Well, truth be told, I really don't care about the data in that HDD, since administratively, it's not mine. What I am worried about is how I could fix the OS without having to redo all the reformat and reinstalling, because as I have stated many times, I use this as a last resort. And i haven't found a single effective method in the net that could help me with my predicament. Which kinda sucks.

Even if I were to copy all the existing data in the HDD, I still have no idea on how to fix the screwed up OS. I just can't simply copy the system files on my working PC to the crashed PC, as the service pack for both OS are different.

No, I don't think I'll be needing a new HDD any time soon as the HDD was only bought last year. One of the longest lasting hardware I have is the HDD. I currently have a number of IDE HDD (3 I think) which is currently unused. I'm waiting to get an external HDD enclosure so I can use them via USB. Since SATA are now the current standard in HDD technology, new motherboards only carry a single IDE connector to connect your CD/DVD drives, which I am no longer able to use them.

Yeah, but at least we're all assured that the rest of the Straw Hat crew are busy in their own little adventures. It'll be cool when they finally get together and reveal how much stronger each of them have become. I bet they'll even be on par with an Admiral. Hopefully Luffy will be able to control his Hakki by then, and hopefully Sanji and Zorro would learn Hakki.

Thanks V guyver for all the suggestions. Unfortunately, I'm already sick and tired of always fixing that computer. I have already singled out the problem and it was really the driver the screwed up the OS. It probably replaced some important system file which prompted it to show the BSOD. So no matter what I do, it won't boot up using that HDD. What's funny is that the epson is already an old printer and I have been using it prior to the computer's first crash. The only difference is that I couldn't find the installation CD and had to download the driver off the net. Well, serves me right to download off a site other than epson's official site. Well, I guess the only thing I could do is to connect it to my other computer and fix the OS like Ryuki suggested. But my OS is already XP SP4, while I'm not sure of the crashed HDD since I'm not the one using it. I plan on fixing it when I purchase an additional RAM for that PC so the performance improves a little. Of all the things I hate is reinstalling everything, so reformatting is totally out of the question.

Yes, I installed a Printer. Like I said, it's the fricking Epson printer driver. PC gone nuts after I installed the printer.

Kaidou does seem to have an evil aura, so I'm guessing that he'll be causing a lot of trouble. Read the latest chapter, and looks like Luffy has woken up. Backstory of Ace and Luffy seems to be looking quite good. Nice change of pace after all the hubub at marineford. Also, I find it funny how Garp wanted Ace and Luffy to be marines yet let them be raised by former criminals. Well I am glad that Oda didn't use the cliche of making Luffy and Ace face each other on opposite sides, this keeps the story light hearted yet gives off intense emotion.

Hmm... let's see I got an Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU an EMAXX Intel G31 motherboard, a wireless Lancard, 512mb RAM, a 250GB HDD, and a DVD-rom. No video card, no audio card, all built-in from the MB. Running on Windows XP SP 2. It's really a basic setup. Even the monitor is only a 17" CRT.

I have heard rumors about an ant man movie though. Not sure if this is confirmed.

Well, if it's not Sengoku then it's definitely someone higher than him. Based on the way the marine runs things, I'm inclined to think that the marines are being controlled by a single entity instead of the gorousei. Also, the repercussions of what the marines did only renewed the beliefs of the people thus ushering in the next generation of the pirate age. Since the balance was shaken, I'm not sure if the remaining of the four emperor would be vying for the empty space that Whitebeard left.

Ok, reviving this old topic because I'm very pissed, tired and stressed at the moment. This is also a way for me to vent out my frustrations caused by other factors. And when my second PC broke last night with the accumulation of all the negative emotions yesterday, I started to feel depressed. Background: Just to up date you guys, I managed to fix my second PC. Was working fine and dandy, after last night! I did not know what exactly happened because I wasn't the one using the PC when the error occured. Prior to it going wonkers, I iinstalled an epson stylus c45 printer, was working fine then. (since I can't find the CD installer I had to download it off the net). The next day I get a call from home that said PC has gone bad. So I said I will check it out after I get home. Nature of the problem: Well, at first it didn't quite boot, just hangs and displays error loading operating system. So I tinkered with the loose connections and now I boot to the windows loading screen. Only it doesn't load windows, it gives me a freakiing BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! At first it was a stop code 000021a, with a f 0xc00000135 error. Same thing when I try to choose "last configuration that worked", "safemode" and "safemode with command prompt". Okay, not good. So I decided to repair my windows installation even if it means I will have to reconfigure every software that I've installed. And yet again to no avail. This time the BSOD still gives me the stop code 000021a with error or f 0c00000080. Even tried the recovery console, but still to no avail. I'm depressed so I stoped working on it. Facking epson driver. (Sorry about the language, I'm just really, really pissed-pissed)

Well, I've read that they will make the first half of the movie setting in WWII era, and the producers wanted to make it look like Captain America as a man out of his own time. Would be cool if they also feature his first shield. I'm curious as to how they will depict bucky though. Will he be the wise cracking teenager that we all grown to know or as the cold blooded killer that will eventually become the winter soldier?
-
Captain America is one of my favorite characters and I'm getting really excited about the upcoming movie. It was already confirmed that Christ Evans will be taking the lead role of the famed Avenger. My question is, how will this affect the whole franchise of Marvel movies seeing that Evans already appeared as the Human Torch in the earlier Fantastic Four movie? I'm also somewhat skeptical about his performance since I percieved him as somewhat immature in his earlier roles. I was hoping that they would cast an unknown actor for the titular role. Also, good news is that they casted Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull. I respect Weavings acting skill and I'm looking forward to him performing as the Red Skull. Any insights?

Kick-ass of course. Too bad that the straw hat crew wasn't able to join in on the rumble. I'm also sure that they are aware of what's going on with marineford. With the death of a major power, I guess the world is now thrown into chaos seeng that there is a vacuum in the balance of the world. Perhaps this was what Shanks was trying to avoid.

that does look more like a dragon than a dinosaur. I somehow liked it. Though I feel the neck is a bit long.
