It is actually Johnny Blaze, I know...it gets confusing sometimes, he is from a comic book of the same name, he is the spirit of vengeance that eliminates criminals and fights demons and i think angels as well, he is spawn before spawn even existed, what i did on the drawing was him pining down a criminal and doing his penance stare a power where he makes the one he uses it against relive all the evil things that he did instant killing he/she, although there are some creatures who are immune to it or just get stronger by it like Blackheart the son of Mephisto.

Fix the original, gave it a few tweaks, no more "boob grab" and gave it a few more details in some areas. what do you guys think?

yup, that was practically what i was aiming for, just adding subtle details about the things I like, from the villains design to the heroes poses to the logo, I really enjoyed doing this one.

remember that character i designed for a live action movie? well I was bored and decided to do a movie poster for it, the director liked it as well as the actors so that is something, what do you guys think? I do have to work better on my architecture, It is my weakest thing to do and i can't have that if I'm to do comic books.

I'm still watching it and I think i found the mayor flaw that this series has and that is the supporting cast they are practically useless compared to the other rider series, they where interesting and useful and only 2 characters on wizard do anything and is not that much, if you don't have a good supporting cast a series can get boring no matter how stylish and badass the hero is, even Fourze did this better although that was pretty much the series point, the supporting cast.

Sorry for making you wait so much but I'm not going to rip that games sounds I'm Actually I'm waiting for super climax heroes to release, there are more sound effects than in Fourze so can you wait just a little bit more? the game will release soon so don't worry

Just thought I would share this cool show with you guys called Famikamen Rider it is a spin-off series of Jewario's you can play this show where he discusses imported games that are good and don't need to learn japanese in order to play them, Famikamen Rider is similar only it discusses everything Tokusatsu related from movies to manga to games. I'll just post a few videos and wait to see if you guys like it. This particular episode discusses what the guy who played Kamen Rider Ichigo did when he was not doing rider stuff as well as some very cool trivia about him, this is the main reason why I decided to post this thread.

I for one love the Aincard arc so far on the anime, it just makes the series more personal for kirito trying to save asuna, although I still have no Idea how will he manage it since he will obviously be facing this time an admin that will not play fair that is unless he becomes overconfident and thinks he can take kirito without cheating, also :

That is nice to know, no wonder they seem similar I go for Accel world a bit more because of the idea behind the creation of their battle avatars which is a representation of their mental scars and what is missing in themeselves, it is pretty interesting aside that I can relate a lot more with Silver Crow than I can with Kirito, don't get me wrong he is awesome but I consider Crow more interesting cause he is more flawed although you could say the stakes are more rised in SOA than in accel world it really depends of the perspective you take, I would go on about both series but i would prefer talking about it on a different thread. currently watching nothing at the moment since i'm up to date with SOA.

Indeed, ED is usually known in the movies and comics as an unreliable robot that may go bonkers in any given moment, they probably will do the same here and I'm expecting Robocop facing multiple EDs on this movie, the interview on the video hints at it as well, I'm very curious to see the other 2 suits that have yet to be revealed, once they are posted I will updated it here.

This is something that has interest me a lot for a while since the day I was told of these 2 theories for those who don't know the Uncanny Valley is an Hypothesis used in robotics and 3d animation where human replicas look and act almost human but not perfectly usually creating a sense of revultion, there are 2 ends of that valley one where the replicas are stylized replicas and in the other end is where we have yet to achive is totale realisim where you can't tell the difference if it is real or not. Then there is the singularity which is a bit hard for me to explain but from what I uderstand is a theory of the point where artificial intelligence can reach beyond human capacity...I think... anyways I bring this up cause I wanted to ask you guy who may probably know more than me your opinions and theories to how much longer whill it take to achive both things and what would it take to achive it, I'm more interested to hear about the singularity point than uncanny vally cause in my opinion I think we would reach the other end of the valley more faster than the Singularity point since the mind is something very complex that we have yet to know everything that the human mind can do.

