I get the rest of my holiday money from my family tomarror, hopefully it'll be $200 like my brother estimates. My mom has cut a pretty good deal with me about my car, I pay $100 (50 of which is paid) and we see how much the insurance will cover and depending on how much they give us, my mom will decide if the 100 will be enough!

So you guys got anything cool planned for new years? Or are you all gonna get hammered while watching the ball drop?

not too big plans. i think my church is having a service 8 to midnight wednesday. other than that i guess frequent the net or just watch movies. what about you? any special plans?

i'd like to go into the hills and watch the stars.

don't know anyone who has a car though.

Anyway, did you enjoy new year's larz?

not really. im stuck at home all day and completly bored.

im lazy as long as i got something interesting to keep me lazy... like good movies or new games.

or even painting battlemechs...

but nope. movies are all seen atleast 10 times and im bored with that. i beat all my games repeatedly an now i got some goofy kid who comes over to see mom, he has me teaching him how to play my games.. an he cant even walk around on halo.. its really sad.

and the closest city around, hattiesburg, doesnt have any real spots of entertainment except for the theater. an no movies are out that i wanna see.

so im just having one of those days where i just wished i could of gone to work just to keep busy.

I'm just replaying final fantasy 9, trying to better my characters and stuff. My mom wants me to see Marley and Me with her, but I'm torn between the fact that I don't want to see it and free movie...I'll probably see it

ugh... i have a rule.

no movies with mothers... especially mine.. she talks thru everything.. she talks to the characters in the movie... she laughs at the stupid corny jokes.... she makes a big deal about not big deal stuff. so i cant watch movies with her, cause it ruins it for me. when i watch a movie, i like to totally submerge myself in it. no outside interference.

my mums a good movie partner.

she stays quiet all through and she has some good observations afterwards.

and she likes cool stuff as well. I went to see Ironman with my mum.

My mom will watch a movie and then you need to explain it to her like she wasn't even watching it! The thing is she watches it more intently than the rest of us, yet she understands the least about it
