V Guyver

finnaly got to watch the later half of the second season of Gundam 00. It was well worth catching up to it, even if some of it made no sense. But the fights were awesome and it had a nice message. Also, the battle with the retro-classic Gundam Mobile Suite was delightfully unexpected.

Well that snake dude is easily one of the best villians in anime ever. Overall, he keeps creepier and more evil as he goes on. There's a reason why so many people make pedophile jokes about him.

No bad, have you tried using a coloring tool on them. It could really bring them to life.

hmm, though I watch the anime of Shippuuden. I Would suggest you skip it. Stick to the manga, the manga tends to be awesome, while the Shippuuden TV version tends to have flash backs of flashbacks of the same flashthey had in that same episode...just to prolong it, and I'm not even counting the flashbacks they have to the episode or two they had before it. It seems, 2 minutes are wasted looking blankly at a character and talking slow, and others are flashbacks. By the time you are done, you've wasted maybe 4 hours of your life watching what you could of gotten off the manga in less then 5 minutes. And that's without the long fight scenes! O_oAs for the classic Naruto Series, pretty awesome. From begging to pre filler, it's one of the best anime's around. It has some of the most memorable villians and gags out there. You'll be very pleased once you see Jiraiya and Shikimaru on screen get flashed out, then there is no turning back.

I think that is the overall key to getting very professional models though, not to mention it saves you a lot of polygons. In the end it actualy makes the engine running the damn thing better since it doesn't need to render more poly's. The artist was afraid his work would be mistaken for Majin Buu instead of Guyver. His more updated pic have the image finnaly reaching it's true appearance. In time it will be finished with textures and colors, then it will truly awesome. I really wonder how much of it is going ot resemble the guyver in the end. I wonder if he'll ever do a Kamen Rider. Edit: Which reminds me, didn;t you use that same tool to work on the skin of a gregole model once?

Guyver OVA series Mizuke, nearly killed the franchise I think. The entire cast of Elfen Lied... with the exception of the little girl who was raped by her stepdad. she did nothing wrong and deserved better. The main chick from Gundam Wing, and the american voice actor of Gundam Wing's Heero. The Japanese version of the actor was fantastic and made the character lovable. The rest of the cast was mostly compelling, despite every yaoi fan out in the world trying to destroy it for me. Tekkaman blades transvestite/shemale... really we didn't need you to make things weirder. Gurren Laggaan (SPelling?) Everone who pronounced Simon's name as "Seemen" (at that momment)... and Simon's future fiancee. Loved the ga dude though, he always lightened the mood up. Most of the cast of Sailer Moon... especialy Tuxedo(geek)man and the male guys who can turn into female sailermoons... nothings better in a kids show then a team of heroic transvestites, I tell you what! Really, did they have to make it THAT strange? The background couple in Gundam 00 was fodder... they redeemed themselves in the second season. Naruto, old series. I hated Sakura, and Ino, especialy when they were together, even when they tried to fight each other I hated them!!! Oh and pracicly everyone, especialy the villians featured in the filler arcs. Naruto Shippuden... Sasuke, what a douche, and really? Naruto I would love you if you didn't have a 5 minute flash back to what happened 10 minutes ago, followed by two more flashbacks from the previous two episodes... in every episode. I'm beggining to wish for the semibrain damaged naruto from the original series... really, no one deserves that good of a memory. DragonBall Z: Krillin, why couldn't he die in Freeza's hands, it would of spared so many of us from his later standing around idly every episode saying "so much power" or some otehr variant. Oh and for the love of God... King Cold, why such a sissy? Finnaly, Little trunks, little Goten (and them fused too makes me somehow hate them more... well except when they are fat Gotenks), little gohan and Chichi, all for obvious reasons.

Man, I'm really loving these images. It's very creative and stylish. Though I have to admit the one with the nose horn actualy cracked me up because it looked like a Guyver "Tengu". Please put these in the forums gallery as a backup in case something happens to Deviant.

Well I have some suggestions. FFXII was a good final fantasy, even though I'm usualy not into the main series. Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. Probably one of the best unknown games outthere. Best 5 bucks I ever spent, would gladly of spent 40 bucks for it when it first came out. Great AI and suprising depth into gameplay. Capcom VS SNK 2. Just one of the best 2D fighting games out there. Guilty Gear X2. Not my favorite 2D fighter, but great music, graphics, and gameplay. A no brainer. Marvel VS Capcom 2. Manic fun, though horribly unbalanced. Gun. Decent game and worth playing for it's story. A bit of a turn down with the lack of replayability. But it's a soild game and you can probably get it for 5 bucks. Mercenaries. Great open game on the PS2. You have some nice GTA style game mixed with bounty hunter and the ability to order in weapons, ammo, health, vehicles, and air strikes is awesome. RE4. Just a great horror game, if you played the past games, you'll love it. But if you are someone like me, you'd get easily annoyed with the really slow pace and still somewhat awkward controls (just not my style of gaming) Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2. Both great games, one of the most stylish games out there and very creative. Devil May Cry 3. Awesome, great story line, gameplay, and difficulty settings that everyone can enjoy. just remember to get the special Edition version. MGS3... a must have. Okami. One of my personal favorites. If you love Zelda games and humor, then you should pick it up.

Hah, love the Guyot threat down. I used to have all the anime covers from all the guyver incarnations, including music CD's. Now it's all gone along with the stolen PC. If I get the time, I'll hunt down all the high quality pics again for the board.

As smart as machines are, there is always someone who can outsmart it. Humans are much less predictable, so even if you have a machine that is on par with human intelligence and function. Chances are the human will still surpass it in other things. For example, there have been hundreds of super computers with Chess programs, but some humans have still managed to beat those AI's. If machinese can be made to be self sufficiant, then they are certianly going to have a huge advantage against humans in a range of fields, but I doubt machines would actualy seek the destruction of humanity. If anything, a machine would more likely end up trying to run a monopoly against us financial but still want us as a consumer simply because we would likely outnumber them all... Machinese would hardly need a reason to expand or learn, and would likely be a stagnant being without human influence, or at least interaction.

No worries, I've rathered enjoyed it a bit. Got to wonder though, how is the hurricane season going to effect either of us.

here in the tristate area, it's been incredible cool and wet. The last two weeks have been the only real "spring" we've had all year thus far. We have yet to reach the 90's... and yet now another storm is hitting us and tempatures may dip into the 70's again. I have to say, the weather really has been pretty mild, good for me, but pretty bad for anyone who loves the beaches.
