  1. OH MY GOD! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been hunting for this for years! Very much appreciated!
  2. i can't believe someone is actually selling this! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Used-THE-GUYVER-Bio-Booster-Armor-Japan-Anime-Original-Soundtrack-Music-2-CD-Set-/282061740092?hash=item41ac30983c:g:UqgAAOSwvg9XV3vj
  3. I agree. I've yet to see a fight as brutal as this one. To be host it wasn't much of a fight, but rather a slaughter. Sho was butchered by Enzyme. Genzo Makashima died when he was processed into Enzyme. The only thing that remained was his hatred for the Guyver. This was personal. Sho didn't stand a chance because he was facing vengeance incarnate. That is why this scene is so brutal, and memorable.
  4. Black is learning. The more he learns the more dangerous he'll become. I believe Trunks mentioned that Black learned how to sense ki, and that's how he was able to trace him. This probably meant Black originally couldn't do this when he first appeared in Trunks's timeline. Maybe the reason Black doesn't go Super Saiyan is because he hasn't learned how to yet. I think one of the biggest clues to his identity is he's still learning. He's learning things that should've been second nature to him. All of this is just speculation of course.
  5. I've been leaning towards things like ascend, transcend, or bio-morph. Summoning words like Guyver and adapt are also classics.
  6. That's what I was saying. Agito's cold, calculating, shrewd, and ruthless personality influence the appearance of the unit. I never said that the unit changes host. What I noticed was that Guyver III and Guyver 0 look similar. It just seemed to me that it could've been possible for Agito to have inherited the unit. I never said he did inherit the unit.
  7. I've wanted to ask The Advocacy this for a while. If you merged with a Guyver unit what would you shout to summon the unit from the boost dimension?
  8. I'm still curious if Agito inherited Guyver 0's unit. It'd make sense. He does represent the darker side of the Guyver's capabilities. Sheer ruthlessness. Also, I've also been curious about the unit's casing when I was younger. It's serves no special function other than to encase the organic part of the unit.
  9. Could Guyot be a threat if armed with an incomplete Guyver unit, and a dummy crystal? Perhaps there is the possibility that he could snatch Agito's unit. I wonder if that would give Guyot access the Gigantic Dark/XD. The unit remover erases the host's data from the control metal, so it may also erase the Gigantic data. Either way Guyot would still be at a disadvantage with only being a Proto-Zoalord. I do think the Advents will eventually return. Here's a thought that crossed my mind. What if the Advents chose Guyot to be their vanguard of vengeance? The kinds of upgrades they could give him would be pure nightmare fuel. I'd be willing to believe that their lust for vengeance would be enough for them to consider arming Guyot with a Guyver unit.
  10. I've heard about it, and seen some images from the manga. I might check it out. Some of the more brutal scenes remind me a lot of Gantz. Perhaps that's just me. I was actually just about to ask the Advocacy who they think would win in a fight between a Guyver/Gigantic/Exceed vs those roach creatures. I find them very frightening, yet fascinating.
  11. I get my Japanese volumes from the U.S. Ebay and Amazon sites. You can also find them on the U.K. version of Amazon. The last time I checked they're not that expensive. You just have to dig a little to find them. Do your volumes look like this? If so then you do have the Japanese versions.
  12. Still skeptical about the series, but I'm now excited about the idea of more universes. The door has been opened for all new adventures with all new worlds! I'd really like to see some Dragon Ball spin-offs that could explore new worlds and characters. I would really like to see Cabba in action and how he'll deal with Frost now that he's been exposed. I may also be in the minority on this, but I'd love to see more Super Saiyan forms that aren't just different hair colors.
  13. I think Agito will still come out on top, but not without harsh resistance. It's not folding time yet for the rogue due.
  14. 1 - He's still in Agito's hand. 2 - Not sure, but it looks like it 3 - It did it's job and disappeared. The last page was pretty cool right? If Jabril's smaller form is his main battle form then I really like it!
  15. I'm at a loss. What happened to Kurumeggnic? Is Jabril fleeing? What happened with the Gravity Implosion?
  16. I've got a question regarding the Guyver OVA OST. Does anyone know where I can find both the Romaji and English lyrics to this song?
  17. Pardon me, but I seem to be a little behind. When was it revealed what Apollyon's agenda was? I know he was in a hurry to snag all the Zoalord crystals, but for what I'm not exactly sure. I have not had access to any new translations for some time, so I can only guess as to what he's been up to. Would you mind bringing me a bit up to speed please?
  18. I check often. I'll never give up hope that someday there will be a new Guyver anime. I also think it's very likely we could see something Guyver related after the manga is finally finished.
  19. Galerians! Gameplay description from Wikipedia: "Galerians is a survival horror game in the vein of early games in the Resident Evil series. Galerians employs the so-called "tank controls" scheme, in which pressing up causes the character to walk forward, while down causes the character to backpedal slowly. Graphics are made up polygonal characters on pre-rendered backgrounds. The player progresses through the game by finding items and clues which, when used in the appropriate locations, allow access to new areas. The key difference to Resident Evil is that Galerians does not employ gun-based combat, but instead features the use of psychic powers, which make it difficult to fight more than one enemy at a time. Rion has several types of psychic powers at his disposal. His offensive powers are enabled via drugs (which are known in the English version as PPECs [Psychic Power Enhancement Chemicals]). Because the number of vials of these drugs present in the game is finite, conservation is important. Rion's offensive powers have a 1-2 second charge time, making it important to find a safe interval before launching an attack. Enemies do not leave items and Rion does not gain experience for fighting them, encouraging the player to avoid combat where possible. There are three gauges that regulate Rion's status - a health meter that depletes as Rion takes damage, the AP meter which counts up when Rion takes damage, uses abilities, or is under stress, similar to a limit break mechanic and a drug meter that depletes as Rion uses his powers. When the AP meter is full, Rion loses control of his powers, releasing a continuous psychic assault that will kill non-boss enemies in a single blow. This condition, known as shorting, is fatal to Rion if allowed to go on too long."
  20. I can attest to this. I had Guyver Gigantic Dark. It broke in half when I was attempting to simply dust it off. I lifted it gently by its torso and the thing just fell apart. My heart sank to the floor. What really hurt was the fact that I found it at my local anime convention. It was the only Guyver figure I've ever seen there. I picked it up in a heartbeat. When it broke I was crushed. My advice is if you do decide to get an old Max Factory Guyver figure keep it in the box.
  21. The T-3000 would be formidable, but far from invincible. Like previous Terminator models it can be beaten, especially by a Guyver. Once Sho sees the T-3000's capabilities he would more than likely summon Gigantic. In recent volumes Sho has proven to be a confident and capable fighter. He has also shown that he is less likely to hesitate while facing a new adversary. The key to beating this new Terminator model would be the complete destruction of its body. A Gigantic's sonic buster, giga-smasher, and gravity ram would be more than enough to accomplish this. Sho is pretty creative nowadays, so I'm more than certain he could find a unique way to defeat the T-3000.
  22. How did Ben Affleck do as Batman?
  23. Here it is! Vol 32! Loving every page!
