The Guyver Information Page is going to replace the Stars Guyver Page on the front page of the website. Here at the important points for the new site to live up too: 1) People new to Guyver/ the site and that aren't going to know about Stars Guyver Page. That site has being down since 2002 and hosted here since 2003. Calling the site Guyver Information Page is simple and removes confusion. 2) The old website and the current Stars Page run by me hasn't being updated in a long time and doesn't even have info about the 2005 anime. This needs to be fixed. 3) The Fan-Fiction in the re-write is going to re-align with the 2005 Anime and Guyver comics. Having the Guyver Information Page helps make it clearer where the lines between the Fan-FIction and the offical Guyver stories differ. 4) It will help populate the Character Profiles section of the WG-Fic site with the offical characters. Note: This section of the site is open to anyone who wants to help put up offical info about Guyver.

Update on this. Roughly once every 3 or 4 months I notice a new Robot / Spider on the board that is totally new and brings with it soemthing like 30 to 40 guests as it probes the board until I add it to the Robot list. If I disable it that would basically stop the board showing up on search engines. As it's more of an annoyance it's not an option to do that.

remove/hide the magna viewer with the first 30 tanks already translated aswell and you may be able to restore the forum as it was before until such time things are thought through. . That shouldn't be needed (taking down what is basically "free" content. As said before the most they'd do about those would be ask for the scanlations to be taken down. If it bothered them. The likelyhood they didn't know of this site after 10 odd years is unlikely. It would be worse though if JL had full Japanese scans up, that would probably pee them off even more that having translated content. The main thing I'd recommend is making the section of the board that has anything to do with this topic for members only (not visitors) and for people who can show they own a Guyver collection (more so books). Aside from that update any webpages that hold scanlations so that google and other robots / spiders don't read them. E.g https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93710?hl=en Don't make things obovious, and please hide / move into a new section of the forum this and other topics like it that don't pop up on Google or are viewable by visitors. The rest of the forum can continue on as normal. Call it something like the Guyver Collectors Corner (you most likely know something cooler Jess) and people who are fans see the content. A simple less I've learned: Less is more, don't give a) the troll more than he/she needs and b) don't make it simple for people outside this site visiting to know everything.

The first changes to this section will be happening this Sunday. Chronicles and Twlight Guyver will move into this section of the website while Psi-Guyver, Warrior Guyver 2 and Faye's character stories will move into the Warrior Guyver Fic section.

SPOILER for those who read the books but havent got beyond book 30! Given the events of recent books it's looking more like this is Imakarum. More so because Alkanphel (who is more like a moopy teeen) was in the same pallen as Apollon and well Apollon has being shown to have a somewhat close relationship with the Isle of Shiela. So it's about 95% sure that they are the same guy, but Takaya could still yet pull a "oh you thought it was that! Naaa!". But with Revenge's rewrite coming up I'll still be playing safish with this and focusing more on Alkanphel and Jason's relationship this time around and something else.

Hi McAvoy, James and I have tested this and it seems to be working fine.

Good news. WarriorGuyver.com and japan-legend.com and not exactly merging but we're working a little more closely together. The Guyver Wiki from Japan Legend and the Guyver Information Page will be merging. The process will start this Sunday. This is good news as having a proper Info page and a supporting Wiki hosted on WG.com will make it better for fans to find out offical info about the Guyver without having to look too hard and also helps with fan-fics in that you'll a lot easier know who is an offical character and who isn't. Overall it should be a good project for me to take up and be nice for our website as well as theres. Edited 09/10/15

On the 11th October 1998 Matthew's GuyverC Fan-Fiction joined the Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction nearly 17 years ago! To Celebrate it on the 11th of October 2015 (Next week) we'll have a small update of the website P.S. Matt no previews!

There has being a lot of change over the years, and a lot of it is along with Guyver we've all grown and changed and have lives. Since Andre started he's gone from not having kids to now having teenagers.... It's hard to realise it but we've being around 17 years. Good news is that the site this year is the site has more activity this year since May than all of the time between 2009 and then. http://warriorguyver.com/creditsfaq/update_full.htm What's distracted me the most is over, I no longer plan WoW and even the idea of Paladin halls and the Ashbringer isn't pulling me back. I really dislike how much WoW has cost me in life. not just in this website but in other things like my IT career. But good news is that since dropping it in May I've had a renewed focus on WG.com and have being sorting things out, fixing the Arkwork section and finally showing a lot of our new and even older stuff. The forum is starting to come back to life and Matt and I are are working on stuff and so is the ninja like James (I think.... as I said Ninja like!). I know this from chatting with the guys but the story and the art is better now and actually thought compared to before. Things diddn't make sense when you read beyond book 8 and the fan-fan. That we're fixing now. Things like Guyver 2F have actually helped the fan-fic and properly thinking out the Gen makes it a lot easier now for me to write freely with the likes of Krullnar. Ideally, we'd have never had the pause we did before, but I know now if we didn't we'd have stopped writing completely anyway once we realised how badly wrong we were getting things like the Gigantic power level. The site will recover as the updates continue. I've found my new job!!! and it's not as all consuming as my previous roll so hopefully it'll give me food for thought like my old 99 to 2003 job where I litrally was so bored at work I wrote most of my early fan fic there...

My advice would mirror what Salkafar has said. While it is tempting to make your main character uber powerful it actually limits the use of the character in your story. Simply put the more powerful the character is the less you can actually use it as he / she will simply overkill the opposite side of your story (whomever is the foe). You can easily end up in a situation were your main character ends up taking a more minor roll later in your fiction if you're trying to flesh it out and explain plot points but your character is killing off every other character so quickly the plot just disappears. Saying that, if your intention is just to have your character stomp over everything and simply win it gets boring very fast. You should always find ways to screw over your character and give it weakness. e.g. One Punch Man wins so easily he's bored. But that is more satire than sci-fi but if your character isn't human and has human flaws it'll suck. Making him the Brainiac of Guyver / Halo sounds more like something you should do to a characters rival than to your main character. No one can do anything by themselves, I'd personal split your development between 2 people, either brothers or best since childhood friends and give Prometheus to hero and have the Brainiac of the two everything else in terms of skill set who warps to be the "villain" of the story. He does crazy drenn like turn Chronos into a Creator / Engineer army and your hero has to stop him. You can fill Prometheus then with all sorts of rage because he would feel personally responsible for his friend / partner being what he is even if mentally he is the weaker of the two.

Too be honest if he wants to do back chapters he should start with Book 1. The Viz Translation might not be the best.... e.g. Alkanphel...

Matt, Andre and I have being talking about this section and what we want from it. This section of the WG-Fiction will contain stories that are non-cannon to the rest of the Stories. This will include the Chronicles of the Warrior Guyver story and the Twilight Guyver fan-fiction. The Warrior Guyver 2 story and the Faye and Psi-Guyver short stories will be moved into the Warrior Guyver story area. This will basically be the area where anyone out side the main stories can write to put a WG based story up and is free to so whatever they want aka the Marvel What If. This will free up those waiting for our rewrites to get to a point were we feel ok on letting someone else join in.
