  1. I can't see it! that was a link not a picture! try posting the jpeg part of it! (jpg!)
  2. Shows how often I check this forum! This news just made my day! Glad to see you back W'kar!!!
  3. I'd like to see the front page stream lined some more too! Though, the idea of putting stuff in some sort of an off-site archive is not that attractive of an idea. If we need another domain they are cheap enough, and I'm sure the next host will have multiple domain reg's to it. Hostrocket allows 8 on their cheapest package. But I think overall we should leave what we have on the front page on the front page, hell invite more people to pour their fan fiction sites and other fan sites onto it if we can. We have the space, we have the bandwidth! just streamline the overall front page and make WARRIOR GUAYVER FAN FICTION stand out, in bright bold letters. I still think a little gif animation banner for the main WGFF would be killer! And not to be a mean person or anything, but I absolutely despise http://www.theguyver.net 's layout.
  4. Simple question. Why or why not? I don't see much activity on this board as of late. Might as well try and clean up shop and try to at least give the appearance of rampant post. Maybe if we keep everyone closer together, in a more confined space of virtual environment, we'll be more likely to interact. Ha!
  5. Nice. Do you have the fan fiction that goes to this guy? If so, how long is it, and can I help you putting it on the web in a permanent position someway or somehow?
  6. It's next week.
  7. Alkanphel ruled the screen! That part where he just points his hand out and goes "boom". That was classic.
  8. Personally I want all of the ones from series 1... But I would settle with just Dark Gigantic and Murakami to finish it off. If I pick up series two zoalords, and try to get a butt load of them, I'll strip their capes and just try to make them cool as is
  9. Takaya himself goes through this same process. I mean you have overwhelming odds for your hero and ever more powerful villains to face him against. For instance, we start with Zoanoids, go to hyper zoanoids, go with an entire team of hyper zoanoids. Bring in Zoalords, and so on and so on. Each Zoalord has had something new to offer, and they've even started grouping up on one another. I'm sure after the Guyvers finish with the current batch of Zoalords, the series will either end, or we'll see the introduction of something even more powerful. Guyver may have been around for 20 years, but to tell you the truth it really hasn’t covered much plot or progression of said plot in those last 20 years. The Warrior Guyver Fan Fiction progresses by leaps and bounds. The entire thing combined would make War and Peace seem like light reading. It only stands to reason that the characters would have risen past their previous crescendo to progress to something that could take the ever increasing array of villains. It's a major theme in most progressive stories involving character with extra ordinary powers. In your classic fantasy books character get upgrades along the way to deal with said overwhelming evil.
  10. No theory, just fact. That's how you take the guy down Any other Super heroes/villains you think you could take out Dreadnought? Try.
  11. Purgstall is part of the second series! He's the first I've seen released thus far. It makes me drool, but I don't like the capes they went with. They're cloth!
  12. Remove him from the cosmic. Create a null void around the guy and let him try and fight his way out until he eventually drains his resources. Without the ability to nourish himself off of the stars and stellar bodies, he's toast. Oh and if you like Silver Surfer be sure to check out the trailer for the new Fantastic Four movie; Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Looks interesting http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/fox/fantasticfourriseofthesilversurfer/ and it's Norrin Radd
  13. I don't care for the Ultimate Series of comics. I like my old fashioned, 40 years of continuity, characters much more. The Silver Surfer we grew up with is the one I speak of. The guy gifted with the power cosmic, torn away from him home of Zen La, in hopes of leading galactus away to uninhabited living worlds, only to have his memory taken from him, forcing him to take any and all planets in his path if only to satisfy the never ending hunger of his master. I'm talking about that Silver Surfer. I think Dreadnought can take him. Want to know how? Ask.
  14. Gigantic Dark is the most expensive right now. I saw Murakami go for 187 bucks plus shipping like three days ago. The shipping was 30 bucks. I need Murakami bad man. I should have snagged him up ages ago! ZX-Tole is still cheap enough, so is Guyot. I got the Guyver/head one for my nephew. Its what inspired me to take mine out of the box(after playing around with the one I got him!).
  15. I mean Superman is one thing, but this is Galactus you’re talking about here. This guy made the silver surfer on a whim. He’s from a universe before the birth of ours, and has even been described as a balance between chaos and perfection in the cosmos. The only way Dreadnought is going to have a chance against this guy is if he somehow is able to get him away from his world eater platform. From there you’d have to hope that Jason would be able to teleport him into some voided region of existence. He’s simply too powerful. If you can leave him out in the cold stretches of nothingness, maybe you bought yourself a few thousand eons until some unsuspecting passerby stops and gives him a hand… Maybe. Now here’s the kicker(and something I don’t quite know to tell you the truth!), if Galactus can teleport himself out of this region of space unaided by his platform, then there’s no way to stop him. You could pound him with any attack you want, he experienced the big bang and lived to tell of it. I don’t even think a matrix bomb is going to compare to that one. I think he could take Silver Surfer though, but that’s an entirely different story.
  16. Yeah you could say that. Steve calls it the "Bio-Warrior" though. It's actually a full head mask. The part you can't see is that it comes with a tag(hiding under the neck) that says bio-morphs and is hand signed by Steve Wang himself. Awesome. You can ebay most of those trading figures for around 10 bucks with shipping. The series one on the Guyvers has started to sky rocket since they are done with it and starting to move onto series two. I saw a Guyver 3 going for as much as 175 bucks on ebay without shipping. scary.
  17. Ha, probably because it ended a long time ago. 7 day poll or something.
  18. I only played the first two. I'm more a computer gamer these days.
  19. I collect everything and anything I can get my hands on Guyver, though I do collect American comics too mind you. I have the collected "Books" of the manga as well. Though I haven’t started on the new publication of the books as of yet (How sad!) but I will get those once I finish off series 1 and 2 of these models! Anyways, Thanks for all the kind comments! Here is the Guyver portion of the comic rack, enjoy! I like to have a little Guyver around me at all points. So at those times when the misses wants to snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie... A close up, ignore the dust, its gone now! (taking pictures of dust inspires one to clean said dust!) And of course you have to have a few little Guyvers in the hallway, if only in a display case! I still need to deck out the kitchen.
  20. Dreadnought would so own on Superman. That's right. All he has to do is manipulate the air around Supes into Kryptonite, or drain his yellow sun radiation reserves from that field of invulnerability Superman has. Either way, the man in the big red S is going down!
  21. Heck's yeah's! TheGuyver.Net isn't too bad. I mean they do have a lot of information pertaining to the Guyver manga and anime, and well most things overall. The people who first put work into translating the tech manual are from over on that site, and so is Drag-5. Both of these guys have been around for a while. The overall appeal to the site is that it's like an updated star's guyver site. with most of the new info pertaining to the manga and what have you. It's really worth checking out. A good way to kill 2 hours if you know what I mean.
  22. Like I said, at first it was a Fan Fiction site. Now days it's only got two major fan fictions, IE the Warrior Guyver and the Great War of the Guyvers. That's two vs Star's Guyver Page Guyver2's playground Guyver Strike Force Guyver Fan Archive more to come! It's just an overall Guyver Fan site, dedicated to everything and anything Guyver. and gratz on your 100th post twilight!
  23. I wasn't aware of the hyper zoanoid part. I knew the dinosaur was created by the advents and was several times stronger than the average T-Rex.
  24. Oh, no lie; I watched it. I just hated it.
  25. Pagan. Wicca is more of a new age thing. It's only been around for about 60 years. Though it's based off of the Pagan beliefs.