well, it wasn't really wasted cause he still used his mime skills that his teacher taught him but just modified it to more menacing and powerful instead of agile and graceful to give the feel that the costume was giving, you can find information about the movies creation on its it's documentary called Flesh and Steel: The Making of RoboCop, some very interesting stuff, they went trhough a lot making the movie and it shows considering it's success, I really love looking at documentaries of stuff that i like and learn how things where done that brought me my love for practical effects even tho they are expensive and take time to do it but it gives that feel of realisim that CG has yet to achive hence why most of my favorite movies are pretty old.

well there are 2 reasons, 1 being the budget and 2 since the stuntman will be doing most of the dangerous stuff and most of the time the camera will be far away from the stuntman there is no need to give it as much detail on his costume since you wont notice the details because of the action and fast movement as oposed to the real actor where he will have close ups and wont move as much, this method has been used in many movies including the original robocop film and (here is a little trivia) that is saying a lot considering they wasted almost all of their budget designing the costume cause the director was a perfectionist and wanted to get the right feel which lead to the actor who played robocop getting a bit annoyed cause while they where making the costume he was training mime in order to do some graceful and agile movements but had to change the rutine on the spot cause he could not move at all when he had the costume on.

what do you mean 3? I only see 2 different armors if you mean the 2 black suits then shiny black one is the armor with the main actor and the black one that does not shine is probably the stuntman costume. But I do agree with you, maybe they build him up as the story progresses gathering real field data and making adjustments based on that data, it is very possible and I hope they do it.

Currently watching Accel world, my first impressions is that it may be as good as SOA, it is similar to SOA only on this world the theme is more Cyberpunk and instead of an MMO apparently it is now a Fighting games, which I love so I may turn out liking it, plus the protagonist is different from your average hero protagonists, he is an overweight highschool boy and he so far we see him dealing with the hardships that people in his position has to deal with, definetly not something you see every day so I will give it a watch.

I guess I used the term power wrong then, how about ability? Ryuji has Super Strength, Hiromu has Super Speed and Yoko has Super Jump at first I thought it was lame cause it could put you at a disadvantage if you get caught mid-air but with the powered custom upgrade she covered that weakness. The reason for the powered custom upgrades is obviouly to stand a chance against the Messiahdroids since it showed that only Beet and Stag buster could stand a chance at the moment before they upgraded to powered custom, it also fits the technology setting so it is a plus. Have you seen the recent episode? it is already subbed, this one gives the spotlight to hiromu and how skilled he is piloting Ace, we also get a few more details on the specs of the Megazords and Ace.

btw, do you like the Powered Custom upgrades? I do, it also gave a very creative way for Yoko to use her powers since i first thought her powers where kind of lame but now it gives a big tactical advantage.

Dunno maybe they will touch on it soon, they have been focusing on developing Escape a lot more and does not seem as abnoxious as before, they have developed on Yoko too, also I love the new upgrades the Go busters have very symple designs but practical and apealing at least to me although this probably throws out the theory I had of nick being the sixth buster. I'm also curious to know what the hell happened to Enter latelly, he seems to have gone to some very big changes apparently since he has powered up considerably and even made Escape scared of him, I'm betting that Enter really is the main badguy that is just using Messiah to acheive his goals and once he has what he wants he will disposse of him or take his powers probably. XD This is one of the few series that i have seen where the Henchman is the real threat and not the "Big boss" since I really can't feel intimidated by messiah since we know so little of him and has done nothing basically but being a plot device.

Hey guys, I have been giving it a lot of thought lately and I think my art is good enough for me to start doing commissions, I know some of you have deviantart accounts but don't know if you guys have done commissions before, I would really like some tips on how much I should charge and how does the commission process work. I'm planing on doing only digital commissions at the moment until I have enough money and materials to do them traditional and send them through mail, I would really appreciate the help, if you need to look at my work to measure how much I should charge my deviantart is here: http://odin787.deviantart.com/ I was planing on charging at least $15 for a black and white drawing and $20 for fully colored drawings but I want to hear your opinions first.
