But what is stopping you from doing a tribute to Welsh culture? Is the research material hard to find in terms of looking for Folklore?

Incredible, that is exactly the feeling i was going for, the origins of this character's powers take place during the discovery of America hence the conquistador looking armor and the creators of this power are from a tribe of Tainos that lived in Puerto Rico who some say that they may be related to the Arawaks, I'm just trying to make a graphic novel that takes advantages of the rich folklore that Puerto Rico has that not many know, and at the same time create a full Puerto Rican superhero, that is my goal at least. The first book will be free in order to get as many ppl interested as possible and if all goes well I will be selling the second book.

117 views and no feedback? wow, well anyways here is probably the final redesign for the characters, thanks a lot to Ryuki for the suggestions on how to improve it, after a lot of trial and error I managed to make it look as menacing and badass as possible and I'm very happy with the results, now all it's left is to think of the color scheme, since the design is based on a red tailed hawk I will obviously add red in this one as well, probably some gold like on the big bird chest plate and give it a touch of bronze on the res of the areas. thoughts suggestions? you like this version or the first one? The only anime I'm watching at the moment aside from One Piece is Sword Art Online, it is a pretty good series where the protagonist and thousands of people buy a new MMO called sword art online where you use a head gear and you go to a virtual reality world in your mind but the creator suddenly makes the game into something serious where if you die in the game you die in real life and you can't have someone from the real world remove the headgear cause it is triggered to fry your brain if it is tampered, the only way to go back to the real world is to beat the game making the players look for ways to go back, this series deals with a lot of psychological scenarios as well as depicting how the mmo culture works , i definitely recommend this series, one of the best i have seen in a while, still on going at the moment but it is still worth the watch.

I really did not mind any of the Hulk movies, they where all good on their own and each one has something good to contribute, if anything the only thing i did not particularly liked was the hulk dogs but other than that it was a pretty interesting take on the character, My favorite hulk movie is Incredible hulk as it presented a good way to do a reboot of a series while not dealing with the origins that the first one already touched upon and I respect your opinion for liking the first movie more Ryuki, not many ppl like it although it is a decent movie, I for one like a movie that not many like either but because I watched the Directors Cut which was far superior which is Daredevil, I tend to like the underdog when it comes to superheroes cause they seem to have the best stories most of the time, hence why I am currently reading Daredevil and Aquaman which both got me hooked from the very start.

no, you are not reading wrong...just recently Disney bought Lucas Arts for 4 billion dollars and the first thing they decided to do is to make a new Star Wars film calles : Star Wars Episode VII : Knights Of The New Republic. From what i have gathered there is a possibility that this new movie will take place years after episode 6 as to not conflict with the current established lore of the series, I also heard that they will not deal with the Skywalker clan. I really don't know how to feel about this, on one hand it is a new star wars film that is not a prequel OR remake so the possibilities are endless story wise but it could also go wrong if they don't send people who know what to do with the franchise. what are your thoughts, opinions and speculations so far? episode 7 is scheduled to be on theaters on 2015.

yeah I totally agree with you Ryuki that physically they got the character wrong but who knows, Kingsley is a great actor so he may get the character right, think of it as what happened in the Daredevil movie, even tho Michael Clark is not white he did a fine job portraying the kingpin, as long as they are faithful to the characters personality I don't mind. Young Guyver- Iron man and Cyborg are have a lot of character development through their stories, they don't just show new tech for the sake of it, take iron man for example In the comics we see him go through a lot of things that are people can relate to, he is an alcoholic and that particular aspect of him has caused him lots of harm through out his life and how he deals with it has made him an interesting character, even tho I don't like civil war event cause I dislike heroes fighting heroes for stupid reasons it did provide Iron Man with lots of development during and after the war cause of trust and the loss of friends and such, have a read at his comics and you will see that it is not all about the tech. Talking about Iron Man actually makes me want to put myself up to date with his current issues, I have not read any of the for a while. speaking of alcoholism I was really hoping Robert Downy would portray that aspect of him but I guess he hasn't taken the chance yet, maybe on this third movie we will get to see him do that since he will supposedly "lose everything" during this movie, I also wanted to see an adaptation of the armor wars storyline more than the extremis, it would have fit more perfectly with Iron Man 2 having his tech specs stolen by Dynamo and Hammer and such but who knows? maybe that will happen too in this third film.

you are correct Jerry, this movie will focus on the extremist story line as well as having the Mandarin as the main villain here is hoping that this movie is the Iron man movie that hits it out of the park, I am hoping to see an armor wars storyline some time later although having the extremist so early will probably make it too easy for him. young guyver - it's not really telekinesis that he is doing, I think the term is technokinesis, extremist allows Iron Man to manipulate his armor with his mind or any piece of technology depending on the writer of course, it also provided the armor to move and react as if it was a part of his body this is important cause in the comics Tony was hitting a wall where he could not think of a way to improve the armor anymore cause no matter what he did the reaction time was still too slow for him, extremis breaks this wall.

currently watching Makai Senki Garo and loving every second of it, I like how they have improved the story as well as the budget of the series thanks to the success of the original series, I also like how they are concentrating the story more on Kouga and Zero instead of Kaoru, she is a good character but there is only so much you can do with her on a series like this and her peak was the end of the original series, the stories on this second series are more fun to watch as well I specially like 2 episodes in particular, one that feels like an actual horror story where 2 parents are killing people so they can see their dead son, that episode was very touching and creepy at the same time. Then there is an episode with Zero where he faces a samurai from ancient times that makes a deal with a Horror so he can continue to live in order to find a strong opponent, I like it cause Zero gets to have a little more character development. If you guys have not watched the second season yet then I really recommend it for anybody that wants their tokusatsu abut more serious and not so much child friendly.

