime introduced new material which was freaking awesome. This is definitely a redemption from the rushed manga ending.Exiled Heavy Knight - one of the newer shows I'm watching, mainly because of tiktok and youtube shortsOld Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman S2 - Another fun series for me.I am looking forward to the reboot of Magic Knight Rayearth, it was one of the best 90's anime I've ever watched. And of course being a Gundam Fan, how could I miss the upcoming Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-Zero. Speaking of Gundam, I was kinda sad that they took down the 1:1 scale Unicorn Gundam in Odaiba Japan.
Thursday at 07:34 PM2 days Not much on my list right now. Just ongoing One Piece and Bleach. Waiting for the second part of the Steel Ball Run: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Just finished Dr. Stone and I really like it. Despite some of the character's decisions were strange or unnecessary, and I always had a feeling of giant plot holes everywhere, it was super enjoyable and fun ride till the very end, 10/10. The thing is, when I stumbled upon this title on some torrent tracker for the first time, I thought that this was some mid tier filler anime. Was judging just by the title name and cover art lmao, didn't even read. But year later one of the blogger made a short description of events and almost spoiled it. And somehow just about 5 seconds deep into their review I stopped and they made it a "must watch" for me.

I've been reading the manga and have not once seen the anime. I guess having a thousand plus episodes is a big factor as to why. Back then it was still only 200+ episodes. heck, I even started reading One Piece when it was still in the 400+ chapters.Interesting about Dr. Stone, I watched the first 2 seasons, but wasn't able to start the 3rd season, and I've resisted reading the Manga. It was all interesting before the Tsukasa arc, but I guess I didn't get the same excitement to me afterwards.Jojo anime left me really disappointed. The best one was still the stardust crusaders arc, and those that followed are just "meh" to me. I've read the manga and really loved it until Stone Ocean and was really left disappointed with its ending. Then came the decision to make the Steel Ball Run universe fold into the Jojo-verse, which confused the hell out of me. After that I completely stopped with Jojo.
1 hour ago1 hr I've been keeping up with a couple series... But there have been so many series come out that I have been reading the manga... And the Anime version does a piss poor job of it.The one I am looking forward to is coming next Month: PSYREN. Read that manga thanks to NA release of Shonen Jump. 19 years after it started and 16 years after it ended, they are making an anime of it. I REALLY hope they don't screw it up. Since there is no light novel version or anything, it is based on the manga, so hopefully it will be what I want it to be.But as for what I am watching right now... Oddly, all of these were manga I started reading that have now been turned into anime. Some for the better, and some not. There are a few more series I had been reading the comics of at one point... But the Anime's quality was not nearly good enough, so I am not ruining my thoughts of the series with watching the trash animation.Tensei ****ara Slime Datta Ken 4th Season / That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season - The anime has caught up with the manga again, but of course, as mentioned, it is based on light novels so there is more to work off of... But the Anime has largely been following the aesthetic of the manga. One of those that has been doing a good job of it. I never read the novels, so any changes doesn't bother me much.Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu / Skeleton Knight in Another World Season - Another fun isekai fantasy story. Can be a dime a dozen, but this one has some fun characters and a decent enough premise that also skips some of the worst isekai tropes. The main character is so OP... and yet not at the same time, in some funny ways.Katainaka no Ossan, Kensei ni Naru / From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman - This one has been following the light novels a bit more than the manga, but not as bad as some. Really good action. They do take the "Sword master" fact of the title pretty seriously.Tsuihou sareta Tensei Juukishi wa Game Chishiki de Musou suru / The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System - This one has been doing a good job of following the manga overall, and has decent production values. Another Isekai with some good ideas on how things are handled.Ryoumin 0-nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu-sama / The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects - Another manga I started reading a while back. Been done pretty well. It's a fun little wholesome series.

The filler episodes and arcs the anime adds always rubs me the wrong way. Was the same with Bleach and Naruto back in the day. Nowadays series can get away with not having to be on every week and can take tine off if need be.
