Obviously when I posted the above, I was quite upset. Yes, similar to you, if I have an under-performing staff, I give them a one on one talk, ask them what seems to be the problem, what is their difficulty in executing the tasks that I give them, and what is a possible solution to their predicament. This method works, most of the time. If it fails, then more desperate measures are required. You see, I classify workers into 4 types. Class A: Has motivation and has skill, Class B: Has motivation but no skill, Class C: Has skill but no motivation and Class D: No skill and no motivation. Each class has their own distinct way of handling. This person, I do not know where to class, because obviously this person does not have the skill, and although has motivation, is placed elsewhere. I have tried mentoring, coaching and even counseling to no avail. I spent countless hours trying to teach the ropes of the industry. I even tried both pampering and "baring my fangs". Apparently both don't work. Previously, I've managed to help improve an employee who was seen as a hopeless cause by every department Manager. In fact, most of the employees I train are now sought after by the different departments. But this time, even I gave up. I don't give up easily. But when you have to repeat every word you said every time and still nothing happens, then it really is useless. Which is why, instead of the endless, repeated and tiring reprimands, it would be much more productive to let this employee pursue other ventures outside the company. Which brings me to my question. How do I let an employee go? I have never fired anyone before which makes this hard for me.

Okay, another predicament I am having. How do you fire a person? Again, I am having difficulty with another one of my managers. I am so sick and tired to have to dictate instructions like I am talking to a child. I hired that person as a manager, not a parrot. I gave explicit instruction and they were not followed, and the reply I get when asked why wasn't it done, a scratch on the head and a smile. It's really frustrating because the performance of a single person is dragging down the efforts of the others. I tell you, this person has absolutely no common sense. I have transferred this person to a different location twice already because I have been hearing complaints from the front liners that the manager has an attitude problem. Right now, I haven't heard of any complaints from the frontliners, but I heard from our satellite HR that they have been receiving the same complaints again from this person. I can't do anything because there is no written proof. I already gave this person a failing grade twice on the performance appraisal. I just don't know how to tell this person that I want their resignation!

Dull or not, I'll reserve judgement until I see it come May. I don't care much for the production images, as long as they look cool when I actually see it in the movies. I'm actually very excited to see this movie and this is the one movie that I'm highly anticipating for this year.

Alas, once again, enthusiasm has left the building....

Considering reading the Hunger Games trilogy. Since there's a movie coming out about it, it got me more curious. I was actually wanting to read this series for the longest time, but couldn't find any reason to, or any motivation to push me into reading it. But I guess before the movie comes out, I better get the books lest they be sold out, like how Twilight was,

I have heard of Loni. But I would prefer to avoid posting celebrities who are known for their "adult" roles, as this would give the feeling of exploiting the essence of a woman as well as cheapen this thread. As the thread states, this is a tribute to Asian women for us to appreciate their beauty.

Ask and ye shall receive.... Here is the lovely Aubrey Miles: Though I had difficulty finding these. I'll try to check later if I can find more.

Bunshin is quite difficult to translate, actually. It literally means splitting the body, and I have heard other translators using "After Image" or "Splitting Image", since "bunshin" is mostly used as a technique to evade. And if Viz kept the "Kage Bunshin no Jitsu", then they aren't doing their job properly. I know what "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu" literally means, but do you think millions of English speakers who doesn't know squat about Japanese do? But if you see it in another perspective, "Art of Shadow Doppelganger" is quite close to it. But if it were me, instead of using "Art", I would prefer to use the word "Technique". My complaints about those company is usually the liberties they take into the dialogue that is completely different from the original. Tokyopop and their Battle Royale is a prime example in which they completely changed the dialogue in the ending.

I have heard of Gintama but didn't quite pay much attention to it. Perhaps when I'm not quite loaded I'll give it a try. I have heard a few good things about the series and how hilarious it has been, given the scenario of aliens and samurai that I find both silly and amusing.

Okay, I'm going to try this one last time. If this video doesn't convince you to give fairy tail a chance, then I'll stop. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNmoFOXVf-Q It's just one funny fight featuring the main protagonist.

Seeing how popular Naruto is, it would be dumb if Viz doesn't release any other related merchandise of the franchise. And here I thought capitalism is very good at milking off trending stuff dry. Well, I have always been disappointed with the business decisions of viz or any other company of it's kind.

