Okay, seriously, what's with the random ads that keep popping up when I get on here? Is it Google doing this or what? I love this website, but it gets annoying when an ad comes up when I'm trying to read an interesting thread!

Share with us powerful words. Poems or short prose or speech etc. I think for this thread, it needs to be accessible so think about if somebody could read it in less than 1-2 minutes. I honestly don't have a huge idea of where I would go if something like 28 Days Later or Dawn of The Dead were to happen. I know I'd have to find safe ground and its not just the zombies I'd be worried about. It'd be someone killing me and taking my stuff. I don't own a gun anymore. This is about the creatures that interest you from any story you can think of. Vampire hybrids are a favorite of my, particularly the Twilight Saga type. They are in many ways like vampires, but they have a functioning circulatory system, are warm blooded, and blend in better with humans. This is a thread about pets and animals that we own or are interested in. Personally, I own two kittens, one named Jade and the other named Snowball. Both are mostly white (Snowball is all white) and are long haired. We have several cats around here, but those are the two that I claim ownership of. As far as other animals, I've been interested in Camels and Barn Owls. I haven't seen a camel in person, nor have I seen a barn owl. I'll at least seen one hopefully within the next week or two, though, since we have a bird sanctuary in town. So talk away about your pets and favorite animals

As per title, on average how many hours a week do you spend gaming? For me it's around 10 hours a week that I get on my PS3 or my PS4, maybe a little more if I'm not working and national holidays.

DVD has been out for a long time now. I'm beginning to wonder when stores will discontinue its use. I like DVD and I would like to see it stay around another decade. But alot of corporations have mentioned that it won't be around long before year, 2020 comes around. I've also noticed some movies and anime shows are only being released on Blu Ray. So I think now is the time that DVD is beginning to sink below into the void of being an official dead technology; heck it was obsolete years ago after Sony's PS3 released in early 2007. so will any of you miss it once it is gone?

Okay, so I am an absolute extreme die hard Aliens fan, (probably more so of an Aliens fan than I am a Guyver fan) and personally I am so sick of so many corporations ruining the Aliens Legacy. The whole backtracking and redoing things that contradict the already established material is a huge pet peeve of mine. Today I found out that there are only 5 Northern White Rhinos left in the world, while efferts are being made to save the species none of the proposed methods I have read about (with the exeception of takeing DNA for possible cloneing in the future) will save these beautiful animals from extinction in the near future. I dont blame the poachers how hunt them, many of these people live in very poor countries and are just trying to support their families as anyone would, I do however blame the greedy people who create a market for animal parts.