It is so-so for me, the choreography is pretty cool to look at, the effects are nice as well as the powers but the story does not catch my interest yet, I'm holding on to it cause on the recent episode the gave more depth on why wizard has a very strong will which at least convinced me to like him a bit more, but to be honest the series has been a little too kid friendly, even more than Fourze which managed to give it a good balance and wen it wanted to get serious it REALLY got serious, with wizard I'm not really feeling anything with it yet, maybe it will get better soon I hope, don't anything else to watch so I will probably keep watching it casually.

yea I heard they are going back to cybertron, still waiting for jazz to appear, the latest episode was pretty cool for a recap episode, it showed a bit more about the relationship between starscream and Megs and the conflicting emotions that dreadwing has after all the hard work he has done, I really hope he goes Autobot, it would be stupid if he didn't .

While I do respect your opinion I do have to disagree with the Nolan comparison, just because they decided to make the costume slim and black does not mean they are going for the Nolan route, I would only agree with it once I see the movie, not everything you see is always what you think it is and while I do agree that the first robocop movie was indeed a very good movie it is far from perfect, it did have it's amount of flaws and although I don't expect it to be the same as the original which is ridiculous cause if I did I would just watch the original instead I would really like to see a different take of the concept of robocop with a different point of view, the director and writers as well as the actors seem promising so my suggestion is to just wait and see what happens. Judge Dredd was a bad example, ok then look at Amazing Spider-Man, In my opinion it is a great movie but not necessarily better than the Raimi movie but they both have something that makes them great, the same can be said for Burton Batman and Begins, maybe the same will happen for this Robocop, remember not many liked the new Spidey costume, but I say it is not about the looks but about the story and how it feels. Other good examples of remakes done right that give different perspectives of the story: Let me in, the girl with the dragon tatoo, karate Kid, Halloween, The wolfman.

At first I did not care much about TF prime cause of the bayformer designs but after giving it the benefit of the doubt It managed to convince me, I like how they keep expanding the Transformers mythos with the introduction of the relics and different energons. I also like that each character even the humans are useful and not annoying with the exception of miko, they did a great job showing how Bee and Prime are awesome and each character keeps growing in their own way, even prime who I thought would stay the same has shown more personality as the series progresses and is a bit more rough than before. My favorite Cons are probably Dreadwing and Soundwave, I don't like Megatron that much for not being as ruthless as possible I mean after one simple "backstab" from Arachnid she is to be immediately killed but spares Starscream multiple time? either he is a very good double agent or they really are lovers. XD One thing that I keep scratching my head is why is soundwave not the second in command since he is clearly the only one Megs trusts and the one who has done the most, maybe is to just keep him as his ninja but who knows. over all this is a great series which in my opinion surpasses Beastwars and I can't wait for more......still waiting for Jazz to appear tho, he is my favorite bot. I want to see Ironhide as well.

Like always I'm not going to judge it until I see it, I at first thought that the Judge Dredd movie was not going to be that good cause I had the nostalgia Goggles on but once I saw the praise it had and saw it myself I noticed that sometimes a remake Is not that bad if the guys making it are doing it correctly, sure the suit may not look that interesting but In my opinion it is better cause it is more practical, the original suit was and still is awesome but realistically speaking it is too clumsy, basing myself on the Robocop movies Murphy should have been a failure. If you look at his mobility the moment you eliminate his transportation you can just run, get a car and he wont be able to chase you, if you manage to get behind him and drop kick him or just push him he will not be able to get up quickly and you can finish him right there heck in robocop 2 they showed how useless he is if you play smart. Now with the new costume, it is agile so it shows that this new robocop can at least run, considering it is in the future i imagine that the armor is at least sturdy enough to take anything but a rocket to the face, at first I wished that they would keep the original color scheme but since robocop is supposed to be a prototype the incomplete look suits him even better and since in the original it was also meant to be something for the military the black color could work for stealth reason which can work also on s.w.a.t. division, the reason for keeping the hand .....I'm not sure maybe it is to provide tactile recognition as well as to feel temperature of objects? maybe it is still a mechanical hand and it folds the rest of the armor when needed. My point is although it may look like a batman "ripoff" it shows elements that vastly improves on the original, sure we all wish that it would look more like the original but we can't get everything that we want. Ryuki, from what I have gathered it appears that on this version of robocop they are going to focus more on studying the psychology of Murphy being a cyborg and how does he keep his Humanity instead of focusing on the world around him, they may still do that but that is the information i have so far.

I don't think blade would fall for such an obvious tactic he is a martial artist and can clearly fight without his lance and is very cautious when using weapons, there was only one time his lance was stolen and he managed to fight without it and get it back, I don't know about the sonic attacks (they have not always worked on zoanoids, at least the Hyper ones or zoalords) but I do agree that the Vibration Blades could do something if he managed to keep Blade on the ground. Even tho they are made by different people they have very similar capabilities thus why I wanted to do a comparison of each system to see how they would fair against each other and hear everyone opinion about it.

It's just a debate to see which system is the best and even if we don't pit Blade and 01 against each other they are not the only Guyver and Tekkamen out there I just put those 2 as an example since they are the ones that have unlocked most of their respective systems capabilities and all Tekkamen and Guyvers are essentially the same (with the exception of human made tekkaman and Guyver 2 F), so it could also be Tekkaman Evil vs Guyver 1 or Guyver 3 vs Tekkaman Dead end. ps. you can't really steal a Tekk Lance since Blade has a whip like thing that he uses to retrieve the lance and as for the Tekk Crystal that weakness was exclusive to blade cause his was broken and had to rely on Pegas to transform but that weakness was fixed in Tekkaman Blade 2.
