Yeah that was all things I was considering. I didn't want to make the topic about me but I did break things off and recommended we just remain friends. I'm not a very good gambler, whenever I'd play poker with my friends I'd win 1 hand then go all in and lose. I don't want to gamble with the law and even though it does hurt me, I have to think of her family and mine. I mean if I went to jail, I'm pretty sure my grandmother would have a heart attack and die I'd never be able to face my father again, not to mention I'd be kicked out of school, have to become a registered sex offender...and some guy named Michelle would probably kill me in prison because of how I drank my soup. While I believe love is special no matter the age, no one is above the law. Even though we may not like it, we still must abide by it. I know we can find love and I think I can help boost this girl's confidence. I think she clung to me so fast because I showed a warm hand to her. I think if I can boost her confidence as her friend, she';ll feel better about herself and blossom. I think people should not deviate from their age groups. If you date too young, the younger person won't be able to relate to you as well and if you date someone too old then they'll be able to partake in things that you cannot. I turn 21 in six months. If I wanted to go to the bar and drink all night, I couldn't bring a young girl with me. If I was a sophomore in high school and I was dating a woman who was talking about how she needed to build her credit for something she needed for her apartment...I wouldn't be able to relate and not return anything to the relationship. This may sound like small niches, but enough small niches and even the toughest bridge will collapse. I usually have a 2yr age barrier; no one older than 2yrs, no one younger. This way I stay within the legal limit and I have someone very close to my age and probably out living on their own and getting a chance to experience their own life.

So those not in the know, I recently went out with a 16yr old girl. Shortly after getting to 1st base I began to think heavily on what chemistry might be brewing. You see, I'm 20 and she is 16. The U.S.A's Law of Consent states that anyone under the age of 18 cannot give legal consent to sexual activities and any violation of these activities can result in a statutory rape felony charge. Now things got a little serious between me and the 16yr old (We just made out a little don't worry) and a part of me wants to pursue the relationship further...but I know the consequence to that and that consequence is JAIL. So 3 options came to my mind as I drove home to my apartment: 1) Break things off before they get too serious and try and stay good friends 2) Date only in public areas and do not do anything more than just kiss 3) Violate the law and keep things secret So what do you guys think? Do you guys think such type of dating and relationships are ethical, unethical, romantic, or just plain wrong. What are your views of relationships of any kind (Sexual or not) with people of radical ages. Like what do you all think of let's say a 22yr old woman dating a 17yr old guy? (This is an example to use as a jumping off point)

Okay so this installment might be a bit too PG-13 for some people. It figures...when I finally find the perfect girl for me...well let's describe the day. You see I use an online social dating site because my school has a low women-guy ratio and cause of my busy schedule. (I think its 20% women) So I met a cool girl who's pretty much a female version of me. She's a bit quiet and timid, but I like doing the talking when its just the two of us. Now we hung out, walked around, talked, all day. We played cool glow in the dark mini golf and topped it off by seeing Dreamworks Megamind. (Good movie, very cute, very funny) Now she cuddles with my arm and right before I drop her off, the BK gets a little make-out. Now......she's 16.......for those out of america, we here have something called a "Law of Consent." (I don't know if you guys outside the states has the same thing. I'd assume you would.) Each state has its own bi-laws on the Law of Consent, but basically no one under the age of 18 can legally give consent to sexual activities. Now I don't want to get ahead of myself but this girl wanted me... I mean she wanted me I could tell since the movie. However the BK is also not an idiot. Even though I know she wanted me and I wanted her...its not legal and if we should get caught then our lives would be ruined and the only thing I'd be king of...is a tiny cell. So...I can't pursue anything...I mean I can try it for a while but I'm scared things might elevate and we might lose our heads. I mean shortly after dropping her off at home I thought things could work between us, no problem...see? Not thinking clearly...Maybe I should make a topic about this...

Without proper shadow play, it seems too vibrant. This is your problem with flat tones, you can't get any depth or anything. Everything just feels too bright and the images flattens out. Once you get your own PS, start playing with brushes' opacity while painting. Its an easy technique pros and digital artists use to create perfect shadow fall-off. Good looking fall-off is the key to any shadows and highlights. If things end too harshly, then your shadow-play looses all sense of realism and that will destroy your image. This has been your art lesson for today.

You know I really do wonder who luffy would pass his hat onto. I mean he never had someone younger looking up to him (Unless you count Chopper) Maybe in the last chapter of One Piece ever we'll see a new pirate off to become the enxt pirate king and bumps into Luffy. And then luffy gives him the hat and tells him to follow that dream no matter what

The green feels better in this one and the brown-red creates a nice contrast drawing attention to them. However I don't like the blue, its applicated to sparingly that it doesn't feel like it fits. I'd recommend looking into Downloading a trial version of Photoshop and practice with that. MS paint is great for doodles, but if you're trying to make serious art then you're going to be wasting your time and skills. I'd offer you my Adobe Master Collection to borrow, but you don't live here In only a few short months I've gotten fairly good at photoshop and Ryuki's pretty much a master. If you need any PS help, be sure to ask him, he helped me so much.

So if anyone still looks at this I just finished another line art. The original art was done by brau on deviantart Facing Defeat Photoshop Digital Painting in CS4 This is a One Piece Line art drawing colored in Photoshop. I tried my hand at one of Ryuki's lighting techniques by using masking and a gradient to create an initial light source to help set a mood. All colors were hand picked based off of several reference images and as a final touch I desaturated the entire image to help the colors feel muter and help set the feeling of depressing and nighttime better.

Looks great dude, did you do it on the computer or on paper then scanned? The only thing I'd recommend giving a try, is adding some extra tones especially to the purple areas. Some highlights and shadow-play would make that chest area pop out a bit

I think it was more of a combo of Blackbeard already getting a good pounding from Sengoku and being sliced by Whitebeard. Even with his double devil fruits, Blackbeard knew he wasn't strong enough to take on a very strong Yonkou. Blackbeard may be a bit unconventional, but he is deviously smart. He knows when he's outmatched, beside he did what he wanted at Marinefold; there was no reason left to stay. I'd hope in these last two years Blackbeard hasn't learned how to use Haki, in fact I hope he never figures it out. Remember Blackbeard is obsessed with his powers and believe them to be his ticket to being Ruler of the Seas. Do you all agree it would be really REALLY sweet if Luffy beats Blackbeard by using haki suggesting that a true pirate king is weighed by his spirit, not fancy powers or techniques.

Teach's crew doesn't seem to need Devil Fruit powers but I do see them being mutanous with each other. After all they are supposed to be the negative version of the strawhats and it would be interesting to see them not get along while the strawhats are all friends

They never did dude, Sanji and Luffy both smacked him enough for him to remember. I have a feeling Coribu might stick around to see Fishman Island and that annoying little crew of his will follow and bring big trouble to the island. Maybe Jimbei will kick Coribu's ass

Like how Laboon is? All I see is Luffy Zoro and Sanji glarring at the Kraken and the beast just gives up

But what are they gonna do with this Coribu guy? I thought he wanted to join the Strawhat crew not kill them...I don't like him, he's very bland

Ah Florida life is so relaxing for the king...nice weather, good food, slow old people driving and clogging up the lanes while going 20mph under the speed limit with their right blinker on all the while I'm desperately trying to pass them to speed down the road with my windows down and soak up the Florida sunshine...yep, life in Florida is good.
