Fanmade WG universe Hyper Zoanoid data file: Genofury
zeo replied to Zoaknight's topic in Fan Fiction
Note it was Zektole and not Neo-Zektole hit by the triple pressure cannon. Neo-Zektole was given the powers of all the Hyper Team 5. So was much more powerful. The neo-Armor could probably take the triple pressure cannon, could use Darzerb's heat generation to create a thermal blast field, and the Elegan based electrical arc is what it used to shield itself from G3's Mega Smash. Also Power Zerebubuth's vibrational spikes also protected him from the Pressure Cannon in the anime. Since the pressure cannon has a sort of event horizon, so disrupting it before impact prevents damage. But the armor itself could still be damaged with strong enough physical attacks and vibrational swords. So a Guyver would have to get dangerously close to inflict damage or catch him with a mega smasher. -
Griselda & Libertus Vs Arcanfel's telepathy
zeo replied to Zoaknight's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Zoalords have a chance to resist other Zoalords, they aren't as easy to control as regular zoaforms and like the libertus she has similar resistance factors to being controlled. The Psycho Wave amplifier Balcus used to try to control the Libertus was also stated to give him similar command level as Archanphel would have. So the result should be the same. -
Well, the lack of gravitational power means flight speed will be significantly less than you would otherwise expect from a being in this power level. While running speed may actually exceed flight speed as long as Darzerb is traveling in a straight line like a rhino about to ram you. Since muscle power translates to speed and momentum and it's just agility where Darzerb is really lacking. So Darzerb may not have very fast overall but he could still ram and jump at significant speeds. On the down side, all that momentum also means it is harder to change direction once committed to a specific attack. So if W'Kar and Dreadnought can dodge the initial attack then they can use Darzerb's momentum against him and knock him off balance. The question of durability without energy shielding is another, but Gigantic Exceed showed that the Bio-Armor is capable of withstanding even a mega smasher unshielded if infused with enough power. So it could be possible that Darzerb's natural durability gets boosted to levels that it would be near invulnerable. So it would take incredibly intense energy attacks to cause damage...

Darzerb doesn't just generate Napalm, but has a organ that generates thermal energy and Darzerb has the ability to release that energy through its skin in a thermal blast wave. An example of this can be seen in the scene where Aptom first tried to to land on top of Darzerb but Darzerb used the thermal blast to knock him away. While the Guyver's Head Beam is actually a heat vent, releasing excess thermal energy in a focused and directed manner. So a host capable of generating massive amounts of thermal energy should boost the power of the head beams in addition to the boost the host power level would impose from the Bio-Boost... Maybe even matching Neo-Zektole's Blast Tempest, which basically is a thermal beam generating over a million degrees and that creates secondary damage upon impact because it's hot enough to induce fusion in target mass... Basically imagine the same effect as shown in the movie Independence Day when the alien ships fired that main weapon on the city. Though unit efficiency may prevent it reaching that level of power before the armor itself starts to become damaged from the intense heat. Basically same reason Neo-Zektole disintegrated when firing the Blast Tempest... Assuming the Head Beam orbs don't evolve into a different form for a Guyver Darzerb of course... So far in the Manga only one zoaform, Besides Dragon Lord Khan, was ever able to fire that intense a heat blast and survive... Though FG2 killed it shortly after the first blast

Or never, knowledge is just a collection of data and doesn't automatically equal comprehension. If one's brain isn't wired to understand key concepts then that brain can never build the proverbial car. Guyver technology goes into higher dimensional physics, like the Boost Dimension for example and the human brain can only handle that in abstract terms. So there may be parts of the knowledge Agito will access and just go wtf does that mean And it's not like there are any Solom cliff notes to dumb it down Though the WG unit does augment the host perception and may possibly make some things that would otherwise beyond him into reach. But it may be that only a Gen/Creator can understand all of it...
-
Yes, but only if your brain can comprehend the knowledge... Not everyone can build a car, even with the manual in the right language... Even with knowledge within your I.Q. range, there is a difference between book knowledge and hands on knowledge as well.

To the limits of the technology... yes... But it's likely that Sho already pushed its abilities to the max and more likely Agito may just want to know how he went Exceed. Thinking most likely that Sho's lack of killer instinct gives him the advantage and once he can match Sho for power then he can eliminate him.
-
Given Agito's obsession, probably not... Though I think Agito is still under estimating Sho but I wouldn't put it past Agito to have an alterior motive... Like perhaps he wants Sho to show him how he went Exceed? But his ambition to rule the world may indeed want him to prove once and for all which of them are the better...

Well, parallel realities can be completely different from each other and don't really need a common point in history. What separates one universe from another could begin right from the birth of that universe and doesn't have to be some divergence from a choice made by some sentient being. Even the physical laws could be different, like the speed of light, etc could be different values and that's enough to create a completely different parallel reality. Allen already introduced the idea of many alternate realities and you can just expand on that and not be tied to the Manga for his characters. Think that better helps show how different the WG universe is from his...

It was never stated that the Creators were energy beings, that is just a fan theory brought about because they were never shown in the Manga except in a mental form as they communicated with Archanphel. The fact they used the G-Unit's and needed ships though suggest they were physical beings. Though they only got boosted 1/10 as much as a human hosted Unit, according to the translations from the Manga. The Mega Smasher was a complete surprise to them as well. So would benefit by adapting whatever factors made humans superior hosts.

