was it because of the control metal?, i thought that the bioboost tissue had some type of antibodies which prevented it from being absorbed. or was it the control metal which first activated the antibodies?

i think you'll enjoy it. i found it funny that no matter how much money he makes and saves, something else always comes up which forces him to spend it.(it's never enough) that and also his calculated deception with everyone he interacts with.

i know which ones they are, well done darksenshi, good to hear it all worked out for you. those figures don't come along very often so you just have to bite the bullet and pay a hefty price. i really can't see them decreasing in value, plus, their pretty to look at, lol. here's to speedy postage. its amazing how much they've increased in value actually and they were only released in 2005! and have to agree with you that even if new figmas are released, it won't affect the bfc's/bfw's.

finished watching season2 of continuum. still patiently awaiting to watch the last episodes to air of breaking bad, under the dome. watching reruns of deep space nine and the shield found the first episode of sleepy hollow interesting, so will be on my tivo's 'to do list'. and hanging out badly for season 4 of 'eastbound & down' to start.

i wonder how long it will take before we findout what's down in the basement?

i have to agree with ryuki, you can probably go taller with guyot, as im sure even in human form he was taller than g1. but thats if you decide to maybe use the human form in the game?

your absolutely right about the joints, i haven't really taken mine out of their boxes, a few were checked then put back in. their just too fragile, thats why i don't consider them as toys(especially for the price these days). the solid fixed ones are fine unless you to take a knife or hacksaw to them.

tough question, well, we've seen that alky is powerful enough to destroy a meteor the size of the moon, not forgetting that he also had to overcome paralisis caused by the advents first. the gigantic definitly has no chance against alky, but i think exceed might. when sho transforms into exceed, i'm thinking that all the power output of the weaponary increase to match the size aswell? so would the gigasmasher become a supermega-gigasmasher? but also, alky may have the power to probably deflect this as he did with the megasmasher at relics point. i don't think that the other gigantic/exceed weapons would be of much use when facing alky. so, if alky was unconcious,immobolized,paralized, with no way of defending himself and no one was able to come to his aid. and the exceed had probably 5mins to charge up the supermega-gigasmasher and used directly infront/behind alky, then yes, i believe alky can be vapourized.

i too have interpreted the federation as being some sort of government or ruling council of sorts if indeed made up of defferent species.

mate, maybe i should start calling you sonny? k9 was awesome, everyone loved him, enough that they did a spin off series just with k9, although i never got around to watching it. i think it happen during my red eyed rebel teen years, lol

had to of been the worst doctor of the series besides colin baker, any wonder the series ended? only time I saw a lot of running like you said was probably most of season 1 and sometimes at the end of each season when there was a reason to run, other times it was not that silly. I do agree that the Cybermen where a bit overused tho but 75% of the time all conflicts where off earth and always showed a new enemy or alien. as i said, only really sat down and watched the first couple of seasons, but if you think that its improved since then, then i might give it another go. from when do you think i should pick it up from?

ruyki, your right, jon didn't time travel at all but i think maybe one episode, but he did travel a handful of times to other planets. don't forget though that one of the main group of characters(the brigadier) was pretty much earth bound. i'm sure it was brought up in one episode, that he had been banned from time travel by the council of timelords(i haven't rewatched this series since the 80's) its not that being based on earth makes it boring, but it is unimaginative, for the new series anyway. its just seeing the same type of thing over and over again, oh,look, aliens attacking us, run! i also don't believe some of the acting is interesting, most of the time i believe that their over acting the part which puts me off. i do admit the only episodes that i found worth while were the very few dalek ones.(but not all of the dalek episodes, and afew others that were heavy in dialog and mystery and had nothing to do with anyone being chased by evil aliens) i was never a big fan of the cybermen in the original series, even though they only appeared afew times within the 20 odd years the original series ran for. so when they were continually used in 3-4 seperate story lines in the first 2-3 seasons of the newer version, right there and then i knew to flush the series down the toilet! the new series has been running for about 8years now i think and the cybermen have made more than double the appearances than in the original series, imaginative? in the older series, well, i don't know, its just that i feel that the actors were able to create the right atmosphere and drama to a scene and they were good at it, as there wasn't going to be any special effects to help them. hell, the only special effects they were able to use was lighting and shadowing, most of the sets and walls were cardboard cutouts, actually its pretty funny thinking about it as sometimes an actor would bump into a wall or something and it would move and sound hollow, hahaha. where as the newer version its like the director is saying," right, you'll be running down this hallway, screaming and yelling and we'll just set off an explosion behind you, don't worry if the episode makes no sense as the viewers will be destracted by the red flames", lol. Could be just me though, thinking that tom baker was probably the best person who ever played the part of drwho. And that the show went down hill after he left. You'll be doing yourself a favour by watching the original series anyway odin and make the decision yourself. you might hate it or enjoy it as much as the new series.

John Pertwee!! yea, he wasn't too bad, did come across as a bit of a bird at times, but was generally pretty good.

i'm an old drwho fan, i've probably tried to watch through maybe 2-3 seasons of the new series and just couldn't watch anymore. just boring and no imagination in most of the stories. the majority of the episodes were still on planet earth! so i still pretty much like the original,older series and doctors, prefferably tom baker(funniest and wittiest) and jon pertwee(serious and dramatic). they did so many really good stories and episodes back then. i recommend watching; genesis of the daleks( the introduction of davros freaked me out when i was younger and its still chilling now, great acting) destiny of the daleks the green death planet of the spiders(F@#* i hate spiders, they scare the drenn out of me) terror of the zygons i can honestly say that if you take away the special effects from this rebooted 2000's/current series, it just gets blown away by the 70's/early 80's series.

this would be nice, but another straight to video movie, i think not. we were so lucky that darkhero turned out as good as it did, otherwise no one would even mention its exsistance, much like the first guyver movie.......i think......there was a previous movie?........no, i could be wrong!......i don't think it had anything to do with guyver.......... i've mentioned before that a third movie would really need to be a start to a franchise of movies, takaya needs to be onboard to give it some direction aswell. it needs to move beyond people in customised latex/rubber suits and you'll be lucky to get atmost 10mins of high quality produced cgi from a top company for 2mill! budget needs to be 100mill+, f&f 6 had a budget 160mill for f@#'s sake and toystory3 200mill! hayter has come a long way in a short 20years since darkhero, no doubt he's amassed a close group of high profile friends and connections who all could make this happen. he has his spies everywhere reading boards and blogs, fingers,toes(and even testicles) crossed that he notices and reads this one.