But who is to say that Kidd and Law has not been done in by the world government or even Teach? We've seen that Teach has somewhat taken over the place of Whitebeard, who knows what more heinous crimes he did during the time skip. But I'd like to see Luffy face off teach since I think that Teach was indirectly responsible for the the fate of Portgas. I'd also like to see more of Dragon. Will Luffy join his cause of will they be clashing on the opposite side?

Elly Tran Ha. That's all I've got.

Elly Tran Ha. Nice don't you think so?

Departing from the usual lovely Koreans that I normally post, here is a lovely Vietnamese model named Elly Tran Ha:

I'm sure that with the current technology Cronos has compared to the technology and know-how the had during the time Yentsui was created, an upgraded version is possible. As for the eyes of Yentsui, I think he required those eyes because he was using invisible portals. With the technology they harvested from the G-units, they might even be able to utilize the boost dimension. Speaking of teleportation, it looks to me like Yentsui is using another dimension to access his teleportation skill. Could this skill be similar to that of Carleon? I mean, it dawned to me just know when Carleon was facing Apollon, it might be possible that Yentsui is capable of penetrating Carleon's dimension. But then, the "my lord" phrase already rules him out.

Ooh, so Luffy has declared war on one of the Yonkou. This is interesting. I hope the fights are better than those of Hody Jones. We still haven't seen Luffy fight seriously yet.

I'm done reading Isaac Asimov's robot series which include "Bicentenial Man", "Caves of Steel", "Naked Sun", "Robots of Dawn" and "Robots and Empire". I enjoyed reading them and I'm looking forward to reading more literary classics.

I think the clones are something similar to the biomissle. Could it be possible that once the clone gets out of range from Aptom's main brain control wave radius, that the clone would become independent? Then once they get back in range, they would simply consolidate data from each other and then merge back? Just like how Multiple Man does it from the x-men. Wouldn't it be a kicker if Aptom can actually manage to do a Taijuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu? But with such many clones, do you think he still have the mental capacity to control that many clones?

I did seem to notice recently that there are updates to the wiki page. When did you do this? The wiki pages looks sharper. At least I think now we can use the "hide/show" feature for spoilers. I saw you did it in your profile.

Oh, you've already tried fairy tail? I wasn't aware of that, or perhaps I missed that in the previous posts. Anyway, if you've seen it once and didn't like it, then I guess there's nothing more I can convince you with. Besides, I've only seen about 2 or 3 episodes of fairy tail, so I can't comment much on the anime. Hunter X Hunter, I can vouch since I've read the manga and seen the anime, both incarnations. As for Gundam Age, I haven't seen it yet. This is probably the first Gundam Series that I am not following (except for Turn A Gundam, which I would also like to call Turn Away Gundam ). Thanks though for reminding me. I make it a habit of watching all the Gundam series, but this new series seems to be an exception. I don't know why though.

Speaking from experience and personal knowledge, I can say that the surname of Li Yentsui is Li and his given name is Yentsui, if we presume that this is a chinese name. Li is not a common given name but a common family name. Similar to Bruce Lee, his Chinese name was Lee Shao Long. Or Jet Li as Li Lian Jie, or even Jacky Chan who is also known as Chen Long. But regarding the supposed mass teleportation during Mount Minakami, perhaps this is another of Alchanfel's abilities. I mean, surely he also has the ability of Yentsui, then we managed to see him escape a black hole. Perhaps it was this same ability that Alchanfel used to be able to teleport himself.

If that is the case, then it will be really hard for us to recommend anything to you. And so far, most of what we've recommended doesn't seem to pass your standards. Perhaps maybe your viewing habits make you think too much of the feature you're watching? But anyway, you might want to try watching Fairy Tail. The settings of that series is something like old mystical times, since the main subject of the series is about magic. It's like Naruto, but instead of ninjas and techniques, you get mages and magics. The main protagonist is called Natsu Dragneel, he was raised by the Dragon Igneel and learned his Fire Dragon Slaying magic from aforementioned dragon. He can basically eat any kind of fire to be manifested as his own power. The main narrative is related through the eyes of Lucy, a stellar mage.

Well, the thing about the Captain America movie was that the first half was awesome. I can't say the same for the latter half. And this is coming from a Captain America fan.
