Work work work. I'm still here though!

Do you have a high rez scanner that you can get like 300dpi out of? There are very few high rez Guyver pictures out there, and I'd love to have some more!
-
Oh yeah, thats a great find. I thought they "key'ed" up at just the right spots too! Youtube rocks!
-
Sorry can't help you bro. Check the Guyver Fan Archive, might be in there. I hope to see some of your sketches soon. Post 'em man! We're salivating with anticipation!

It would be cool if you could find a print shop that could blow up the image while keeping resolution at the same time. That would rock.

Is the WG's power level too high?

Does that one work for you? And where is Twilights reply to this one? Jason... Where are you?! -
Never even heard of a War Scroll. I wish I could find some really nice posters for them. That would be sweet.

Yup. Here are the most predominant forms. -
Either that, or it sells more copies.

Yeah. He changes form throughout the series as he picks up more powers. When he gets the powers of Franklin Richards he drastically changes his appearance. -
the term "Ultra violence" always takes me back to Clockwork Orange. Strange. I haven't seen these adds as of yet. Only one I saw from them thus far is the one with the guy from Bioweapons.com. That was cool.

A fighting game can never compare to the real deal. I mean how can you right? You should check out some back issues at your local comic shop! The story rocked. -
Glad to know Vader no longer graces the collection of Guyvers you've amassed. I can't wait to see pictures of the updated collection. You're giving me ideas here man! Keep it up!!!

That’s an interesting approach James. I’d do it another way mind you. I actually own the first run of the OMAC series (Do I love Kirby). Completely different premise as far as stories go, but I still like the present day interpretation. Identity Crisis was insanely awesome, one of the better books of ’05 IMO. I still want to see how Jason pulls this rabbit out of his hat. Hopefully it’ll vary from yours, if only slightly. I’ll reveal my idea on how the Batman would handle Dreadnought after his. As far as Onslaught goes, without the power of Franklin Richards, and Nate Grey, I think my end scenario would play out. His armor isn’t that tough, and Dreadnought would have the power to crack it. After that it’s just a matter of assimilating energy. Easy as cake -
I hope they do continue this series. It would be a shame to see it cut short like the last one only to have to be revisited once again in another 20 years! Guyver has reached some type of a climatic event where its popularity is just high enough to merit the continuance of this series. Let’s hope the guys over there in Japan producing this stuff can come through and deliver at least 3 more seasons!

Come on Matt. You know you can hook it up. Just imagine it and make it happen. Oh please? I'll slap together the page.

No problem man. The sad part is that after all of that, I think I had the font I needed the entire time.

Hey McAvoy... On the Guyver Fan Archive we have a section dedicated to just data files. I could post this one up there for you if you want. It would be nice if we had a picture to go with it though. Pictures always make 'em better!

The Warrior Guyver
TheGuyversWill replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
I fell in love with the Warrior Guyver Fan Fictions for what they are, not what they will become. Personally I enjoy the WGFF story far more than the actual Takaya story arc. I mean I know it builds off of the same premise, but it's no where near as long or as intense. If Takaya does end the Guyver series with the downfall of Alkanphel, then so be it, but in most cases where super heroes are involved the stories can continue for 60 years! I wouldn't say the Warrior Guyver Fan Fiction has embraced the DBZ mentality, more so it’s embraced its own continuance. 25x may seem a bit brash, but it took a couple of novel length books to get there. IMHO that's enough. I mean what was the initial appeal of the WGFF? Was it the idea that we would get to see an explore things not yet revealed in the actual Guyver stories? Or was it the fact that we progressed from a normal Guyver to 4x one within two stories. The fact that the characters do evolve and get more powerful is one of the main draws for me. Mind you, I wouldn't want to see Dreadnought jump to 120x in the next fiction, but if he does say, 20 fictions down the road, I wouldn't mind it. It's just where the stories go. Personally, while I love the concept of a re-write to clean up those fundamental angst we've observed over the years (continuity errors and poor writing), it's just part of the process. It's a fan fiction. It doesn't have to be perfect. But to stall the story and concentrate on the past just creates a stagnant portion of the overall flow. It ends the progression and makes things a whole lot less interesting. I mean, Marvel and DC both tried it. They found out that people weren’t too interested in the retelling of past stories, even with the best artist and writers of the day on board. We've been there, we've done that. We want to see what comes next. At least IMHO. -
If you find a place to get huge posters let me know! I'd even settle for the movie posters! Frame 'em and hang 'em on the wall!

Oh this should be interesting. It makes you think on your feet if you know what I mean. I have my own ideas. -
They started releasing an english version of the manga again through another company. There should be a thread around here somewhere about how to get them. Not sure how far they've progressed into them as of yet... But it's still worth looking into.

Oh how I wish I could. My fiance makes my earning potential appear to be a laughing matter. Last tuesday she pulled in 3,600 bucks in less than an hour and a half. They always say "It's not a competition." but darn it, it is! ----------------------------------------------------------- And done. Only had to do two carpal tunnel exercises too! OK, now to build your page!
