Ok this has been a idea thats been knocking around in my head for a long time so I've decided to throw it out there and see what people think. I've held of from doing this for a while because I never liked the idea of "upgrading" the guyver until we see the series finish one way or another because I want to see what its fully capable of before corrupting it with my own ideas. But the I cant hold it back anymore because...well...I would like a guyver that was my own if that makes any sense. instead of seeing myself in someone else's version of the armour I could see myself in my own. So. The title says it all. Who are your top 3 favorite Guyver heroes? Mine would have to be Sho, Tetsuro and Aptom. Pretty obvious answer, lol. Because they all work well together. What about you?

What is your favorite Guyver weapon? Yes, you can also pick weapons from the Gigantic's arsenal as it has something to do with the Guyver unit. I'd have to say for me. I prefer the ranged weaponry on the armor. I really the gravity cannon and the Megasmasher because they kill with style, although they're nothing in comparison to the Gigantic's power. I also like seeing the Gigantic become a huge titan as that is one of it's greatest powers.

So. I notice Chronos almost always uses zoanoid agents or thugs to beat on the guyvers. Wouldn't it be just easier to have a sniper sit on a rooftop and shoot Sho or Agito while they're in human form?.....or slip them some poison at a restaurant...or... slit their throats in their sleep? Something like that. I mean, there are other ways to kill them without directly engaging them. You figured fail after fail....they'd try something new.

I was actually wondering how strong Guyver armor is. It seems small firearms such as pistols or 9 millimeter's don't seem to penetrate it. Even zoanoids as strong as gregole don't seem to be able to tear into it. So just wondering how strong the armor itself is. If you had the choice of becoming a hyper zoanoid. What power would you want? I know Chronos doesn't consider Aptom a zoanoid....but he pretty much is...anyway depite the fact he was a lost number. I would want his power because he can assimilate any zoanoid power he wants. He can heal instantly, regrow limbs, and feed on other zoanoids. He can pretty much do anything. So I would want that power.

I know Chronos made a virus for Aptom after he caused all that mayhem and ate almost all of the Hyper Zoanoid team 5 plus some more. But do natural viruses effect the baser zoanoids?....Maybe not?

How often do you read Guyver manga on a daily basis? Simple for me to answer. I hardly ever read it unless there is a new chapter in Japanese or Chinese on here....seeing as I don't own a single copy or shred of Guyver manga. I love Spawn and about half a dozen heroes both American, Canadian and Japanese. But I don't own any of those comics either.

Did anyone think that the zoalord Sean fought....looks kind of creepy?

Ever wondered how Guyver's can vocally communicate? I do all the time. Anyone got any thoughts on how they do it? I know the host's body is altered when bioboosted, so I would like to know how it affected a Guyver's ability to speak.

The discussion thread for the Guyver in English petition seems to have been deleted, so I'm starting a new one. To my understanding (without the wiki to help me) is that Guyver has been published 3 times, to an extent. Viz Comics, Star Comics and Chuang Yi Publishing. I'm not sure which volumes Viz and Star made it up to, but I know Chaung Yi released 10 volumes before going into liquidation. We have the petition on the board, but I don't think that's helping our cause at all. So, without knowing where the license for Guyver currently stands... What haven't we tried? Have we as a collective tried e-mailing other publishing companies about picking it up? T…

Has anyone bought the 1/6 Guyver Gigantic on Ebay for $430. Supposed to be 18" tall, articulated, 13 led light up points and comes with chrysalis case?

How long does Gigantic last before it disengages and reverts the pilot back to default Guyver? Reason why I ask if Sho or Agito disperse too much energy, like using the Giga Smasher too many times can cause the Gigantic to disengage to recharge....or if the Gigantic takes too much damage and uses energy to repair itself during battle. During Agito's battle with Imakarum, he was conserving energy, and ended up disengaging the Gigantic to go finish Imakarum after he damaged his ZoaCrystal. Like Proto Zoalords, the gigantic has a time limit on how long the form lasts and how much energy they're able to use. Would it last 10-20 minutes based on the battle it…

Seeing as the original film from the 90's got horrible reviews and how it was perceived as a Power Ranger knock off film than to those not familiar with the manga or the anime. Do you think it ruined things earlier on for the Guyver franchise?

I didn't know this.But he died right after he played in the 1991 film from open heart surgery at the age of 54. He was probably the only great actor in that film other than Mark Hamil. I will say despite some of the film's failures. David did play a good version of Richard Guyot in the movie although he was actually supposed to be portraying Fulton Barcas.

Did anyone think Arlen Crane was one of the most interesting Zoanoid / Guyver other than Aptom? I honestly think that he decided to activate the damaged unit to either mutiny and take over Cronos or just preserve his career. Was it just me or did the zoalord heavily imply that something very bad would happen to him if he didn't capture Sean?

I was wondering, could the creators still control modern humans as they did when we were created?

A while back, I bought a "rare" ( not sure HOW rare) Guyver Out of Control art book off of Ebay. [attachment=0]Guyver OOC (1).JPG[/attachment] However, turned out this books pages are even bigger than the Datafile book, so using my normal scanner would not work. I finally got fed up with not being able to find a decent sized scanner, and used my digital camera to at last share the thing. Eventually I'll probably just run it to a copy shop and have them scan it properly. You will note some issues because of the flash, and the fact I don't want to flatten the book down too much. Guyver II F AKA Inspector Valcuria has been kicking ass and taking names alot lately in recent Guyver issues, having stolen Chronos' first man made guyver unit for some unknown purpose. Ive been drawing a lot recently and have come to the realization that the Gigantic Armor is the best form for destruction. I cant think of a better design for warfare. High levels of strength, speed, durability (with extended range with shields), and weaponry. The only thing that I can think of to add to its already amazing line up of abilities is a tail with vibrational properties and even then it would be unnecessary with the vibrational swords turning into whips. Can anyone think of something that would be as capable as a Gigantic Guyver?
