wow, I just realised something. Akibaranger seems to be communicating this very issue. the danger of the death of tokusatsu and otaku due to various other things such as fashion etc. could it be that this is a real issue in japan? that the people who used to watch tokusatsu into their twenties and thirties are no longer taking an interest in otaku things and are instead spending their money on fashion etc? sorry, this is way off topic. if you think this is something that could be discussed more then let me know and I'll split this post into a new topic. yeah i think we could rant a bit on this topic! ok starting a new thread for this …

Recently I have been thinking that there are a lot of games out there that are not worth buying. When I worked at Wal-Mart, there were always guys talking about which games to buy and which not to buy. I heard that many games were horrible. For instance. Aliens: Colonial Marines and Alien Vs Predator as well as Terminator Salvation all did horrible. They all got bad reviews. I actually played those too and they diserved the reviews that they earned. The Naruto Manga is now officially complete, although it seems the next movie (which might not be 100% canon) could take it a little further. Very few series last as long as this, and are able to go out on such a high note and while still popular. What are your thoughts on the series? Over the years, I know for me that there were a few dry spells in the plot that, while I didn't drop it, I kind of ignored it/forgot about it for a few months. I haven't gotten very far in, but the new Daredevil series is out. All 13 episodes are available on Netflix RIGHT NOW. That's right, no waiting for weekly releases. My verdict so far: It is AWESOME. So, go watch it. For those who do not have Netflix, I am sure someone will rip it soon.

Well. It doesn't have to be your favorite. But what anime do you enjoy watching over and over? I often rewatch anime that I really like. Such as Rahxephon, Claymore and Guyver, but that is as far as go as far as that. What about you guys?

How did you get into anime and what was the first anime you watched? When I got into anime, honestly the first anime I ever watched was Dragon Ball Z. I first watched it on Cartoon Network when I was 12 years old. I didn't really get into anime until I was 14. But I started out as a big DBZ fan and than watched the Guyver OVA a little later on.

Back when I was in high school I remember asking everyone if they knew who Daredevil is, the answers I got where either, "I don't know who that is" or "He is stupid". I don't know about any of you but I'm really ready for Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD remake/ Re-Release. Its going to be run off of the Final Fantasy XIII Engine. Meaning the same Graphics from what I've studied. I've Pre-Ordered the Collectors Edition and am really excited. I should see it 10 days after March 19th. It comes with an art book, strategy Guide,extra content and trophies. I wonder if Ryuki is as excited as I am to return to Spira and kill Jecht and Yu Yevon all over again. It was released back in 2002 and you will see improvements.

Its about time we get a good vampire film. Last time we had a Dracula movie, it was Dracula 2000, which was pretty good. Supposedly this movie is going to be about Vlad becoming a vampire lord, from him being alive to becoming and undead vampire. I'm pretty excited. I like vampire films; Its about time we got an actual genuine Vampire film that consists of violence and killing humans. Soooo as some of you know, growing up as a child Godzilla was a hero of mine. I loved him, whereas I literally had night terrors of King Kong up until I was 14. I sometimes had dreams of Godzilla protecting me from him though. This was due to the old classic Godzilla vs King Kong. Well, now they're rebooting it, with the new Godzilla flicks. It's been a while since I've watched anything I haven't seen before. This year I rewatched both Guyver series, Ghost In The Shell, Claymore, Elfen Lied, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Pokemon season 1/2 and all of Dragon Ball Z. Outlaw Star was one I watched that I had never seen before. I'm after something similar to Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop. Old, new... doesn't matter.

I think studios are jealous that something is coming out this week... A trailer for Star Trek Beyond has been released! I think it's interesting that the ship might not play a large part in this one. A bold move if true.

Anyone ever heard of it? I think I remember bringing it up a time or two in the forum. But I never made a topic based on it and not sure whether any of you might be interested. But here goes. I think its just as good as Guyver.It is one of my favorites. The characters pretty much consist or women. Yes, women that kick butt and kill these things, or monsters called Yoma. I've read the entire manga and I have to tell you....it is so worth your time. I have copied and pasted a small summary of the story from the wikipedia, accurate or not it gives a fair idea. Its a pretty good series.

I have a question for the Advocacy in regards to Super Saiyan 3. With Goku achieving god form and the way it has affected his body do you suppose it could now be possible for him to finally be able to sustain Super Saiyan 3 without having his stamina being completely drained? Would his new divine ki have any impact on the form perhaps?

Which single video game have you racked up the most hours on? For me. It has been Final Fantasy X, Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Diablo 3. Great games!

Has anyone seen John Wick? I think its one of Keanu Reeve's greatest movies since Point Break and The Matrix trilogy. Its a really good movie about this guy out for some justified revenge against the Russian mob!

Mobile Suit Gundam - Iron-Blooded Orphans episode 1 is out! Thoughts? I thought it was a very good opening episode. A bit too exposition heavy... But That is kind of welcome after the train wreck that was G-Reco's opening episode. Also from what I've seen of the MS design for the series, I am also quite happy that I am liking quite a few of them. So far so good!