Gigantic Guardian?
zeo replied to guyverfanatic's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Well, if you guys want to make suggestions then how about "SHI", which in bushido means "warrior" and refers to the warrior who serves a liege lord and embodies the (Confucian) virtues of loyalty, duty, honor, courage, filial piety, compassion, etc. Or maybe "Tempest" for her Gigantic name? At least something that is more feminine sounding and fits her character better... -
Thoughts on 7 Days of Hell Part 7
zeo replied to guyverfanatic's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Course if you want deeper meaning, you can look at the Marvel Comic character Cerise... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerise_%28comics%29 -
Think of the character, a Guardian is a protector but a Guardian doesn't have to be a good guy and Faye is far more willing to do whatever is necessary than Sho is. She's the Warrior that will do whatever is necessary to get the job done and protect those under her care. While Sho will do what he thinks is right and is more the champion than just a guardian.

Gigantic Guardian?
zeo replied to guyverfanatic's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
General fic rule, it gets progressively harder to increase a characters power as you ramp it up. Something that I think most would agree is more realistic rather than a straight up multiplication of powers and abilities regardless of efficiencies, which we also tie into host potential as the primary limiter in determining how powerful a given host can be. So Guardian is already pushing the limits of her unit and though a Gigantic will allow her to be even more powerful, it's an up hill increase of diminishing returns. Add Mark II tech is really just a blanket tech upgrade that produces random results depending on what unit it is applied to, along with host characteristics, and thus what effect it will have. Like the effects on a standard G Unit are pretty limited because the Standard Guyver can't support the more advance capabilities. So you only see little changes like the ability to reverse swords but no plasma swords unless the unit is capable of that level of weaponry. Also as a blanket tech upgrade, you have to factor what tech the host unit already has and whether the offered tech provides a superior capability or not. Basically just combining the tech of two universes that aren't completely different. Using a Gigantic is also more of a merger, for the same reason why the Gigantic looks different on G3 than it does on G1. So really, the Mark II only has to be in either the Gigantic or the host unit to gain the benefit. Just like for Dreadnought, the Matrix is only part of WG but when he uses the Warrior Gigantic then it too benefits... So you can basically say Juggernought is right for power levels... though her abilities and how the Gigantic would augment her may surprise you... -
The Guyver can regenerate the host from just a few cells and no intake of surrounding matter. So clearly the unit has the ability to directly convert energy into matter and is siphoning enough energy to restore the mass of the host in a pretty short period of time. This is extremely beyond the needs of simply feeding the cells of the host body. So the unit should easily be able to keep the required bio-chemical balance needed to keep the host cells functioning and thus biologically there is no need to ever de-activate the unit beyond the psychological needs of the host. In fact every cell of the host body is infused with energy during the Bio-Boost. But the problem is the Bio-Boost only infuses power during the initial activation and the siphoning process is a secondary feature that doesn't provide as much power and thus when using weapons it can temporarily drain the unit until given time to replenish its reserves. Even the Gigantic seems to have this limit and needs to be careful not to use too much energy all at once. My working theory on how this all works is that from what is known about the Guyver unit is that the organism can naturally Bio-Boost and it is this feature that lets it increase the power of the host, along with its ability to merge with any life form. With the CM preventing it from completely consuming the host. When the Creators found Earth though, they specifically state there was something special about it and my theory is that Earth had the same properties as the world the Bio-Boosted Organism came from and thus all life on Earth also has a natural potential to Bio-Boost. This in turn explains why humans Bio-Boost 10x more than the Creators do with the Guyver Unit, because of the greater compatibility and the ability to tap and store even more power. This theory also explains zoanoids and their ability to increase their mass when they transform, using the Bio-Boost to fuel the transformation but unlike the Guyver they can't infuse additional power into every cell and may even waste energy powering the transformation. Additionally the Bio-Boost only occurs with a associated mass change. So basically less efficient. But also explains why the Guyver's initial Bio-Boost seems to provide the most power, even instantly healing wounds. Like when Agito Stole the Gigantic from Sho, it was heavily damaged but fully repaired the instant it activated around G3. Even though it did not spend enough time in the boost dimension to fully recharge itself. So there is a limit to how much energy the Boost Dimension provides, even though it is still massive. But works with the fan fic need to explain why something like the Exceed can't be a daily affair because of the limits of how much energy can be drawn from the Boost Dimension at any one time. Just a theory though but seems to fit everything...

Mitochondria has its own DNA, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitochondrial_DNA Basically the first symbiosis that kick started evolution into high gear... So you can basically go with the idea that these new type are also organic based and self replicating in a symbiotic relation with the host cells. But the energy they produce has to be compatible with the host cell. So either the energy produced is a type that the host cell can use already or the host cell has to be altered too and that can lead to as Brian suggested with the host eventually no longer being human. Since simply feeding raw energy to human cells will only cook them, unless you want to dream up some life force type energy, then realistically you'll have to alter the host cells. Especially the DNA, since energy of that magnitude would easily damage normal human DNA. Then you just have to ask yourself where you want to take this idea...
